Very slow Overall, a good app that let's you manage your Wind mobile account from anywhere. For a free app it's a nice resource to have. However the servers for the app are very slow and they need to be improved.

Almost perfect I would give this app 5 stars if it allowed me to turn call forwarding on/off. For some strange reason that's one function that seems to require the Web UI. Please add call forwarding to the mobile app.

Don't dont read too much into the caps locked WIND bashers I'm an early WIND adopter and have had consecutive service with the same number and account since the month they launched. Yes there were some growing pains but I've literally had the best experience with WIND...I've NEVER kept an account this long with any of the 'big 3' and yes I've had accounts with them all....having my bill be <52$ a month for all these years with nary a worry about usage is all WIND

Convenient for checking bill I can check how much data I used and stuff like that and the total due on my bill. I can't seem to find the actual bill though, only the amount due.

Inaccurate Data App was working fine but now the data usage is way behind compared to what I've actually used. If it's a glitch, please fix it.

Never works It's never worked once I click and the wheel spins and then nothing. Sort of like wind service overall. If I leave the app before it fails on its own I simply get some sort of "proactive" error.

Very good! I've used the bell self serve app and the Rogers account app and they were both terrible, when I had bell the app never worked when I was only on mobile it only worked on WiFi and the Rogers app crashed almost all the time on my tablet, only complaint I have about this app is I cant download my bill from it which is kinda lame but dealable

Poor App The functionality of switching from one number to the other is not possible. In my case I have multiple numbers in one account but It does not give me the option to switch into either of them. Another thing is this app loads really really slow as in turtle slow. one heck of a laggy app. I say it is one useless app. You can do some improvements.

Total corruption This co.pant locked me into a three year CONTRACT and yet they are still allowed to advertise that they don't have contracts? Oh, and my phone doesn't work within 500 yards of my home. Thanks WIND. Happy to see your being sold. Get out while you can cause your stock is about to plummet.

I kinda like this app. Keeps things nice and simple. Can check my balance, keep tabs on usage, etc. I don't know what it's missing but if you can add anything new while making it faster, that would be great.

Functional, but slow The app works: you can manage your account, pay your bills, and view your usage. However, it's much too slow. It takes about 30 seconds to login and switch between screens. It's a bit faster on WiFi, but not by much, which suggests poor app design or server side problems.

App is too slow to start When I try to log in. It literally takes forever to open the app and go between tabs. WIND needz updates version. It would be cool to have the phone number changer option on the self-service rather then calling 611.

Adding features don't work It sucks! I'm trying to add data roaming for my phone and I have been getting a server error. Looks like this problem has been going on for a while as others have complained about it too. I'll call 611 and see if it can be added manually.

Updates data over a week behind I only know I'm getting close to my data limit by tracking it myself and/or Wind sending me a notification (when I switch devices). I have seen my usage tracked two weeks behind using this app. Useless.

Ok It's very slow to pull/update data when navigating between screens, say for switching between account phone numbers in the same account or between different sections of your account. I think this is just a wrapper app for the mobile site.

Website is better, almost no difference There's almost NO DIFFERENCE in using this app compared to using the website. In fact, using the website is better because you can pay directly from your bank account on the website but you can NOT do that from the "app". (For me that doesnt matter because I use CIBC and they are NEVER an option when pay from a bank account. Hence the reason I have a VISA debit card).

Adequate, but sluggish This app is sufficient in that it allows you to do what it advertises, but it's quite slow even on fast connections. I also wouldn't mind if it tag the option of saving the username portion of a login.

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! Cancel your account and stop paying for service that is only available one fourth of the time. If it is even available that often. This company is famous for signal drop and massive holes in their coverage. The best part of all this is they just don't care. Calling into customer service is a joke. They don't even know what country Canada is. The only viable reason to be with this company is that your completely below the poverty line and you literally cannot afford anything else. Massive waste of resources

Worst mobile network in the Universe!! I HATE! HATE!! HATE!!! this app and I hate wind mobile even more. This company is a rip off. For about a month now I have no network in my neighborhood. I called and nothing has happened. I live right in the middle of Edmonton, apparently their strongest Coverage. What highway robbery. As a loss of service they offered me $10 off per month for 6 month, yet my issue still has not been resolved. What I don't get is that I am suppose to get 2400 roaming. Even that don't work. Don't leave the city If you're a city dweller like my self wind is the best provider by far. I pay 35/month and get pretty much unlimited everything: just don't leave the city. I leave Vancouver maybe once a year, and I don't get service, when I do, but as long as I stay in my city I get perfect service. The app is also great.

Best Cellphone Provider I love Wind, there prices are so affordable, and even better they carry the hottest smartphones, 5 Stars for the comments you read negative about wind lol I can imagine them pissed off at there company because they got charged extra and even often unaware or not cautioned of there service and policies, I spend 40$ and get everything I need no contact. There's no beating there plans, Rogers and bell are the big shots but than again they are overpriced and often charge extra on service no beating Wind..

Great application! Just installed to remove a bundle from my plan. Logged in first try, screens were quick and we'll paid out. I found what I was looking for immediately and received a confirmation text as soon as I'd removed the bundle add-on. Thanks for being awesome wind. Satisfied CX over 6 years now.

This app is s&!t The app give way different billing and payment info from the actual wind website. I've gotten into several arguments with the wind customer service reps and the only conclusion that we have reached is that the app is totally wrong. The service is spotty and calls get dropped but it beats the ridiculous amounts of money I'd have to pay for Rogers or Bell for there service.

Love the network I pay 39 dollars and done I don't have to worry about going over on anything. They cover the city of edmonton from my home to where I work so it works out perfectly. When I leave I just use my old Telus Sim and do pay as you go. Works great.

It worked until When I downloaded the app everythong worked how it supposed to. Recebtly i tried to log in again to make my changes but it wont allow me to log in. I fill up the form for telephone and pin yet it seem to be reading the other form "user name and password" please fix it.
