What grows here will help individuals, passionate gardeners, community groups and businesses find out what plants will best suit their space and needs. See detailed descriptions of over 1000 Australian Native Plants ranging from trees and shrubs to ground-covers and grasses.

The App contains both botanical and commonly known names, and includes details of flower colours, blooming seasons, preferred soil ph, and most suitable locations for habitation. A linked Learning Hub will offer an additional layer of information and resources to support teachers and learners as well as facilitate citizen scientist and custodianship of plants. Thanks TFL Great local made up which will come in handy with no doubt

Looks really interesting! However it seems to only contain region data for South Australia currently, under Advanced Search. No matter what State I select, the list of regions is the one for SA. Good work so far though - looking forward to when you can include NSW regions too!

Great start! Great app for someone who is just starting to refresh the amount of native plants in their garden - sich as myself! Can start planning for possible trees to plants and then working down to the ground covers all in one app. No need to scour through hundreds of books or magazines. Although can go back to the books or magazines for further reference. Just need to include some pics of the plants and you're set :)

Should have done research This may have been helpful if I lived in or anywhere near Australia....but I don't. I was looking for Florida plants....this is not a US app.
