Walk Me is an advanced and versatile, yet easy to use, pedometer.

Walk Me's main features are:
-Keeps track of:
*How many steps you have taken
*How long distance you have walked
*How many calories you have burned
*Your average speed
*The time you have walked
-Keeps daily statistics which can be browsed freely and exported to a text file
-The creature, which you can make happy by walking
-Customizable interface
-Works in the background*

*Note that some devices and versions of Android turn off the accelerometer when the screen is turned off. If your phone happens to be one of these, you can use the 'Lock screen' -feature. Walk Me will not work in standby on these devices.

A free slightly limited version is also available. Just search for 'Walk Me (Free Edition)' on the Android Market.

!!!Galaxy Note has a known problem where the creatures are not visible. This is being worked on!!!

Whats new

    -Improved sensitivity dialog
-Fixed a problem where the step detector may in some cases get stuck and keep counting steps even when held still
-Improved accuracy in mode 3 detection

Good app, but bad interface. Hi, this is really great app, i use another apps and only this app give me correct result. But some issue with design this app -- this developer dont used Android Design Styleguide. :-/

Pretty much worthless because it quits working as soon as you use other apps... Droid2 Liberty v0.8

Working fine with about 90% percent accuracy.

Works great. Thanks.

innacurate i like the the looks and the features but it is not accurate. I measured the distance with my car where I was going to walk. it was 2.6 miles. The device said I went 1.7. I wouldn't mind if it was close but not when it's almost an entire mile off....and this was after making multiple adjustments on the sensitivity.
