This app has been superseded by Virgin's official app My Account.

The Virgin Usage Meter is a simple app that displays your data and call usage against your billing cycle in an easy to understand graph. It has multiple account support so you can keep an eye on other family members. It also includes a convenient widget to ensure your usage is always at your fingertips.

Icon was designed by Kat McGowan who is an awesomely talented designer!

This app uses data from the Virgin Members website and as such is affected by any alterations Virgin Mobile makes to this website. I will try to release fixes as soon as possible but in some cases the time required for fixes is extended.

This app is not a substitute for common sense. Always check your monthly statements and regularly check the updated timestamp on the app to ensure you're viewing the latest information. If you're installing the app on behalf of somebody please ensure are aware of the above information.

Simple, straight forward, reliable The feature which calculates your remaining daily rate of use is superb: you can compare how you've been using your credit or data against the max usage you can have for the rest of the month.

Update epic fail. Was a great app until last update. It crashes and Will not second and caused over limit usage on data charges.

Geoshaz Was working until today, uninstalled and reinstalled app and still no luck, complains about incorrect username or password, all our mobiles (4 off) have same problem.

Great app to manage the billing Great app to managed the billing and to monitor the usage on Virgin Australia. It would be great to be able to download the Bill history but it is a nice to have only. Useful app for anyone on Virgin Australia Network.

Needs work Sick of tired being told that username needs to be checked or invalid data format which obviously is part of the program and not what i am doing. Very frustrating. Im going to stick to the long way and check from the virgin website

Works fine most of the time With Virgin's free charge promotion running, the app does not know how to handle the bonus credit and days. I get 'bonus double error: 500 megabit' error when refreshing. Apart from that, it usually works perfectly for me.

Recent notification For the past few days I'm getting some notifications saying account s having less than 20% . Wen I tap on it goes to takes me to the app where both data n call r in green .

Okay I have only been using this app for the last couple of months, but this last billing cycle my data usage hasn't recorded anything at all, I know I have been using data so it's annoying when I need to keep track (that's why I downloaded it) and it isn't working at all. I am getting the data usage warning though just today, but can't even read the complete "warning" message, once you tap on it in notification bar it just takes you back to the app, where once again there is no info. Please fix!

Virgin website change has killed it This WAS the best (though not perfect) Virgin Mobile Australia usage tracking app, but a recent Virgin website change stopped it working. App still not fixed after a couple of weeks. Billing period detection also flaky, but better than nothing (once website issue fixed).

Galaxy s2 It's not so accurate in providing info. Regarding my usage. Like today. Im suppose to get my 1000 new credit for this next cycle but instead i get 700 new credits it so stupid it makes me confuse and it doesn't roll over. Pls. Update dis apps. I did the right set up but its just playing up, i try to refresh it so many times still the same.. Useless. Haist :(

Didn't work on HTC 1X. Couldnt add account with HTC1x. Would like to use it... Please fix and I will try again.

Good app This is a very useful app ive been using it ever since i got my phone.. Only problem i have is when i go to refresh it comes up with a notification basically saying it has frozen and i can either report it or continue.. If i continue it works fine again for a little while please fix this and it will be 5 stars from me :)

Still works! It still has the right data after a factory reset, installing and setting up again. I am not sure what I would be gaining by going to the official Virgin Mobile app.

Shows incorrect call usage. Though it still shows correct data usage, however the last couple of months it hasn't been showing total call credit including rollover. Have spoken to customer service and now I have to check on line.Please fix this problem.

Super useful! This app records calls really well, and easy to use, especially adding rollover. Its great as it doesn't record how long you've called, but rather fetch actual data from the site. Thy even state your plan! Don't know how they made it, but this is a must for Virgin customers XD

Not very good Keeps sending me notifications telling me I have less than 20% credit and data usage left. When I open the app I've clearly not even used 10% of either. It's incredibly annoying and inaccurate

Good!! Still needs to improve. Very annoying when the plan is ending it notifies you every 5 minutes that you hwve exceeded 80% of your cuota (of course) but very good in general.

Can't complain Works for me simple easy free. At times updating can slow down. But Virgin can't do better

Great! It was perfect until Virgin made an update. We can't determine the call usage as they combined the running usage for both data and calls!
