According to chronobiology science, our bodies and minds need to know where they are in natural, non-time zone circadian time. Lack of that awareness can lead to depression, insomnia and worse. E.g., a poor sense of time & timing often comes with autism. And that kind of nature-deficit disorder is not just a problem for children. According to Richard Louv, author of the bestsellers Last Child in the Woods (2005) and The Nature Principle (2011), recent studies have shown that nature-deficit disorder affects "health, spiritual well-being, and many other areas, including [people's] ability to feel ultimately alive." http://news.nationalgeographic.com/news/2013/06/130628-richard-louv-nature-deficit-disorder-health-environment/

Use TT's patented displays of where you are in local natural time, both from sunrise to sunset to sunrise (and, optionally, also from moonrise to moonset to moonrise) as well as TT's unique color-coded mood tracking to both enhance feelings of well-being and increase mental focus. This feedback from artist and power user Alison Pilorz is a fast/easy way to discover what happens when we boldly break free of only seeing time in terms of ARTIFICIAL Time Zone times, and -- EVEN MORE ARTIFICIAL -- Daylight Saving Time. Especially when we are working indoors, and far away from a window...

“TrueTyme is an excellent app for getting yourself back on track! I found TrueTyme purely by chance when I was looking for a live wallpaper that would show the time. I like clocks, and the appearance appealed to me. I liked the idea of the sun and the moon going around. After I checked out their website and found out more about it, I was even more excited about it. I work in an office that’s in an old warehouse building. It’s no longer a warehouse, but space is rented out/sold to various businesses, and the company I work for is one of many that now occupy the building. Unfortunately, because it used to be a warehouse, the only windows are in the stairwells! You don’t realize how disconcerting it is to not know where the sun is relative to the time of day, until, of course, you can’t see it. Even after working there for months, I still didn’t quite realize how much it affected me, until I got TrueTyme. It made such a big difference knowing where the sun was in the sky. It actually helped me keep track of the time more than just looking at a clock. After about a week of using it, I got back in touch with the cycle of the day.
.
“Keeping track of my moods is another big help. I started to notice times of the day where I got tired or run down, and I was able to see how that changed as I began to be aware of the movement of the sun, even inside our windowless office! I also created my own option to keep track of how healthy I felt. I’d been getting sick a lot, so I used that to keep an eye on myself. If I noticed that I’d been feeling a little sick more often, I could nip it in the bud. The mood tracker is also a very good tool for me to use because I suffer from anxiety/panic disorder, and can get panic attacks. It lets me keep track of how I’m feeling, and lets me estimate if I’m going to have a “bad” day or not. I see it coming before it gets anywhere near bad, and can take steps to relax."

My kind of Time! Injun Time,.. If I could only convince my boss that this is the kind of time I run on, Real Time... Thanks Dev team! Buying the Forever version!

It works as advertised, but... It only gave a 5 day demo. Not 7, and it is difficult to see if it is really useful with only 5 days of data. Maybe need a demo, lite and full version. Make the lite 99 cents and only track one thing with limited clocks, and make the full an incremental upgrade from lite adding the additional features for a reduced price if you have lite already. I'm not really interested in dropping that much money on an app that I feel I wasn't able to fully test. Uninstalled.

Mmm.. I downloaded this the other day, but tbh, I'm still trying to "figure it out." It's abit confusing. I'd like to get the paid version, but I need to know exactly what it does. I've read the 'explanations' -- still.. I am trying!

Exceptional One of a kind. Flexible, beautiful, full of handy features and helps a lot in regulating one's bio rhythms.

So needed if you are a "Creative" I was skeptical when I first heard about this app.. but then I got it, and now I bloody love it. The mood tracking is fun as hell and helpful to say the least. I've even started to track my eating habits. As they say "what you track expands" this app for me has become the future of how to start using my time more wisely.

Love it! This app is great. Widget and live wallpaper are absolutely beautiful. Thanks again developer for helping me get the full app back. ;-)

I like it! This app really helps me get better sense of the time, how much more of a day or night I have- the info not available with standard clocks adjusted to industrial time zones detached from the local time. Clock graphics should be more subtle with thinner circles and roman letters, and transparent background. I like twinkling stars at night. Author should put a bit more info in the help screen on sun/moon and roman letters - not everyone reads explanations on the web.

Beautiful! Really attractive clock, and fascinating idea. The display is highly configurable. Seems to be working well on my DInc2, tho a bit power hungry and runs in background until you Force Close it. Would love to have a widget or a live wallpaper.

Disappointing Did not realize that this was a limited time app (even tho it was free). Would have kept if it had been ad supported, or had in the description that it would end in 7 days (just finished reading description and noted the addition at the end of it). As it is, I uninstalled and would NOT recommend this, free version or paid version. I Am wiccan and would have loved the free version, even with ad's included.

Mariel Vergara

Loved the demo. Will buy full version if planetary times signs and seasons are added. And moon phases. I don't remember if that was included or not...

Patricia Bennett

Could be better No where in the ddescription did it mention DEMO
