The absolute best ToDo app! Finally, the absolute best ToDo app is available on Android! I used this app years ago on an old iPod Touch and the only regret I had when I switched to Android was that they didn't have an Android version of this app. I made do with others, bit this is the only ToDo app I've found that works the way my brain works. I can put in a project, then start listing tasks that go with it. The only thing that would make it better would be if I could buy the app outright, not just join the cloud which I don't need.

Allen Gordon

Great app, but has gone stale. This is/was, by far, the best ToDo app, when combined with the cloud. I had this way back when I had an iPad and was thrilled when they released the Android version. But.... Elvis has left the building. No updates in almost a year. I look at their website and hear crickets. No talk of enhancements. No talk of Android Wear compatibility. So goes the saying, "Innovate or die". My cloud subscription comes due in October. If no action until then, I'll be looking for a replacement.

Ryan Hall

Abandoned older customere Have the paid version of desktop and ios and feel the companies change in model completely ignores their users who had already paid for other services. Sadly their decision means ill have to do something else on my android. Fyi great app but not worth 20 a year

Tyler Bules

Excellent start I believe the android counterpart of this app/service is not as mature as the desktop and ios counterparts. It could benefit from some animations and minor bug fixes. At the end of the day, the todo model and syncing service are miles beyond any other app. I hope that updates will bring it past its few shortcomings.

Peter Sheffield

Great App, but....... I really like Todo Cloud for the Web. The apps both IOS and Android exude quality, but Tags are neglected. For some reason (unlike the web) they are not displayed on the task line.

Doug Nielsen

Great for business Our company uses this and loves it. Assigning and sharing tasks works perfect. I wish you could do subtasks... that would help us a bunch but it still is a great tool for us.

No data export or backup!!!!! I used Toodledo to manage the Appigo Todo data for desktop access which had a robust data export function. Then Appigo announced Todo Cloud so I signed up. I now find out that there is no way to export my data. I recently lost some data that would have been recoverable if I was able to backup this data on my personal computer. Appigo is holding my data hostage. The only way for me to move my data is to copy each and every task and note manually. This is pathetic. Also, they have made few development improvements in the last year. The Todo Cloud is clunky and full of bugs. From their blog, it appears they are putting all their effort into the iOS version.

Jonathan Garnant

Love it but... Used the iOS for years. Wish they gave some attention to this one. My alarms are not ringing and I am not sure what I am doing wrong. Any chance their is a problem. My alarms may or may not go off. Update maybe?

Shannon hunting

Best ap Don't know what I'd do with out it. Is a must have.

Randy Parker

Great App - Great Support Todo-Cloud does exactly what it says it will do! I love it! Best of all - they have REAL support! I would give them 5 STARS if and when they update their WIDGET and / or if they could get it to work with "Okay Google" like they have done with Siri.

Tolu Legunsen

Great app for iPhone but cannot sync with my nexus I've been using ToDo Pro on my iPhone now for about 3 years. I just discovered the Android app and tried syncing - no joy. Have to have a To-do pro account :(. Just bought the app for my mac, won't be signing up for a premium account though.

Blake Heywood

Lame It was decent but then they asked me to pay for it. It's a good app for free but not worth paying. Deleting it now.

Kundan Kumar

Kindly add features birthday and anniversary with import birthday, anniversary from facebook and contact list.

Michał Zubrzycki

Bug? Badge icon displays wrong number of events. Also in the app it shows some overdue event which doesn't egsist. I have no filters set. How to solve it?

Damian Anspach

Paid for this already! I bought this on iTunes years ago because it was great. Now I have to pay a subscription to sync with my Apple devices... No way!!! Being deleted and happy to use Google Keep.

steve clottey

what happened to this I could have sworn this app was good before. No longer syncs to toodledo either. Suppose they need to make more money with this new business model. No longer any use for me in afraid :/

Frank Burrus

Needs Update App needs updating, the icon seems over sized, the widget size can't be adjusted or scroll. As much as I like the app, it still needs work.

Ahmed Buhassan

Fair app The best todo app in google play. However, it would get 5 stars if it was as same as ios app/.

Chad Parker

Needs push syncing between devices. I love every feature of this app. It is great for use on a single device, but for multiple devices, this is I use Todo Cloud online on my PC desktop and then I use the apps on my Nexus 7 and Droid RAZR MAXX phone. The thing that makes the android app not usable across devices is that there is not a push syncing of task I have to go into the app on each device to start a sync, so my notifications are constantly out of date on at least one of my devices most of the time. I would like to be able to set up a task with a reminder on my todo cloud online on the desktop and have it remind me on my phone without having to manually go into the app.

Ilias Paparounis

Promising Very promising work, but comparing it with the iOS version needs improvements which I want to believe the developers will provide in the near future. Most important one, the absence of the drag and drop feature.

Ewa Zubrzycka

Bugs Looks like they abandoned android platform. When I create a folder I can't remove it afterwards.

Ngozi Young

Android version is stale Android version needs work, until then I refuse to upgrade. I will continue to use todoist.

Naveen Malik

Some issues But very usable. Would be nice to make a task completed from the details page.

Loris Facca

Widget Broken The 4x4 widget for this app is broken. Every time I check off the top item as complete it checks off the bottom item as complete. Can't even check off any other item in the widget list except the top one...

Vijayendiran Gopinathan

The best task manager.. It has easiest way to add data . you can several reminders for a particular task

Danny Passey

iOS version is much better Better than rest but feels like beta version compared with iOS.

isidorus heka

Very good Enjoying the app. The web part works well. Should make it easier to have my lists on all my phones

Dan Winston

Beautiful app Edit: It is still a good app. I use it again because there is hope for an Android update// A good looking app that is also powerful. Syncs flawlessly with the Web cloud.

Very useful I love this App

Nelson Sanlley

Nice app Awesome

Philip Mann

Missing feature. Unlike iOS version, unable to sync to Dropbox which makes it useless to me.

Ben Shutt

Please stop the auto notification for subcribing! My wife has had the app for years on her iPhone, so when I saw it for Android I got it right away. I really like the way it handles and organizes tasks as well as the GUI. I don't want the subscription service. Not only do I not want the services it provides, but the app keeps on notifying me that I need to renew. Very annoying. Aside from that, it needs continued development to put it on par with its iPhone version. I'll put my review up to 5 stars once the notification thing is fixed.

Robert Riis

Get app but needs some love I used the Todo app on the iPhone for years so when finding it for Android I was all over it. To the developers, please add in the options to email from within the app and pen the app without being in edit mode.

Kyle Riedemann

Good start Lacks tablet optimization and UI takes too many ques from the iOS app to feel at home on android, also makes the app seem slow to navigate. Runs well though, and works with the excellent service. I hope this app grows over time.

Michael Brodsky

Exelent Some futures could be beter but it the only task application with subtasks that works. I think snoozing function could be a good addon.

Frank Sholey

Missing some important things Is there a way to send a list somewhere? Like in a text message. I haven't figured it out yet but if there isn't, there should be. Also it would be nice to view in the widget by today, tomorrow, or this week.

Paweł Cisło

not again... I don't know what the developers' policy is, but I know it sucks. After an alpha stage they blocked the syncing option in order to get all the people who had tested the app for them to buy it. Then (after I had started moving all my task to another app) they re-enabled the option (see the reply below to my previous comment). So I re-started using the app, as most of my tasks were still there, and submitted a positive review. Today, I'm greeted again with the message saying I need to go premium to enjoy syncing. Well, all I can say is, go to hell...

Igor Berdichevsky

Translate to Russian Dear developers, I just migrated from ios, and a little bit confused. You already have russian interface , why don't you build it in Android app, just like in ios one. Is that too difficult ?!

Andrey Shevchenko

Ok, but no sync for widget When I have widget on desktop - it doesn't trigger auto-sync, so I have to open app in order to receive latest updates. That's very unhandy.

Mark Bliton

A nice app with several advanced features. POSITIVE: - Intuitive and easy to read - Task search capability - Ability to prioritize tasks - Manage tasks via the Todo Cloud website - Ability to change Complete Date for tasks already completed - Recurring tasks NEGATIVE: - Cannot import tasks from another task manager or spreadsheet - Does not sync with Google Tasks - Does not track both due and completed dates

Lyndsey Fagerlund

My most used app I've tried a lot of todo apps, and this is by far my favorite! I don't know what I would do without it. It organizes my life!

Tom Carvalho

Not good for Android users I started using Appigo's Todo years ago when I had an iPhone 3GS and I've always been a pro user. However, I see that Appigo doesn't care for its Android version. Since when I migrated to Android I've been using Todo less and less. Today I even use Google Tasks more than Todo (thanks to GTasks), even though it doesn't have much features. Now I found TickTick, a simple task management app with a good set of features and that, unlike Todo, gets updated by its developers. Goodbye, Todo.

Wesley Arnold

Needs an upgrade This is probably the best ToDo app ever, however all appigo's love goes to their iPhone users. If you want to see an update, ever, gotta be on iPhone. I've had this on Android for over a year and they still haven't upgraded to the newest interface for iPhone which came out 2-3 years ago.

Ben Shutt

ABANDONED: Please stop the auto notification for subcribing! My wife has had the app for years on her iPhone, so when I saw it for Android I got it right away. Very disappointing, and almost unusable. I have used ToDo for a number of years on my iPhone/iPad. Switched to Android and find the same app is barely functional. 1. In order to sync I can no longer use DropBox as my free cloud server but have to pay a £12 yearly subscription to ToDo's own server. 2. I can no longer move tasks around within a day - I either have to add an exact time to them or accept the alphabetical (?) order they are listed in. 3. Postponing an event is no longer a case of simply holding my finger down on an item and then selecting "tomorrow"/"next week" Instead it takes 5 separate "clicks" to switch a tasks due date. And so on and so forth. A ToDo app should be fast, convenient, and lists should be completely configurable in terms of the order events appear in. ToDo Cloud fails at all of this, yet charges a substantial yearly subscription for the privilege. This is odd as the non-cloud version is fine. Essentially this is a stripped down version of what was previously a more fully featured, but free, service.

Robin Blythe

Finally, the absolute best ToDo app is available on Android! I used this app years ago on an old iPod Touch and the only regret I had when I switched to Android was that they didn't have an Android version of this app. I made do with others, bit this is the only ToDo app I've found that works the way my brain works. I can put in a project, then start listing tasks that go with it. The only thing that would make it better would be if I could buy the app outright, not just join the cloud which I don't need. UPDATE I rely on this app every single day. But when I upgraded my phone there is NO WAY to transfer the data from my old android to my new one except by purchasing a "premium" subscription to the cloud service. I could then upload the data from my old android to the cloud and download it to my new one. Except the tasks uploaded SIX TIMES and I had to go through each project and delete the extra tasks. And I haven't experienced such a laggy website since dialup. It was an annoying and painful process and I"m still going to have to clean up all the old tasks (from the original trial subscription from two years ago). MAKE AN APP I CAN PURCHASE OUTRIGHT FOR THE ANDROID!

Kerry Dawson

I've used TODO CLOUD for a long time, first on IOS then Mac, IOS (ipad) and Android. I have not been a continuous user of the app but vascillated around as i tried different things. When I first realized though that TODO CLOUD was available on Android I was delighted. This is a GTD app with an extensive history. Today, it is an excellent app and provides lots of view control to manage projects or simple one off tasks. I was a bit surprised when I saw it rated in the about 4 category. I feel this app is definitely that and a lot more. As an example, if you are used to Omni Focus, you have probably been deluged by activities, that although views can be controlled it can be a bit of a daunting task. Today's iteration of TODO CLOUD is getting closer to being able to just entering the app and not being totally overwhelmed. It has a clean layout that works the way my brain thinks. I find I'm able to maintain control of what I see easily. This is not a perfect app (but what is) but they've done a good job. I suspect that the direction they're heading is the direction of the industry. Cross platform, flexible gtd views that can be defined to not throw too much in your face.

Hans Cronau

Not the best of graphical interfaces In search of a favourite GTD tool, I'm testing Todo. So far I can say that usability isn't it's strongest point. (Let's hope so, at least.) Example: adding contexts is a needless hassle. If a clean layout helps you focus and you have strong feelings against ugly icons, this is not the app for you.

Rudy Pataky

i give it ZERO. i have not used the app in over a year and when i received an email of an auto renewal, i contacted them within minutes. they do not want to refund me back my money. Just received an email that they credited my account.

Terry Stearns

ios version was good. Android not so much. Continual prompts to renew subscription. No updates in a year. No attachments to tasks. Still a good UI. Shame it is dead.

Mark Coleman

Todo Cloud strikes the right balance between ease of use and offering a rich set of functionality. Three types of to-dos, colored folders and focus list are all great. Just wish there was a widget so I could dedicate an Android page to this app.

Brian Pye

Last updated 3 years ago I just switched from iOS to Android. I'm a premium subscriber, and To-do cloud is my most used app. I see that the Android version has not been updated for 3 years. Many of the great features in the iOS version are not in the Android version. I will probably find another Todo app that has a more current Android version.

Denis M.

This is honestly one of the best to-do app I've ever used on Mac and iOS. Unfortunately, the Android version is very obviously left out to die. 3 years without an update, while the iOS version is constantly bettered. It's very unfortunate, and I hope Appigo works on it, but if not they should simply stop pretending they support Android and remove this app once and for all...

Tom Popowski

Pathetic. From the website, and the gushing e-mails touting the new iOS update, it is clear that this is an Apple product with only lip-service paid to Android. Like many others, I had a good experience on Apple products, then switched to Android and it's been downhill ever since. The web interface is even worse than the Android app. Unless an equivalent product is released for Android, I wouldn't even consider renewing when my subscription expires..

Agus Widiarsa I Made

Found a good one... but Discontinued? I like this app. I disabled internet for this app, so I can still use it. Developer please bring this App alive again.

Rodolfo Rodriguez Lucha

Finally it's here Best GTD ever. Just went from an iPhone 6 to google Pixel yeah the UI hasn't changed since last time I was on Android and that's fine the functionality is still top notch syncs perfectly
