My OH has disc bulge & is finding this app so helpful

Jack Corah

Amazing First excercise fixed the main problem I had with my back in an instant. Brilliant! Thank you simply health!

Julian Bramley

Average Lazy, not a bad selection, some exercises are repeated in same routine, just given a different name, some videos link to wrong exercise, not very subtle, not much variety, no progression. May as well just have the exercises on a piece of paper, app adds nothing. Would say though I had prolapse of L5 in Aug 2012 and the exercises were useful to begin with. I've since moved on to Pilates but do a quick back aware routine most days.

Dan Kenyon

Good but... It focuses far to much on the older person I think, I'm 26 and have back problems maybe try something across the board

lisa rolph

Nothing special Same stuff you can get off any advice website. Why does the Work advice assume everyone sits at a desk, some people are on their feet all day. Should it not include jobs that involving lifting, carrying and standing for long periods?

Geraldine Wright

I haven't even downloaded it yet I haven't even downloaded it yet

Taffy Evans

Pound to charity Worth it for donation

Richard Ash

yes nothing new.. i agree its nothing you cant find online. With regards to age the excercises are for all ages and not just older...ive been to physio many times at diff ages and the excercises dont change.

Christian Lazopoulos

Sleek and beneficial. Great app simplyhealth! It really is useful.

Claire Edwards

£ donation Only installed so that the donation would be made, this app would be of no use for my pain conditions.

Mark Scott

Useless Only downloaded so they donated to the charity now uninstalled

Ross Daly

Useless Unable to enlarge the text making this app hopeless to read.

Nick Breeze

Really useful

John Gibson-Bowles

I currently use this app to train staff members at work, and subsequently joined the back care charity.
