Works for me! I am thankful for this app. I am informed and able to share important information with others.

Dave Wegner

Latest update crashing sometimes Really grateful for the continued updates, though the latest has suffered from some crashes when opening the app. There doesn't seem to be a pattern at the moment.

Dan Livingston

Getting better Thanks for keeping up the work. I'm looking forward to the day when this is as good as it can be.

Sam Robinson

Good not great! Very useful for our church as a community. It is, however, sometimes cumbersome to use. It feels very clunky at times.

Brian Hall

Good app Adding tablet support has really been a great addition. Documents and other links work flawlessly now. Besides a desire for landscape mode, this fits all my needs for an app like this. Well done.

Pat Brown

App will not install On this site, this app is showing that it is compatible with my device and shows that it did install, on Samsung Advant cellphone; but, it is no where to be found. There is not even an uninstall button on this site to see if it can be uninstalled so that I can try to install it again. Although, I can still click install and have done this several times. Message says it will be installed shortly and shows installed. Where in the world is it (LOL), weird! Have to rate it a 1 star because of the reason mentioned................. 3/20 Update: Before going to bed, I sent an email to support, prayed on it, and went to sleep with some disappointment but had faith that I will get this app soon or later. This morning, I checked my email, and had a reply with instructions of what to do. It turned out that I did not have to do anything. Surprisingly, the app is installed on my phone! I was able to successfully login and am enjoying sharing some love to the city; praise God! Amen, Amen, and Amen!

Vince McLaren

Love the City, but the app struggles My initial rating a few months ago was 1 star. It's maturing along. Still not as robust as mobile site.

Michael Morris

Great way to keep in touch This app is great for staying connected with "The City" website while you are out and about

Ken Arnold

Will not open on a LG 4 tablet

Lyle Mantooth

Better than the mobile version of the site However, my biggest peeve is still present, and I really hoped it would be addressed by the app. I schedule people with Needs on a regular basis, and I really want to know who is assigned for a particular day. Sometimes I forgot to check so I look with my phone, which doesn't tell me.

Liana Gergis

Great !! Keep informed and in touch !

Marc Goldfuss

Can't even log in... I can enter my email/login, but can't even select the password field to enter one. Galaxy S5 And. 5.0 VZW.

Derby Phicil

Fact: I only downloaded and kept this app because my pastor asked me too. The platform for communication is horrible. Why can't I view my own page?

Jesse del Prado

It's mighty handy.... But it crashes like it's nobody business.

Liz Gaines

I have tired many times to log in keep saying I don't have an account yet I get mail from my church don't understand

LILLIANA SANTIBANEZ

The city I want to be part of this, but I can't search for groups...I'm missing a lot of stuff:(

Jannell Gregg

The City

Ben n Natalie Acevedo

Still some issues. Ok so you fixed the exiting problem :) awesome! But now when I get a notification, I click on the notification so I can view it, but instead it just clears & takes me to my home page. Please fix.

Travis Orozco

It just doesn't work. I have had to reset my password 3 times. I enter the right password but the app keeps telling me no. I then log in through Chrome and it works fine. You guys should focus as much on the Android version as the ios one.

DJ Zephyr

Needs to work on Nexus 7 While nice for getting media team notifications pushed to my tray, my Moto G is not the ideal device for doing anything else. Dunno why this app supports my newer phone, but not my (slightly) older- and far more capable- Nexus 7.

Matt Joseph

Buggy Clicking status bar alerts hardly ever opens the app and when it does it will not bring you to the alerted message . App force closes. Tells me there is connection issues when I don't have any connection issues.

Ryan Allen

Crashes and does not operate properly I have a iPhone for work so I also have The City app on that phone. The android app locks up and the back button does not work. I resort to either using my computer or my iPhone (which I don't like).

Jesse Harwell

Decent Misses some of the features from web, but seems usable and mpderately useful.

Lawrence Worrilow

Useless This app is almost useless on Android phones. Just bypass the app and log on using your smartphone browser.

Alan Wells

Needs to be fixed App crashes constantly. Apparently the city is in disarray.

TheHeedChronicles

Crashes on Android Great intent but "unfortunately stops" EVERY time on Android OS. Missing out on a huge amount of users.

Gary Sherry

windows products HEy Guys, awesome tool, just super frustrated that I cant get it to work on any of my windows products. please please can you look into this . many thanks GAry

Keith Hayes

Very limited Better to just wait and go to web

Brian Webb

Brian Works well

Dave Conley

Works partially ...a step forward Works on iOS (iPad) and Android phones, but not on my Android tablet. Does not have all the functionality of the web site version from Mac or PC. Still a welcome step forward!

James Lofthouse

Could be great but It's slow has some bugs and/or annoyances but has loads of potential The mobile site is much better faster and let's you message

John W. Stark

Even better than before! The City App is great

lisa p

Somewhat useful Can't access or send messages. IPhone app can. Please fix.

Alysha Robinson

Easy Access It is a great app to have. Especially for those who are like me and do not get on the computer as often as smartphone.

Matt Atkins

Good concept; still work to do The app is nice to make The City available on the go. However, there are some functions that are not included on the Android app that I think are needed: a) The ability to make an event Shareable (can be done on browser version). b) Actually share an event/post that somebody else has marked shared. I will gladly update my grade and change my review if anyone has a trick or function that I am missing. The app also crashes regularly, but that is probably to be expected on a relatively new tool.

Alan Wells

Needs to be fixed App crashes constantly. Apparently the city is in disarray. Updated: I can no longer log in through the mobile app. I get a message stating my password is incorrect (yes I checked to make sure I am entering correctly). I am deleting this once and for all.

John Merchant

Basic design flaws Slow, crashes, logs me out occasionally so I miss push notifications, and I've never seen a worse implementation of a calendar - seriously, just use a standard format.

Robert Albertson

The Apple app has a lot more functionality The basic functions work fine, but I have compared this version to the Apple version on my wife's phone and this one is missing a lot of the features that the Apple version has. With the Android version you have to log into a web browser to perform many actions. The Apple version allows you do everything in the app itself.

Jac Piltz

Great app for NHCC and all its members What a great way for us to learn about our church and the people involved with it!!!

Danielle Hatfield

Market place not inside app First, I can't view the city on my Samsung galaxy. Second, the app is just a shortcut to the website.

Sandra Vanhooser

Outdated and crashes Please update for Android. IPhone has better usability. Pasted links don't work, videos never load. Posts aren't showing up. Can't upload images via app, so many features are missing. Only really good for alerts. Not usability.

Daniil Marchenko

Poor app, poor business model. A CMS (Church management system) that wants to be Facebook.

Teresa Watts

Set it up, went back on later, it said either email or password doesn't match. I requested password reset, I got the email and clicked the link, nothing! Called the 800 number, he said he reset. Still the same.

Glenn N Levinia

Needs updating I don't remember my password so I put my email in and doesn't recognize it. I just turned my computer off, and need to respond in the City. If I remembered my password that be fine. I don't remember cause it auto login on comp and try to do the same here but never does..

Kelly Fuhrer

Unstable app Possibly the worst app I've ever used. It worked for a time on another phone, but I was logged out and unable to log back in. I gave up hope, attempting again once I had a new phone. On different attempts, I've tried to reset my password, once "successfully", but the app either crashed when loaded, at a login attempt, or at the password request screen several times. I still can't log in, and apparently I don't have an acvount, even though I did have one a few crashes ago.

Markus Nakhlah

Getting better and better A useful tool to keep in contact with your groups and friends.

Scott MacDonald

It does enough... Not a great app. It's very old design-wise, it's lacking a lit of features and it seems to crash a lot. But it does enough of what I need it to do so I'll keep it!

Shevaun DeVille

Fix it! Constantly crashing. But useful nonetheless.

Angelica Sloan

Half & Half I have an android and my husband has an iPhone he has a tone more features than I do. I can't even see pictures that have been posted. Some post do not even appear. Not so happy with it at this moment. Version need a major update for android devices!

Peter Kubow

WORST APP EVER! This app never works. Constantly crashes it's like 1980's technology trying to work today. Please get up to speed with social media!

Karli Summerer

Does not work well for Androids It worked much better with the iPhone, but I just installed the update on my Android and now it won't even let me input my password to sign in. And it crashes constantly. I am not sure what to do to fix it but am quite frustrated.

Steven Williamson

Event scheduling Every time I schedule an event and hit post, the scheduled time is changed. So I edit the post to the correct time, hit save, and the time changes again. Please fix this.

Dan Hutson

Password space doesn't work Ah, so there's a place to enter your password, but it won't let you put the cursor in it, so it's impossible to log in

Ryan Gregory

Good idea bad app The website is cluttered but usable. The app is barely functional. News doesn't load, posts don't have authors, its very slow. Poor implementation of a good idea.

Chris Kosho

Good concept, needs massive redesign Developers, please look at Material Design for this app. Thanks

Warren W

Keep working on it Web version is decidedly more feature filled. Also, obviously derived from iOS platform, has more functionality and more stable on iPhone than android. Still, I am able to get some use from it. Would probably be more popular if the Android issues were gone. 3 stars, usable.

Michael Morris

Great way to keep in touch This app is great for staying connected with "The City" website while you are out and about

justinlamb75

Not Good On Android The Android app is not very good. It is clunky, slow to respond, and is more difficult to use than the web version, which already isn't great.

Ashlee Johnson

Just recently started to visit Bridgeway love this church and want to stay connected. Great app to meet my goal

David Lee

Won't work I would like to use this app. At one point I was able to use it but I got a Nexus 6 about a month ago and I've never been able to sign in through this app. I can sign in through the city website every time but when I try to sign in through this app it says "The login or password you entered is incorrect. Please try again, or use the Help button."

Thomas Bouvay

Android app is mediocre All the ACS Android apps are mediocre at best. Some are actually worse than this.

Zach Williams

Adequate, but could be much more Prayer request sharing and organization features could be much more robust. The features of the site could be more intuitive.

Susan Puckett

Would like to try this.... Apparently this is a common problem. Cannot log in, as it does not recognize my password.

DELLIE MITCHELL

The City!

Sparkle Williams

I can't login I can get into it via the Internet but can't login to the app

Marshel Crittenden

Church updates Keeps you in the know.

Joe Kaiser

Log In Issue otherwise works fine for me This app doesn't remove trailing spaces from your username if you use an auto fill feature. That's annoying. Other than that app is ok. Doesn't blow my mind in any way. It's convenient.

Paul Schmitz

Love The Application, But... I love the whole idea behind The City and the software itself. My only beef is that the app doesn't do as much as the Web program. I wish it would, but great software, guys...

Steve Parham

Giving Unable to get giving section to operate properly. My account is locked up and will not make monthly distributions and will not allow me to delete account to start over. The Internet site is even worse.

Kami Clay

Love city app I love keeping up with my church with city app it's great

Mimi Crosby

New user Still trying to get around but, our administrator is holding classes to help the parishoners learn their way around!

Ruth Cox

Not easy to use My household loves technology, and we love our church but this app is not intuitive, makes it hard to find people's contacts and keeps resetting preferences.

Brandon Kadlec

Doesn't work for s7 edge Does not log in. Does not work. Fox this garbage please.

Luke Broadbent

Great! The latest Android app is great! Although I'm wondering if it's possible to prevent the app from rotating on the screen when the phone is tipped sideways, even though the screen rotation is disabled. Cheers!

Sandra Reyes

Frustrating Slow. Hangs up. I can count on having issues. Needs much improvement.

Rachel Shepherd

Fantastic The BEST means to stay connected to my church family and all that God calls us to do

TheEverSpark :/

Great Community App! This is the perfect way to keep in touch with my youth group and church! We do a lot of meet-ups and mission outings, so this works really well! The app is really easy to navigate, and runs very smoothly!
