Sunrise Communications AG part of our Tools and have average installs from 100000 to 500000. Last Update Sept. 6, 2016. Google play rating is 57.9847. Current verison is 3.0.3. Actual size 4.9 MB.
now they fix it, apparently a few hours after I put a bad review here, the app starred working... I think it's just a coincidence, though. It's not super practical and it's quite slow, mainly because I think it exchanges a lot of useless data over the net just to show a few info, but it's ok and there's everything.
Terrible App, possibly the worse on the play store Totally useless, again and again. This must be the worst-est app on the the play store: a front end to a web site which works poorly and slowly. It's a shame for Sunrise (which BTW I think is still a good mobile provider).
This is not an actual app. It is a mobile website. Sadly the page can't be loaded. Is it so difficult to hire some actual software developers and let them code a native app?
Rubbish Had this nearly two months, it's never worked. Will now delete it.
A poor web app wrapper Really slow and buggy web app, throws many errors, hard to navigate. You'd think a mobile focused carrier would at least have a good mobile app... Please make it native.

Good idea but It lacks many features (recharge prepay), also deactivating the surf option will deactivate it directly, even if you receive a confirmation that it won't be renewed only when the amount of MB is used. I lost my internet data and all my credit thanks to this bad service. Buy M - budget mobile instead. Sunrise never again.
Of little value Renders a few useful informations, but lacks the really important functionality like e.g. recharge a prepaid account.
So poor that they better removed the app from the market.
App crash at launch -solved Cannot launch the app. It crashes on startup. Language set to english. Previous version worked fine. UNINSTALLED AND REINSTALLED.WORKS NOW
CRASH !! Cannot launch app... crashes on start up !! Please sort it out Sunrise, it was working well before the latest update.
deinstallation and reinstallation helps that app works again.

Essential,not so bad You can find only some informations,but there id everything you need in a few touches. It is surely possibile to improve it,but better than connecting every time on the sunrise website that is slow for mobile and not so efficient.
Poor Log in does not work. Typical sunrise. All marketing, no substanse.

Problems with scrolling within app Scrolling within the app doesn't really work at all on my Samsung Galaxy S6 (Even after uninstall and reinstall). This is kind of an essential feature for any app so I think you should fix this ASAP!! Please do so!

For a long time your app is not working properly. One can not scroll the screen down or up. I do not understand why don't you let someone control these kind of things "regelmessig"?
Just doesn't work I'm having serious problems with sunrise, so I'm trying to reach myaccount in any possible ways. Well, there isn't any. Either on the "app" or on my own browsers, I just can't scroll, therefore I can't save passwords, can't check older bills, technically nothing. Get your sh*t together Sunrise, this is a joke what you call service here....
Terrible App Useless copy of the mobile page, constantly freezes or refuses to save requests. Important data (like recharge history) nowhere to be found. Lift your game sunrise, this is pathetic!
Cheap Super laggy. It's basically just a web browser that doesnt work. Only some of the buttons in the app actually do something, most are just useless. Changes don't save..
Oh my God! I don't understand people who gave you 5 stars. This app doesn't deserve (even) 1 star. And your ugly receiver is the worst thing I ever saw. Who made that Design. Lagging, Freeze. So slow!
the sunrise app is a joke. it does not even allow to check how much mobile data volume is left - in fact since they "updated" their website and app, there is no way at all to check your data limit for prepaid customers. you can just guess until you suddenly automatically pay a new package for up to 80 CHF. if you care about having control of what you pay DO NOT USE SUNRISE!
It's nearly perfect ! It has a pretty nice design ! Had some problem with the navigation first but now i think its pretty simple and easy. Great job sunrise ;)

Awful The new and "updated" app is worse than the previous one, which wasn't exactly a shining beacon of success. Now I have no idea how much data traffic I have left. It logs me out randomly. Sometimes it does nothing when clicking on buttons. Poorly organised. Rubbish, amateurish design and implementation. Incredible that a mobile phone company would present this to customers.

Permissions grab without explanation The most recent update requires access to all your phone's media, plus app history, without any explanation of how it's going to use this information.
