Well, it's broken now Now defaults to the Store Finder, for some reason, and the loading overlay, which used to be able to be cancelled, is now permanent. Since location services have never worked, the app is entirely broken.

Had to uninstall then reinstall to make it work Didn’t work after last update like many other people. Uninstalled it then reinstalled it, re-entered my details and now it works fine.

Useless Everytime I try to login, according to endless knowledge of the programmers, I need Internet access. WHICH I HAVE CONSTANTLY. Shame there's no 0 star or even into the negatives. This app needs some work done to it. Big time!

Missing points and automated replies One thing I hate is automated replies from companies when providing them with feedback. If have spent the time to write a complaint I expect a response. I have been visiting a new store and due to IT issues no points have been added today I was told all issues now fixed and points where logged and now added. This is not the case and I spent around 45.00 in 1 week ànd lost my double points and all those purchases.....not happy subway customer.

Won't let me register my subcard. Why do you need to know so many details? It's an app for collecting loyalty points, so you can get a free sandwich every once in a while. And it won't let me register my subcard. Have I said that already?

Doesn't work Seriously does no one at subway bother reading these reviews. Like everyone else it tells me I need to update my security but it won't allow me keeps telling me once this box closes you will be directed to a screen to change password but doesn't take me to it but won't allow me to do anything and keep getting this error message. The update clearly does not work for lots of people


RIP Subcards Been requesting a password reset so many times for a week, still got no email. Doesn't seem like Subcard is a thing anymore, for me at least.

Doesn't work anymore! Can't even login after reinstalling to associate my card. Keep getting the message "Sorry. We are currently experiencing some issues. Please close the app and try again". How on earth should I use my card to get points? The receipt with points is not always given by person at the till.

Working again, password reset now works. Same as everyone else. I couldn't use it and lost points for many purchases. But tried reset password again today and it actually worked!

Stole all our points Kept saying security upgrade needed but won't let us!! Had loads points but now been told by staff just have start new card and lose points!!! Tried unistalling, then resetting by the email sent still didn't work! !!!


Got it working again I had to set my phone clock to auto update time . Once done then the app started working correctly

Subway card To everyone having problems tick automatic date and time - use network provided time. It fixed the issue with the app straight away.

Doesn't give balance etc Connects OK and records my purchases. Will not show my points balance or recent purchases. Still like it for the convenience of recording points when I make a purchase. Can get the points balance at the outlet so no real problem.

Catastrophicly floored, collected 2400 points, then the app asked me to change my password for security upgrade, problem is it it won't redirect you to change password link and just freezes. Tried everything, reinstall, password reset ect, it just bounces you between screens- checking your a real person- incorrect password - update your password ect, working nextdoor to a subway, which I use every day, I know other people have had the same problem. Thaught a company like subway would test upgragrades.

An utter disaster since the "upgrade". Doesn't work, keeps asking me to reset the password, but won't allow me to do that either. I've lost a ton of points. It used to work perfectly fine. It's supposed to be more "secure" now...I'm sorry, but how secure does a loyalty card for a sandwich shop need to be?

Useless ***update*** New update and still not working. I will remove this app now for good. For a good while now I can't use the app. Only message I get when I want to log in 'Subway OK'. Can't log in, can't create new account cause my email address is registered already. Very disappointing.

Ridiculous Can't reset password after upgrade as it continually says the email address does not match the one requesting the password change. Now can't use the app and have lost all points. Will go to the shop for a new card and start again.

Subway card Just got ripped off for 4.50 because they promised me 100 points by email if I spend 3.50. And I spent 4.50 and got no points. Have had enough and unstalling the app and never going there again.

finally installed the app and now it says It doesn't recognise my email or password . so ive gone to register again and now it says it has already been registered. cant win. its so annoying! so im missing out on double points. and it also took me 20 minutes to recognise my post code. im sure I know my own postcode. uninstalling.

Not worked for long time I've not been able to log in and scan my barcode for some time now, I just figured there was a temporary glitch but I've deleted and reloaded the app 5 times now and it still does not work. Might go and get a card from the store to use instead.

Can't change Password Since the update to the app, when I try change the details, the app says it will re-direct me. Which it doesn't. Also, if I go into settings to change the password, once I submit, that too doesn't update my settings. Pointless!

Used to work fine... Just like everone else, asking for password reset, so I did that through the website. Can login to the website without issue, but can't login to the app with the same details... Useless app with no support. Not going to subway again unless they fix it

Security upgrade If you're having problems with the security upgrade, reset your password through the subcard website. The app is slightly broken, so I reset through the website, reinstalled the app, now everything works fine.

Starts on find a store But then freezes as it fails to use my gps to locate me and this my nearest stores... which a, I didn't ask for. B, I DON'T NEED! I know where my local stores are, hell I know where stores are that I don't use, and if I'd just walked into one and wanted to claim points on my card, guess what I DON'T NEED TO KNOW WHERE ANOTHER STORE IS. Old app was better, you clicked it, it came up with your scanable code then ten minutes later inform you it couldn't receive current balance (no internet signal) now it sucks

Stopping going subway Was a great app till they emailed saying they updated it and updated the security. Now it tells me i need to reset my password then stops working. Im sick of problems with subway now they have lost my custom

A complete con. Cannot get into my account to change my password since the so called security upgrade, it will not send the link to change my password. I have lost all my points now and I have a substatial amount! ! I have emailed customer services to no avail, no reply! I think it's a ploy by Subway so customers lose their points.

How i cured app freezing after update on galaxy s4 When trying to open app it was freezing at the store location stage. What i did to get the app to work was go into the 'app manager' in phone settings and click on 'delete cache' and 'delete data'. Opened up app, clicked on 'already registered' then followed the instructions to update the password. App now works fine.

Upgrade has borked it Worked fine until the last upgrade.. Now it tells you you need to reset password but doesn't give you the option to do it.. Once you click OK nothing happens.. Obviously they have been hacked and personal account details have been compromised or they have just had a good idea to con everyone out of their points.. Just went to KFC for lunch instead

After this upgrade the app would only load a store finder, no other options. Fully uninstalled and installed again and now all looks OK and not lost any points.

Works for me so far and I use it instead of the physical sub card and to check rewards. QR scan is fine with high brightness (and also works offline). Sometimes staff are unsure how to discount for eg free hot drink from points.

Keeps saying my details are incorrect What has happened to this app? It used to work fine. I had over 3000 points. Now it just displays a Popup saying that my details are incorrect. You would have thought that a multi million pound company would hire some good developers. What a joke. Subway? More like SCAMway

Appalling app and lack of service I also echo what's been said previously. There seems to be a complete lack of interest or service with the app complaints. I've accumulated alot of points , and when I went to use them..The app doesn't recognise my email or password, stating it may have expired! !! Come on Subway. .at least have an app that works if you're offering this rewards scheme...otherwise it's a rip off

Crap App App has all of a sudden stopped working even though working perfectly fine yesterday. It tells me that either password or email is incorrect or expired which is not the case. Just a coincidence that I e-mailed a complaint yesterday about points not being added when card scanned in the same store time and time again and unable to get recipt as machine has been broke for over 6 months......removing app until it is sorted.

SubCard Why aren't you able to add points to your account VIA the app? Also, why do you have to wait forty-eight hours before you can add the points? Is it so we lose the receipts? Please learn from the KFC app.

Update issues It tried to get me to change my password but would never take me to the page to do it. I had to go on the website log in there change my password and unistall the app and redownload it to get it working again. For all the carry on I have had I have taken some stars off as this should never have been an issue in the first place, I mean how safe does a loyalty card for a sandwich have to be.

Security password reset Like most of you, I was locked out after the app update. The way I have sorted it was to uninstall the app. Reinstall it, go to login, then you will find the automated "reset your password" message, but this time, when you click OK it actually brings up the forgotten your password box. I received the email to reset my password, carried out the password reset, and was able to log back into app with my new password. Hope this helps...

Awful Since the last upgrade can't access anything. Just not working at all, keeps on giving me a message saying that it will transfer me to change my password but nothing comes up. I thought it was my phone, switched it on and off but no change. So disappointed ?

Suspicious security update There is a news about a security update which tells you to delete your app, install it again and get your password changed. So do I understand well that our passwords were leaked? There is no even a new app version available in play store! What are you hiding there?

What utter rubbish. I logged in on this app and it was fine. I moved house so I updated my details online which entails updating my password. So when I tried to login again on the app it asked for my new details. Now all it tells me is that the password and email do not match, I have reset this about 5 times and still the same. I am told I need to get a new card. which will mean losing all my points. Utter rubbish do not use this app.

Disappointing Where's the new subway app? Followed instructions but doesn't work as I still have the old subway app. So much for an upgrade and I have quite a lot of points. The number on the app is different to my subway card. Won't be visiting subway in a hurry. :-(

Rubbish Absolute rubbish after update. I uninstalled the app, changed my password, reinstalled the latest version and am still being told my password and email don't match. I've effectively lost all my points as a result. Fix this nonsense.

Needs looking at! Same as other users. Used to be great but app is in desperate need of some tlc. Same problem as others where keeps asking to reset password but nothing happens and no pop up. I just went onto a computer and reset my password from there. Then uninstalled and reinstalled the app. Logged in with new details and back to working again. Works. But shouldn't be having issues like that.

If they don't want to continue the promotion they could have found another way round it rather than wind everyone up by lousing up the app.

Robbed Like many others had problems with login. I had nearly 900 points and the shop says I must start again. Do they realise how much we spend to get those points. Goodbye subway another loyal customer lost. Im now going across the road to baguettes for you for half the price ;-)

Really messed this one up Worked fine until recently, but now I can't access my points. It keeps telling me that due to a security upgrade my password is no longer valid and that I will be taken to another screen to update my details, but nothing happens. Tried to update via my details page but that also fails.

How to log in after update without losing points All you do is go on the app log out then tap alredy registered account then tap fergot password and put you're email address in and then follow the link subway send you though email and log in with you're changed password

Seems to be working so far. But updating the details is rubbish, flashes up with a prompt screen but then doesn't take you to the location you need to be, which it says it will. Had to change my details online on a computer first, app doesn't work properly for that.

STORE FINDER? Everything was working fine since the security issue. Now the app has magically change to the Subway store finder, not really helpful if you are in subway about to be served on a day I was going to use some of my points. Will have to survive on a sausage roll from Greggs

Works after a few hrs after password reset Had password/e-mail error twice and to change my password twice since getting this app and last update. Gave it a few hours after password change and works again. Can see balance and points are still there. There is little guidance for new users and lack of response on this app page (Previous: 4* to 1* to 3*)

This app and the support for it is horrific, asked me to change my password and says it will redirect me to do so but it does not. tried to reset my password on the website but the password reset emails never arrive, even when trying on and off for months. I am appalled.

Whats the point it doesn't work! Everytime I try logging in it just says "subway"! No error message or anything. I can still login online so it's just the app that is broken.
