Are you reading reports, articles and PDF documents? Do you want to make notes and highlights in the documents exactly as you do on paper? The Stylus Annotator is the app for you! Try this light version for free. It offers full functionality, for the first three pages you want to annotate.
Stylus Annotator is the slimmest PDF annotation software for Samsung Galaxy Note devices. Use the Samsung stylus to make precise annotations and markers in your own handwriting, in any PDF document.
Files can be opened and stored locally as well as to your DropBox account.
The annotation functionality has been designed to allow fluent reading and annotation of documents.
- Easy switch between pen and marker
- Easy toggle between pen colours to highlight different types of annotations
- Easy toggle between marker colours to make it easy to see which sentences and paragraphs relate to each other
In addition: Are you tired of apps that interpret your finger as the pen? This never happens with the Stylus Annotator. The app recognizes the difference between your fingers and the stylus. Fingers are only used to move, zoom and erase in the document. The stylus to annotate! Exactly as you are used to when you annotate on paper.
Stylus Annotator part of our Productivity and have average installs from 100 to 500. Last Update June 11, 2015. Google play rating is 76.6667. Current verison is 1.0. Actual size 6.1 MB.
Works well at drawing lines but has limitations Needs line thickness control ASAP. No ERASER?! That needs fixing. Save as process is counter intuitive and needs work or getting used to. Switching out the application and then back in does not work. Some brush control would be good.
Does exactly what it says it does Great for marking up pdfs. Can annotate and erase very easily. I see there is dropbox support, only wish there was also Google Drive support.
Ok for pdf note , practical note but i cannot save to my galaxy tab 10.1 where is the file that save???
Overall nice and light app for PDF annotation. Limited features, but clearly the aim is to provide the core features and a really simple/intuitive interface. Scrolling feature is rather limited and to my mind the main shortcoming in usability, it is not possible to move back half a page and see the bottom of a previous page as well as the top of the following page at the same time -- view always snaps to showing only a single page at a time. This can be rather annoying when trying to refer back to something just mentioned. Would be great if a connection with ownCloud could be implemented. That would make this a clear stand-out compared to other apps on the market, and popular with many in academia. UPDATE: after writing on a PDF and saving the file, I then reloaded. The word I had written on page 7 was there, but the page behind it had been completely blanked! Deal-breaker!! Hope this can be fixed.
