Know Your Sleep is a digital sleep log/diary that helps you track and analyze your own sleep patterns. With the ability to store your data in the cloud with Google Drive support, you can view your data anywhere you go!
Additionally, with shared class or group files - teachers and families can set up a shared document to collect the entries of their students or family members!
Any stored data can be downloaded as a comma-separated-values (CSV) data table or can be easily converted into a Google Sheets file.
-Sleep Log: Allows you to update a daily sleep log with information ranging from sleep/wake times, energy level, breakfast, and more!
-Intelligent Sleep Tips: Find out ways to improve your sleep habits based on your own personal data. Ex: Erratic sleep times will lead to suggestions that you keep to a regular sleep schedule.
-Charts, Graphs, Tables: Track your sleep deficit, sleep duration, wake/sleep times, and everything else through assorted charts, graphs, and tables.
-Google Drive Integration with Personal and Group Sharing: Personal and shared Google Drive files allow you to save your data in your Google Drive account, and allows groups to collect their data in one place.
Instructions For Creating a Shared File:
-Upload a empty .CSV file to your Google Drive Account (These can be created through Excel or by simply saving a text document with the .CSV extension)
-Share the file with members of your group (students in class, family members, ect.)
-Instruct group members to go into the "File Settings" tab within the app and choose the file that has been shared with them
-And you are done! Now any data they choose to sync through the "Class Sync" tab will be added to the shared document!
FOR USERS OF THE OLD VERSION:
A workaround to allow old data to be imported using the Google Drive cloud save functionality of the original app is being developed. If you wish to keep your old data, then do not delete the old version of the app, and stayed tuned for an update to this listing.

Data entry malfunction Didn't seem to work on Nexus 10.
Pretty good I'm very glad that there's a "sleep interruptions" option (something the other apps don't seem to have). Unfortunately, it doesn't subtract the time awake from total sleep time. It says I slept a total of 9 hours, when in reality, it was 7. Otherwise, it's a great app! With that fix, this would be a 5-star app.
Great app. Nice presentation and responsive developers I tried this app in its previous form and it showed a lot of promise and was really nicely presented. It has now been re-launched with new features that allow me to enter interruptions to my sleep if I awake in the night which is an important facility that I have not seen in other sleep diaries. Also the graphing capabilities are way ahead of the other apps that I have tried. Thanks, keep up the good work!
I really like it
Doesn't work Tried to open app many times and all I get is "unfortunately know your sleep has stopped working". It has never started working - not once. Very disappointed. Uninstalling and installing a different app.
No nap function. This was pretty much exactly what I was looking for in a sleep log app. Just wish I could add in any naps through out the day.
Only tracker I found that lets you input instead of trying to track for you Saves battery, would be better with a nap function or the ability to add sleep more than once a day but other than that seems solid thus far
Worked well until Today. I put in the time I went to sleep and the time I woke up just like usually. It then said I slept for 21 hours?! Can't be because I slept for 9 hours. I checked the am/pm and everything was right. Either I am doing something wrong or your app is not working correctly. Eitherway, help would be appreciated! If you fix this problem I'll give you 5 stars.
It's a good app but.. I suddenly lost my logs.. I want able to back them up and that's my fault. But there was no reason at all for me to lose some logs. I logged my nights every morning but then it said that I missed all the days between Nov 8 and 25! Wth!
Sleep entries There is no option for no sleep at all, this then means you cannot complete that entry. This is no good for a chronic sufferer of Insomnia.
I love it! Keeps track of important info to help you know your sleep patterns. Show it to your doctor. Or learn to accept your natural patterns and adjust to meet them.
Crashes Before it even opens every time
Not good Crashes on a tablet in horizontal mode (only works in vertical). Also, doesn't let to enter the values for the missed night properly since the date picker has only 'yesterday' and 'today' as a choice for the start time and sets automatically the day to the current system date for the end time.
Doesn't work Downloaded onto galaxy note 4. Spent 15 minutes filling it all in, it said it had saved. Pressed on 'charts' the app then crashed losing all data.
A couple of minor problems Minor problems that hopefully the developers can fix. Otherwise a really good app. Prob 1...you have to enter your recommended sleep, sleep deficits etc are then based on this...but can only enter whole hours. 7 or 8 but not 7.5. Prob 2... you have to choose what kept you awake, even if you slept fine, what you choose goes into the statistics. Prob 3...I havent checked this yet, but if you can't add daytime naps that is a problem.
So far the most useful app for me I wish this app made it possible to log the length of time it took me to fall asleep, whether I woke up earlier than intended, and naps.
Entire month of April is gone. At least twice, I have open the app to enter sleep info for the day before and noticed that several days worth of records were gone. I opened it this morning to see that the entire month of April has disappeared.
