Guys read 2.3 Gingerbread is not compatible. I had 2.3 (tried with no luck at all) then downgraded back to 2.2.1 works a dream!
Stopped working after upgrade to Gingerbread I really liked this widget before it stopped working... it was a much better indicator of signal strength than the standard notification bar display. Worked great on Froyo. But after upgrading to Gingerbread, the widget stopped working. Signal strength display never changes and it shows the wrong carrier. What a shame. I'll wait a while before uninstalling in the hope that an update will become available to fix it. [Atrix 4G]
Useless, worthless First of, it says I am on T-Mobile. I am showing full bars and it is saying -103db. Should be in the -70's. Running ATT i777 Galaxy S2
Wildly inaccurate. HTC Incredible 2.2. Shows 10 bars when there is no signal, 2 bars when there is a strong signal, etc. Another useless app.
Broken Motorola Photon 4G on Sprint. Doesn't even read phone info. Says I'm on T-Mobile with max signal, and doesn't even change.
Doesn't work at all on an HTC Incredible with CM7 and the Tiamat kernel. :( Just shows T-Mobile and -113 dBm, even though I'm on Verizon.
Great, but does not show airplane mode. Instead it shows I'm connected to T-Mobile (No T-Mobile here in Caribbean).
This app broke a while back, now it tells everyone they are on T-Mobile! I will keep it installed for now in the hopes it will be fixed!
Awesome! Has much more resolution than the 4 bar indicator. And the dBm I have been looking for a while!
Works fine on HTC desire I like the bit when you have no signal comes up 911 only I live in the UK 999
... Helpful widget when it works. Currently broken on my Droid 2 Global. Says provider is T-Mobile but I'm on Verizon. @Dev: please troubleshoot.
No accurate info phone shows E and widget shows 3G. Try 2 Widgets and they show different info uninstalled N1 froyo
Don't install Doesn't work on galaxy S2. Your phone maintains this network info but the widget can't read it. And that's its purpose.
Looks nice — Does't Work! Terrible widget. No idea how it got 4 stars! Shows Incorrect carrier. Signal strength is wrong. Graphic never changes.
Gingerbread Doesn't work on epic 4g 2.3.4 gingerbread. Used to work great before I updated though
Like, but want more Works well, but would also like cell location which is also broadcast. I usually know what provider I'm using but not which cell.
Provided quick access to useful info Works well, no problems, very useful info. The only issue I see is that the app is always running so always occupying some memory. Wish there was a way to enable/disable from running.
Very nice when you enjoy signal strength monitoring as I do. Runs as a widget and not from launcher. Works on my Optimus V.
Does not work, stars I'm on T-Mobile when on vodafone and says I have zero signal lol crap
Poor Doesn't work for me. t-mobile ? I'm on verizon
It doesn't work I have sprint and it says t mobile wtf
Doesn't work Doesn't work on Verizon gnex shows I'm on T-Mobile network?
Eclair & Gingerbread - Works correctly on my SGS running Eclair, but doesn't work correctly on my other SGS running Gingerbread.
Doesn't work on XWJVB Galaxy S. Just shows T Mobile
Doesn't do what it says Does nothing but say -113 on tmobile. Both incorrect.
Still doesn't work on my G2 with Gingerbread.
wish it works does not work. like the widget design. please fix
Same issue with 2.3. Sits at -113 And dev does not reply to emails. From the looks of the dev site he has abandoned app and gone to win mobile.
Not working on android 2.3. Previously I'm on android 2.2 and its work fine.
Doesn't work on dhd on vodafone uk running cm7
Doesn't work. Mt4g with cm7(2.3)
Busted Does not work on gingerbread Nexus S
So far i like it the graph might not be accurate but the numbers are & that's what i wanted. Tmo G2
It works great and does exactly what it's suppose to and displays as a widget on the desktop
Great app, but does not work on Gingerbread (CM7)
Did not work on Samsung galaxy Prevail
Nope Doesn't work on Droid bionic
Worked great on my EVO 4G, on my EVO 3D it doesn't work.
Does it *have* to come with a transparent background? Can't read value with my wallpaper...
Very poor Asp doesn't work at all... It shows no signal even though I have 4 bars signal strength, it says I'm on t mobile and I'm on Verizon and it says I'm using 3g and I'm using 4g. Complete fail...
It doesn't work at all on my phone
Ofcourse you can't open the app, because it's not an app, it's a widget! Add the widget to the srceen and it works just fine.
Fails to initialize. And with free configurable signal strength widgets available paid pro version unnecessary. Code updating needed on this widget.
Does not work GalaxyS2 | India | Airtel the widget is just indifferent to the signal status, heck, It can't even get the operator right. If I'm not wrong, T-Mobile is not there in India.
Does not work This widgt is a good idea but it is not working properly. It keeps telling me I am on T-Mobile but am on the Wind network! .. also says no signal but I can text message.. lol .. needs fixing
Not working on Ice Cream Sandwich Wasn't sure if it was working until I put the device in airplane mode and the image finally refreshed to show that it was in airplane mode. Came back online and widget never refreshed after about 12 hours and crossing about 30 miles.
Graph was very inaccurate. In low signal areas, the bars would show full strength every so often before going back to where it should be. Don't use.
One star for lack of development for 2.3. Keeping installed for a future update and 5 stars!!
Needs Update This widget is great! It does an amazing job without any issues. Unfortunately it does not work in Gingerbread so 4 stars for now.
Doesn't work Just sits on my home screen saying "T-Mobile, -113db" I don't even have T-Mobile
Worked perfectly on 2.2 but stopped working on 2.3. Very disappointing. Please fix!
Broken HTC Desire HD Does not work on HTC Desire HD no icon so app unusable. What a pile of junk.
Most attractive signal strength app i've found, let's me get rid of my status bar when I use it with a few other widgets.
Waste of battery... couldn't be more inaccurate ... haha sorry
Boo Does not work at all. Consistently says airplane mode. Waste of time. Motorola DROID incredible.
Not accurate. Have to delete then re-add to update. Please fix! TMO G2
works awesome, suddenly stopped updating widget. uninstall and reinstalled. works as usual now. moto defy
Doesn't work! This doesn't work. Should be removed from market if developer isn't supporting it.
Didn't work Didn't work at all on my SGSIII. used to use it on my SGSI, but must have not been updated to work on never OSs or something.
Not working, never changes and has the wrong carrier.
Crap!!!!!! Does not even show up on my HTC inspire after being installed
Displayed T-Mobile as my carrier w/ innaccurate readings on my Vzw Motorola Droid. Uninstalled.
How the hell u know its working or not so basically u got space blocker
Droid Ever since droid updated our phones this app stopped working :(
Doesn't work shows me only on 3g and with tmobile but I'm not with them anymore.
Does not show accurate strenght, numbers ok but not the bars mt4g
