Awesome Definitely helpful and useful app I recommend for everyone to have.

Scales Practice Pro I am an old guitarist, that having just suffered a brain injury is having to relearn things again, I am self taught, so SPP is of real benefit to me, to program what to focus on, and remind me of the progress I'm making, whilst making sure I don't waste time "learning" mistakes...give it 5/5 thanks guys

Sarah Nyakazingo

I think this is okay for full length scales but it doesn't have the scales for Twelfth especially for Saxophone. Another problem is the the Dominant 7th Scale begins on the Tonic and not on the 5th (Dominant ) which is what is required for ABRSM exams.

Ronald Cooks

Excellent App Very clean and simple UI with great features. Tons of scales to choose from.

Veer Atwal

Its truely worthy app... thanks team..

Kent Jones

Dave C

Excellent Just wanted I needed to tune up the old Vibraphone CHops again...

Mike C

Very good app Made me relearn all my scales again.

John Lynch

Class The reason I give this app five stars is, it shows the octaves in each of the keys. That is clever thinking.. That's a shout out to the app developer that thought of doing that!!

Greg Devaney

Needs more scales Will you be adding more scales such as the diminished scale or scales from non-western music?

Nolan Lemon

Average App should include options to see names of notes played and notes being played on piano and guitar.

Beth kmi

Excellent This has all the scales & is perfect for practicing. Only wish it had flute sound but the clarinet will have to do.

Ron Moore

Great tesource Simple and effective. No ads or malware like some other similar apps.

Diane Gayden

Good app to pass wait time!

Mitchell Kantrowitz

Excellent Practice Tool! I'm currently auditioning for the Marine Corps Band and I didn't know all my scales, so the auditioner told me to come back and learn them. I downloaded this app and within a week, I noticed some serious improvement in my paying ability and confidence just because I read learning my scales! Definitely would recommend to anyone and everyone!

Chris Turner

Fantastic app, well worth getting. ☺

Kim Appelgryn

Very Good Excellent for teachers and pupils.

Laurana Wong

Everything I need so far I use this app all the time. I find it elegant, with just enough options to satisfy my needs. One of the minuses I see is that it stops playing when transitioning between vertical and horizontal modes on my Droid Razr. So, it doesn't work so well when I'm carrying my phone around. It would also be nice for the right arrow to advance the playlist without having to stop play. Thank you, Stonekick!

Cliff Watson

Fantastic Great tool for learning..

Maurice Rosales

Crashes Crashes when every other scale

Rose Sawyer

What a great app! I wish I had had this when I was starting out on my instrument. I'm thrilled to have it for my son. Easy for his teacher to save a practice list each week. The update did a great job fixing the crashing problem on my Galaxy Tab. Thank you for a wonderful app!!

Alexander Book

Has a simple task, does it well I also like the playlist feature, so that I can practice different groups of scales when I need to.

Nelson DMello

Arnold Williams

Somsak Supasiri

Darin F Liddell

Brandon Manczak

Stephanie Torres

Amazing app!! I demand u get this app it will help tremendously.Especially if your a musician!!

Marco Curmi

Missing basics and low register options The app & idea is good but needs a lot more work to be up to a 5 star. I bought the pro version to have more options but for a low register instrument (tuba) is not yet good. Basics: The octave 1 is not available, quaver notes or semis not available, twelfth (used a lot for exams), not possible too . Advanced: Other options could be to have different patterns/rhythms for practice such as triplets and dotted/legato notes. Keep up the good work!

Mario Grillo

Practical Tool Great for fretless intonation and execution-recommended!

Brandon Negron

I hate this My dad bought this for me and itsucks

Keithson Cruickshank

This is awesome This is a very simple and clear way of practising scales. Just what is needed.

Ben Simmonds

Great App This is going to brilliant for student's exam preparation. Feature request... Would be good to be able to have quaver and semi subdivisions so that count in remains 4 beats on random play mode... Also 12ths for sax would be helpful. Otherwise, great app!

Sumit Sagaonkar

Wonderful Its a must for every amatuer to have this application. It will help a lot for the learners to know their scales, chords (arpeggios) etc...

Caroline Beecham

Thank you thank you I finally decided to upgrade to get the 3 octave and arpeggio options. I didn't realise I was also getting dominant 7ths and diminished 7ths. And I looove that I can save my play list. Then today I just discovered that I can loop play and change the instrument. Brilliant. I understand that you can't make the exercises to fit all exam boards, but that would be an option for future versions. A feature you should definitely include in future versions is a long tonic (Trinity requires it).

Matt Vanderburgh

Really like that there is no tab. I need to throw that crutch away! App works great and does what it says it will do. Really good!

Matthew Rohrs

Practice Perfect to help me learn scales as I go to school.

Panga Sinan

Great app Great app and developer responds to emails.... I suggest if you are still using the free version, buy the paid version.
