Looks good and promising, but important features are missing I would like to be able to (1) input the number of teants paying rent, instead of calculating the total myself, (2) have a slidebar (or any equivalent that will update all the numbers while I slide it) for amortization period and rent, (3) get as output the minimal rent I must charge to break even, (4) input the exit point (selling the property) possibly before amortization period, (5) calculate the optimal exit point.
