No connection error This app has worked great until now. All of a sudden when I try to log in, it tells me I have no internet connection when, in fact, I do. Still won't connect after latest update and I need to submit receipts for approval...please fix promptly!

Not very good Great idea for the app but the images get screwed with because they change the pixles so they cannot read it. Also it will not let you upload a PDF so basically its useless to submit claims.

Please fix app upload/camera feature Would be great in theory but they claim they can't see read what I'm uploading. Looks good on my phone when I send it. Now I have to spend more time to fax the forms. Double the work. Could you please fix the feature? I've used a similar feature on another app from another company and it worked great. Disappointing.

You need to fix the photo part of this app Claims continually rejected because you can't read the documentation. I'm 56 and can read them on my phone screen, even with my poor eyesight. I've set up lights and tripod to no avail. Like one reviewer said before, this is merely an opportunity to have a chance to file all of your claims again by mail or fax. Totally frustration and basically worthless. Too bad,because it just shouldn't be that hard to get right

Can't upload receipt The app was good when it worked. I got a new smartphone and when I try to take a pic to upload a receipt, it comes out blurry when I go to preview it. Now I have to use someone else's phone to upload my receipts.

I'm revising my review from previous. No issues submitting claims. Worked great except had issues taking pics of receipts that wouldn't focus. Had to take pics and attach from gallery. Not sure if it was the app or my camera. Only thing that would make this 5 stars would be notification along the claims process (push or text msg)

send picture document doesn't work a piece of crap software, submit document via picture doesn't work. It is supposedly a convenient tool, but turn into a hassle that will take you more time to resubmit document over and over again. Do the traditional print and fax, don't waste your time until they fix their bugs.

Get yer dollahs quick, yo Good stuff right here...Once I figured out I had to login to the site on my desktop, change the password, AND THEN use that password combo to log in here. Also, NEVER throw away your receipts until they've approved your claim. Like others have mentioned, claims will OFTEN (no joke, almost every time) get denied on the first submission because the image is "unreadable". Just resubmit the SAME image/photo and it will "magically" be approved.

Reimbursement This app never works, I spoke to Rep who stated the problem would be fixed shortly that was two months ago.if it works it is an excellent tool, fix it.

Mangles photos I resubmitted two claims because the images were not clear. I re-took the pictures with the camera on a tripod and verified the images were detailed and sharp. They were rejected. The images on the site had been significantly degraded and down-sampled to the point they were not legible anymore. It's a shame - this would have been a very convenient way to submit documents.

Rejected claims The claims photos always get rejected for unclear photos. Even if I can read everything perfectly.

Can't log in... phone support didn't help. My company was in the list, so I entered my user ID and password and got an error that it was invalid so to try again or call. I called, and we tried what I use at a desktop and every iteration of my employee ID and password. The representative reset my password. Nothing worked. This would make things so much easier for me... if it worked. What is the secret?

Doesn't work Might be nice if it worked. It won't let me sign in even though I know my password is correct. IT says it might be fixed later this year. I'll give it a better rating if it's ever fixed

Doesn't work on TABLET - PHONE ONLY Nothing indicated that this would not work on the tablet. After 2 trouble tickets and several calls to support, I was told it would not work on my tablet. It installed without any trouble but when I try to log in it keeps saying the U/N or PW are wrong.

Not wrkin on Android but does on apple Every time I use it on my android phone, my daughter's phone, or 3 tablets all android os it won't work. I've downloaded, uninstalled, and reinstalled. I sign in then get the error app has stopped working. My coworkers with android are having the same issue. My husband has an apple phone & has no issue. Please fix it!! ♡

Absolute crap Worked on the beginning but now no dice. Only lets you log in 1 out if 1000 times. If you could log in its great, but logon is not functional.

Fantastic I was delighted to find out about this app to submit my medical expenses for reimbursement, especially since it integrates use of the phone camera to capture and submit receipts. So I knew it would easier and more efficient to submit va my phone than via a desktop. It is not often where that is the case. I entered about 10 expenses and it was SO EASY! It definitely exceeded my expectations. And i got an email almost immediately acknowledging the submittal. I had money in my bank account in 2 days.

Aon, how's about real tech support? Tells me I've got the wrong login or password.(I don't, it's correct) I'm supposed to call. The only number is to MY companies benefit department and they don't know anything about the app. Ok Aon...how about a real tech support for your app?

Prefect Easy way to send a copy of a receipt. It took me a few times to figure out that I need to change the picture size to small, when taking a picture for it to be received correctly

Doesn't Work They say use the app but it won't accept my login. Have never been able to login. Call support and they just claim, "they are working on it". My company just switched to them for flex plan and it is an unmitigated disaster. EIPIC FAIL!!!!!!!!!

Hmmm It won't let me log in...I can access my marriott site with username and password...but the app when use same username and password to access marriott says it's invalid username or password...let's get this fixed so I can use the app just once?

User The quality of picture taken is so bad that the receiving end can not revue the picture or the attachment. It seems they are in no hurry to correct the problem as well. Don't waste your time using this app until they fix the problem

Completely useless, can't read photos Submitted photo claims countless times that are clear to me, and they can't read it. Painstaking to go back and forth with claims being rejected and customer service saying it's my issue. Only to have to start from scratch and fax anyway. Complete waste of time. Please fix this, could be a useful app.

Photos Rarely Work As NUMEROUS people have noted, the camera in the app is worthless. It won't focus, which makes the document ineligible. If you're lucky enough to get a clear photo, they claim it's blurry on their end. If you use your regular camera and attach the photo, they claim they're missing receipt documentation. Would rate a zero if I could!

Good Experience with Launch Pleasantly surprised how well the app downloaded, installed, and performed our first access and reimbursement claim. Verified this transaction against the online account on our PC. Also, the document submission using the app to take a picture and submit worked very well. Update: Since the initial review, we need to downgrade our rating. As the main appeal of this app is supposed to be submitting a claim with documents using the phone camera, our first submission got declined due to illegible document!

Photos not clear Claim keeps getting rejected because the photo is not clear. But the photo looks fine on my side. Submitting a claim through the app you to work fine but it does not anymore. This needs to be fixed. Right now the app is worthless

Works as advertised but.... I was able to submit a claim but it wasn't flawless. Issue 1: The photo function will not focus. I had to exit the app use phones native camera app then return and attach the photo. Issue 2: The app logged me out the second I hit the home button to use the native camera app. So when I returned a few seconds later I had to log back in and restart the claim process. Moto X Pure Edition.

It Sucks, big time Like other comments, doesn't let you log on, even though you enter the right password, it gives you error message with a code. You call the help desk, they are no help. Bad bad app. If there was a minus star, I would have given it.

It sucks! Period. This app sucks, technically you can snap a pic if your receipts and submit through the app, but the camera comes out all blurry and NO WAY to focus it so they deny because "documents are illegible", during the month of February, I submitted a claim for "january 1st to January 31st", they denied because "dates are in the future" !?! Explain to your tech genius that JANUARY comes before FEBRUARY. I don't make tons of money and I Hate to always be delayed in getting $100's back because they offer a crappy app

Needs fixed bug in camera function. The app is a great app when it works but needs updated. The newer Android OS camera function fails, won't focus and when it does take the picture the app shows that it's clear and legible on the user end but when it goes for approval they deny it because it's unreadable. The only way to get around this is to take a picture of the document with your camera and then attach it but that doesn't always work either. I did find a solution though, I used my tablet which runs an older version of Android OS.

Won't let me log in and NO support According to a major electronic retailer's hr where I work we are supposed to use this app to submit all spending account receipts for reimbursement. Aon and this app do not recognize my required employee id. The only support offered leads to my company's hr dept which insists the issue is with the app and aon. Seriously freaking ridiculous!

Bummer Used it once and it worked great!! I was so excited at how easy it was, but when I tried to use it a second time it wouldn't let me log in, said I entered incorrect user name or password. Called the number and it's my benefits number, they filed a claim and told me to uninstall, turn phone off for a few mins and reinstall. Still doesn't work!!

Not perfect Super easy to use, definitely prefer it to getting reimbursed via the regular website. However, within the past few months the "take picture" function ceased to operate properly: it's unable to focus, automatically or manually (by tapping the screen), while the camera still functions properly for all other apps in which I use it, so you can't make out any printing on receipts. I'm left to take pictures in the regular old camera app, then upload them that way. Still pretty easy, but not ideal.
