App is very useful. It helps to improve my breathing skills in a very short term. But, please, fix turning off the screen during the training. I mean, I want screen to be turned on during the training, because I want to see the timer and the progress bar for doing exercise correctly. But screen is turn off after some time and I can only hear the metronome...

Great app! Great app! Although my annoying phone blacks out after a few minutes and I can't see the timer without constantly touching my screen, the music sync to the breath rhythm u choose. So once you get the rhythm down, you don't need to look at the screen to follow ur breath count, you can follow the music! Makes it fun to meditate!
7 minutes to Paradise. Not quit paradise, but close enough. The more I use Prana the more I like it. My mind seems to be always racing through everything I have going on and taking the 7 minutes to run through a breathing exercise calms my mind and relaxes me significantly. Highly reccomend giving this a shot.

Suggestions for serious Pranayama Wonderful application, I got the Guru version! Here are a few suggestions to make this more useful. (i) Allow 'Training Duration' in cycles to be greater than 50 cycles, and in time units to be greater than 30 minutes. (ii) At the end of the training, please give a distinct bell sound to indicate that time is up. Else we keep on exhaling when we practice with eyes closed :-). Namaste.

There's an issue... I can't seem to change the breathing ratio when i hit the "control button" for each breathing exercise. Do i need to purchase the guru version? Worked once, Update I loved this app the first time I used it but now the sound and metronome won't work. I have uninstalled it and reinstalled and nothing. *I'm upgrading the stars as the developer has reached out to fix my problem! I love this app and I love that he takes pride in his work.

Great app to help you relax as well as energize! I love that the free version allows you to customize the breathing intervals in all breathing modes. I like the reminders feature so that I don't forget to be consistent with this breathing technique.
The best out there. Purchased the app one of best out there really easy to use and clever however it could be better if you could implement a vibrate at every new stage of breathing I.e a vibrate at inhale, then retain, exhale and sustain. Don't see why time can be increased to infinity either.

Amazing app Even though i use this app for few days I am already ready to rate it! It has very nice interface, great choice of sounds that don't distract but instead calm you down when you are breathing and different types of trainings. Maybe in the future it would be nice to add some theory 'cause pranayamas aren't itself breathing but also a part of yoga philosophy. But as for now - I love it!

Time I wanted to do yoga but I'm still a student and I have trouble squeezing in time to go to a yoga studio. This app helps me achieve in some way the same relaxing effect as yoga. This app is really helpful and it doesn't take up much of my time.

I absolutely love this app. I am a bigger heavier guy and sometimes having asthma and being heavy makes my breathing not so good walking distance can be tough and make me short of air. With this app it makes me not feel winded when i walk or exercise. Keep up the good work!

Lovely app. Thanks for this nicely made app. Especially useful for keeping oneself in the present, in the constant awareness of our breath. The sounds at the end of each stage of breathing help achieve that. I am unable to view my daily progress in the app, it only shows the stats for that particular day, I don't really mind, maybe it's my phone, I use a OnePlus2. Nice I liked this app a lot. Simple and straight forward. I can see some amount of discontent below. But those people should understand that the developer has developed a trainer app. If they want to know better about those 'kriyas' and postures to attain while doing them, they should do their homework. This app is a simple and very functional trainer. Its not your meditation master.
Excellent! Well-designed with many useful and encouraging features to practice pranayama. I love the clean layout and the easy to follow different training types. The only thing that distracts me is that there's some clipping when some of the background sounds change, and some of them (such as night sky) are low quality. I have the guru version, so I'd love it if they played through without any click between the different sounds as they changed to match inhale/hold/exhale etc.
Simple and accurately informative As a yoga instructor, I find that the elegant spirit of this app is incredible. I will be upgrading after using it for a few days, not just because the paid app offers amazing stats and options, not just because it is sliding scale which fits my ethics, but because I feel the developers should be compensated for what is obviously a labor of love and service.
Exactly what i was looking for Daily practice is essential to acheiyve beneficial results. This app makes it easy to focus on and deepen the breath. Even as my mind, wanders when i come back to my senses i realize ive maintained cadence and depth thanks to this app. If i count along with the metronome i find my mind wanders less. It's all about the breath... I came to this app via the Wim Hoff Method, he uses similar breathing techniques in his trainings, with great claims for health benefits. Researching his inspiration got me to prana breathing exercises. I have added it to my morning and evening routines, mornings 'power' first thing before exercising and meditation, and in the evening 'relax' before sleep. . Not sure of any health benefits as yet, but it's a great way to start and finish the day, I will probably upgrade to the guru version.
Awesome app for custom brethe cycles for Sudarshan Kriya I was looking for custom timings for breathe in, hold, breathe out and relax cycle.. This app exactly does what it is. My settings are 6:6:9:3. And unit is 3 seconds to achieve "Art of living" foundations Sudarshan kriya pranayam. Hopefully, they can give programmable audio tracks too..I'll prefer no audio in hold cycle to give It true pause feel.. ps. I read one discouraging review by Anand Mehta. It seems he never knew what is pranayam. He thinks, it's indians birth right to know about pranayam.

This is really awesome! I have always had trouble sleeping, since I was a kid, but anymore. Everyday I do my calming or relaxing training before going to sleep and I sleep like a f log, it is unbelievable! Give it a try and really focus your monkey, agitated mind on doing the exercise. It works wonders!
Very helpfull I have done several hours of pranayama thanks to this app that I wouldnt get around to without it, I would just do silent meditation outside of the yoga classes, since I wouldnt be able to keep track or know where to begin with all the different breathing techniques they teach you. The different sound effects that represents different breaths are relaxing and easy to follow, so you can sit with your eyes closed. The secret is enjoying and being present with every breath, no future goal needed!
