Check share price information on the world's major stock markets. Access your custody account and trade stocks, bonds, derivatives and funds at any time, anywhere, Business news, prices of PostFinance funds, Watchlist and Alarming via SMS and e-mail included. Condition: e-trading contract
Before you can use the app's payment functions, link your mobile number once to your postal account. To do so you will need your PostFinance card and the yellow card reader. Once you have registered successfully you will need to set an app password. In future this password is the only thing you will need to use the following services:
Balance and transactions.
• Check the balance of your postal account or (e)-savings account
• Consult the last 20 transactions for your postal account or (e)-savings account
• To another account in minutes
• Max. CHF 250, EUR 150 and USD 100 per day
Top up talktime (prepaid mobiles):
• Top up amounts between CHF 10 and CHF 400
• Compatible with most mobile telephone operators
Purchase electronic vouchers and redeem them directly or send them as gifts:
• iTunes, Spotify, PlayStation and more (more information at www.postfinance.ch/digitalgoods)
All payments via the PostFinance Mobile fast service within the monthly limit and the available account balance.

Was good, now does not work at all The app causes my phone to crash every time I open it. I have to uninstall it. I tried reinstalling it, but it is the same every time. A shame
Scan and pay doesnt work The most useful funcionality stopped working.

Simply great I love this App. I can do most of my post finance business simply by using my telephone when I don't have to access to my pc. EDIT: I have removed one star because it is not compatible with my Samsung Galaxy Note 2 10,1. I would find it easier to enter details in with a larger keyboard.
Include creditcard It works fine, just the information is so limited. But really needs to include also credit card info! And possibly to load it.
E-finance performance is poor I could not pay the bill over e-finance as the app repeatedly froze. Also, there was no booking text field for personal records. Would be nice if I can pay ebill using the fast service.
Great service It works great and fast. One suggestion: managing credit card would be helpful.
To the point Security is top notch, functions as expected. No credit card balance though. The splash screen with the obnoxious smiling guy must. Be. Removed. If I meet that guy I the street I will punch him in the face.
Used to work perfectly on KitKat Used this app every day to check transfers and balance, but since I upgraded to Lollipop on my Galaxy Note 3, the start screen refreshes every second and I cant access any functions. Would be appreciated if there is a fix sometime in the future. Thanks.
Credit card? Nice App. It will get 5 stars if they manage to integrate the credit card balance as well!?

Poor Needs serious UI rework (why the heck do I need to go to a sub screen to write text in a form??). Why do I need to execute a search for new e-bills?....
Good! Complicated for efinance, and scan and pay only works on paper, no way for scanning the screen directly
Better After the problem solved of ID, it works fine! But you can improve more! Take a look at the app of Activobank from Portugal...
Login & splash screen Generally good app, but login is annoying... It's easy to click on login before entering any password and then you instantly lose a password chance even though nothing was entered. That usability needs improving. splash screen is unnecessary and annoying as well
E-bills Thanks for your feedback about e-bills. I expected e-bills in "fast service" and I still think it could / should be there. I don't think the full login procedure is required for that since it cannot be missused (bills are prefilled and you cannot modify receivers). What do you think?
It works, but... My expectations was completely different. Poor layout. Every time entering personal information and of course don't forget to use with postfinance digipass with card ? what a mobility? More annoying than useful. It is much easier to sit in front of the computer. I hope that they change this in future.
Average could do much better I use internet banking with other banks from overseas such as Westpac in Australia. The details of every transaction is clear and comprehensive, transactions can be made from one account to the other easily. Bill payment as well. I find postfinance poor, transactions are not detailed, you get a 250chf transaction limitation month, the menu and the display and menu options could be considerably improved. Overall, I dislike the application for now, and I hope they will improve and get a quality benchmark.
OK works, but confusing UI, unnecessary "features" like linking to another app. And why aren't post offices on Google maps? We already have the best mobile map app preinstalled on our devices, developed by one of the biggest companies in the world. USE IT!
Payments still tedious Simply paying a bill is way too cumbersome. I'd want to specify a threshold (e.g. max amount per day) for bills I can simply pay without the full login procedure (e.g. secured by pin). I also don't understand the artificial (Android) limitation to phones with a SIM card. My Android tablet (no SIM) would be much more suitable to do my payments.
Just ok. Does the basics. But I hope they will stop that 2 step authentication with the "calculator thing". Kind of annoying to be carrying that around when travelling. Perhaps a text message or an automatic phone call to give one the second verification will be nice.
Very helpful This app allows the main functions of your postfinance account. It is very helpful on travel. Checking balance making urgent payments and so much more. It is very valuable. Asking to evaluate again why?

Good... Easy for overview, but a bit clunky for the more usefull stuff
Latest update broke Scan+Pay Ever since I installed the latest update, the app crashes when selecting the Scan+Pay option. This worked fine before. Please fix this, as it was a really useful feature. EDIT: Thank you, Postfinance, for your advice. I will, indeed, contact the Service Center. In the mean time, I have submitted several crash reports (generated by the app). I hope they can be of use.
Add scan functionality to Fast Services I have to enter full e-finace data to use camera for scaning even small 20 CHF bills. Adding "Scan&Pay" is extremelly required in Fast Services. One password is way easy then "orange calculator" and full authrtification data.
Still no payment through Fast Service I could easily transfer money to other accounts on a daily basis (which probably nobody does), but in order to pay a simple invoice with Scan&Pay (which I would want to do on a regular basis), I have to go through the full n-factor login, which is tedious and plain annoying. The app itself works well, but I'm really frustrated that this artificial limitation still isn't fixed.

PostFinance Mobile . It gives me an error massage by opening app why ??? Please fix it ...
Only one wish left I have only one wish left: it would be so nice if you could use the fingerprint sensor to log in. (android fingerprint api was added in the latest android release (6.0)). This feature was added to the iOS version of the postfinance app, so why not add it to the android version.
Fine for basic tasks, but logging into full e-finance is the same lengthy process as on the desktop, just even more painful on a phone.
1. Tried to paid my invoice of 6 CHF from Mobility (car sharing) using "Fast Service", but it says "You have not selected recipient or you have selected an invalid recipient. (511)" Any Ideas of what could be wrong with account 01-1067-4 (stays in my invoice) ? 2. Also I have to enter full e-finace data to use camera for scanning even small 20 CHF bills. Great Wonderful time saving app.
Navigation On a positive note, the app works with Android 6 and at least Post finance take the trouble to reply to customers' concerns. However, I prefered the earlier version as the overview of the newer version is overly complicated.
Dear colleagues, I suggest you to use the mobile version more frequently...the quote is even not showing now the real-time quote. go out of your isolated lab word and test it. Sorry it is just not stable.... Very instable....some links do not work...really needs to improve. Sometime less is more!

And speaking of artificial limitations: Why is it still not possible to install the app on my Android tablet? It's literally the same thing as far as the software is concerned, but would be so much easier to so banking :(
Not working So i used this app on my phone for ages. Used to be a great app. Now i cant login anymore, tells me wrong details. Same thing from loging in on my computer. But i tried using my old S4 mini. My login details work. Its so annoying. I did a full reset on my phone and it still does not work.
Scan and pay still not perfect Scan and pay 'working' again but it is pretty hard to catch the code. Definitely harder than in the older version having the same light conditions. Please add scam and pau to fast service.
Scan and pay crash Everytime I use scan and pay, the app crashes after 2 scans. I've sent the automatic error report feedback several times. Would be great to see a fix for this
Was good. Now painfully slow. I'm not sure what happened but now it takes a couple of minutes before my account balance is shown. I haven't changed anything on my phone. It has become painfully slow to use. I now have to use my PC to check my details. I used to do most of my post finance business simply by using my telephone when I didn't have time to use my PC.
Nice functions, nice interface - but I would really like if I could log in to Mobile ID e-banking with fingerprint or PIN instead of needing to remember my banking ID and password. Scan + pay is awesome, but would be so much better if login was easier. Also, is there any plans for allowing me to see my credit card status in Fast service?
Usefull app I didn't rate 5 stars because I'm sad the app is compatible with my Swittel but not with my Samsung tab 0.0 :(. Hope one day it will be..

Cannot start the app The app consistently crashes when starting up. Removed and reinstalled, but still no sign of change. App does not even get to start screen. Used to work fine. Please check. Android 6.0.1,CM13.0-ZNH0EA2JK, OnePlus one. Edit :Thanks for your copy/paste response but what do you exactly mean when you say there are no known errors? Only on the first page of comments I've read 5 of the same complaint. Are you kidding us? Or just enjoying yourself trolling people?
It was great.. Since last month the app is crashed and all the time I have the same message: An error occurred when loading.. ?
It's a useful app to quickly check your balance because you don't need to use the login machine for this. But I can't install it in my device if my Play Store country is not Switzerland! Can you please remove this limitation?

Damn PostFinance – mobile access only for Swisscom & Sunrise U need a mobile-ID, not available for customers who aren't Swisscom or Sunrise subscribers. Hello, 2016 and no mobile access?! WTF?
