Not Efficient-Galaxy Note 4 I literally have to baby it to get it to work. Every time I open the app I have to let it "sync" again. ALL THE TIME. I can't switch from my reports to a sale without waiting the 10 minutes to Sync. Only way I can keep doing sales with it all day is if I leave the app running and don't leave the transaction page. Please fix this issue.

Kt When I originally installed this app over a year ago, it was awesome. Then I kept having to uninstall and reinstall: what a pain! I also have issues with duplicating transactions. This is embarrassing because then I have to contact my client to issue a refund and apologize for charging them twice. I gave 2 stars because when it works, it is great, however, it is now a giant pain. I will be switching services ASAP

Works great on android Works perfect on android however on iPad their software was a huge mistake. More process to follow. Message to app designer if you upgrade to new ways of the software the more customers you will loose it is just a matter of time and I'm one of them. You should leave the app the same as you do on android. So far 3 flaws and logout have occurred on their own on the iPad side

App crashes The app works on the note 3 and possibly note pro tablet the app just needs actual compatibility with the devices you can take payments and it does process them. I am still getting the unfortunately phone swipe stopped error but it does work though

Upgrade is bad. No notice or option. Just got on tablet. Terrible layout and labelling. Change back. This is not intuitive any longer.

Day one This is day one for me and the app won't even let me create an account before it "stops working". What happens when I need to accept a payment and it "stops working"? This is a big issue and first impressions are everything.

Using the this for years. Now crashes all the time on Galaxy Note 2. No problems with company. Used them before phoneswipe. Did uminstall reinstall still crashes logs me out ?

Device issues I have been using this for several years. And when I got a new phone (Droid RAZR ) they were not able to update my "swiper" .. now I have a even newer phone galaxy note 3. Getting ready to install the app to my new phone. I guess I just get used to entering manually :(

Amazingly simple yet intuitive Much better quality reader than square, compatible with many more devices, and my money is in my bank the next morning. What I love most is the ability to add items with prices and pictures as well as being able to track cash and card purchases all in one app. Also I love the ability to use the test drive feature so that I can familiarize myself with the different features without running live sales. Best of all the app card reader and 24 /7 customer service are all included at no charge!

Dishonesty The company tells you lower fees and no service charges. Wrong! Surpise here comes a $10.00 monthly fee. Then they dont want to correct the issue after being on hold for 45 minutes. Probably hoping I would go away. I am shutting this down and If this is how they treat customers I dont want them having any contact with my customers.

Jeanette I am a business and I have had problems with this swiper. My last transaction I lost $50. I set up the tip but realized I had done it incorrectly and it added automatically unto the transaction so I called up to get help and I was told how to refund the customer back. I refunded the $25 back but I am not sure what had happened because my client had gotten both receipts the one for $97 and then I was able to send the $73 receipt when the $25 came off. I ended up getting paid $45. I was told to to call customer for her credit card to charge what I did not get paid. That is just horrible. Imagine having to call a customer back stating I apologize for the problems that we had when I couldn't sign in and when I did we couldn't process your credit card so when I finally was able to get on because I have to clear my cache in order to sign in I had to call to get the credit card information. Then had to refund and now because you have 2 receipts I now have to charge you again for the remainder of my balance that my swiper company glitches are causing my company to look incredibly inept and lose customers on top of it. I did find a company with all good reviews.

Stephene I have had numerous problems since signing on in March of 2013. It took them until July of 2013 to straighten things out. The system worked well until Nov 2014 when they updated the app. I have had problems ever since. .this is Feb 13 2014. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Absolute worst! Constant problems with getting receipts and confirmation numbers. Now I can't even access my account. Customer service is HORRIBLE. There are plenty of others out there. Avoid this one.

Excellent merchant company I am a hairdresser in LA and I have been with this company for about 2 years. Phoneswipe is excellent in service including, awnsering phone live 24 7. They are very honest. I like the confidence that when I charge my client that I know the money will be in my account in 2 or ,3 business days. Phoneswipe handled any of my enquiries very professional and timely.

Decent but simplistic I wish they totaled the transactions in the reports but besides that it is literally the only app that works with the galaxy s4 right now for some reason.

Nothing changed I was excited to recieve notification of a update. But once i updated it looks exactly the same. It doesnt provide totals like the ios version. Its not very useful right now

Works just fine. Excellent Customer Service Set up was easy. Customer Service was excellent. You get an email from customer service documenting the conversation with them. Imagine if phone companies did that!

Simple to use Great credit card processing but the app does crash every once in a while during transactions. Also, it is not clear at all to customers how they can leave a tip without you haven't to ask them and show them where. That is the number one thing they should improve IMO

Better but lag kills upgrade value I like some of the new features but the lag in syncing is awful. Takes minutes for this function to complete. Ive talked to mobile department and they dont know why it takes this long. Im running on Galaxy Note 2. Our truck phones are Droid 4 and they have syncing problems constantly. Ive switched them back to old Phoneswipe version. Please fix issue.

Financial burden Been with them for over 3 yrs. Made numerous transactions over $1,000. Then they decided to put a hold on my funds but also sent a email stating funds availible in 3 bus. days. Ended up with insufficiant funds fees and took a week to get my money in my account. States u can collect anytime anywhere and receive funds in one day. Is bogus

Bug Gone with Lollipop 5.0 Release This is a great service and app with a good rate. It recently had an issue that caused it to crash any time I was logged into it on my Galaxy S4, left the app to do something else on the phone, then came back to the app. The Android Lollipop 5.0 OS release has corrected this issue and the app is now bulletproof. Good job correcting the issue!

Phone Swipe When my wife 1st started using it was great. Now it says no account under that name alot. So I have to uninstall and reinstall it. It takes forever for it to sync. I am writing manually so I have to pay more. Does not seem very fair.

Above and beyond customer service Recently I had trouble getting cards to successfully swipe and emailed phoneswipe. This was on a Sunday and within 2 hours I received a response from the Sr. Service Operations Manager. He was extremely apologetic and explained what possibly could be causing the failure to work properly. He outlined a plan of action that included a phone call first thing Monday morning from a senior technician. I was next day Aired 2 new swipe units. Next time I used my unit it worked great. Great customer support.

Poor communication skills via customer service I used other similar apps and then I tried these guys out and I had a refund to issue Which now has cost me over $100.00 in fees. I was misinformed (trying not to say lied to) by a customer service representative and I was told that the fee would be waived. Then instead of waiving the fee I incurred multiple charges which has lead two many hours on the phone trying to get real customer service but instead long waiting times between being bounced around different representatives who was clueless.

On HTC One M8 the colour scheme is unreadable. The bars appear bright yellow with white text. Better contrasting colours would be best. There is no immediate feedback for a successful swipe, there is a 5+ sec delay before the processing busy wheel appears. Transaction window is pretty good.

Doesn't work at all! I can't run a single card without it giving me some kind of error. I have to wait to get to the office to run every card. This causes me to loose daily revenue due to the cut off time. Customer service is no help either. On the verge of going back to BOA.

Stops all the time! So frustrated. I am using it on a galaxy tablet. Won't load. Uninstalled it. Redownloaded it, still says phone swipe has stopped over and over. It works some if the time but when it's time for the client to leave the tip and sign, it processes it without either one! Arggggggg.

Always works great, very reliable!! Have never had a problem and user for 3+ years. Best percentage you'll find! If your lagging, then blame your cell service or WI-FI connection. Any app can only perform well if you have good service.

App closes EVERY TIME I open it. So, I open it twice for each transaction. After the card reader is attached, I have to swipe the card several times until it's read. Makes for a very slow, tedious transaction.

Lost my deposits and screwed me over completely Thanks to their incompetence and screwing up my deposit for over a week. Now I can't even eat but worst of all I can't even buy diapers for my daughter. And to top it off because I could not access my money that has been taking forever to get here , my nanny now his quit . I am a single father with sole custody of his child and I have no daycare thanks to their ridiculous ability to screw up everything! Your level of consistency is horrible and I cannot wait to find a more reliable company

Buggy On Android There are a lot of bugs for Android users. I have been having a problem with a "User is not Admin" error message, which I was told was going to be fixed in the next update. They said the update would come out 3 weeks ago, but instead it came out today and it still did not fix the problem.
