What a stupid app waste of time What a stupid app waste of time lucky it a free app no one pay for it does not work on rooted androids beware.

Nifty Nev

Excellent App Perfect app for small business and sole traders such as eBay sellers. App retains all the info so you can easily check back for information if something goes wrong. One complaint. There is no exit button to close the app!

Addy Ren

Bloated & useless, just use E-Mail tracking Pointless, another battery drain and 18Mb is silly

Helen Castle

Very disappointed I have used Click and send and Ebay postage for some itme now The fact that you cant close the app once you are in is bloody annoying. Wont even give it a go after all the reviews I have read. No idea what rooting is but it seems enough people refuse to use it. So I will add my name to the list. Spent 10 minutes trying to back out of app - that's 10 minutes I wont get back again

Marty Thompson

Does not work with rooted device So behind the times auspost update now aug 2014 and still the only app that doesnt work on a rooted device

cihan solakoğlu

Update Please I lost all my data (saved addresses and saved boxes) with new update. Also when I save my own package and choose it from dropdown menu, the app crashes. Really stupid, waiting for update asap.

Kristy Venz

Waste of time This app got stuck on the payment screen and tried to charge my credit card 61 times! Had no idea til my bank called me.

Kev Milo

Has potential but currently no good. Pin number login is too slow. Once in can't get out of app. Back button on phone won't back out of app. No ability to add ebay item's. Galaxy Note 4

Grant Haswell

Yet another app Why could this not have been built into the "Mypost" app? One app for one account to do all? Too many Australia Post app's, usernames & passwords. Think of your customer experience & streamline your service to make it more user friendly.

Gavin Tan

Blocked because of root? Shame on you, uninstalling this because it's no use to me.

Robert Jamieson

Not bad It does the bare minimum, it would be nice to have parcel tracking notifications.

Michael Dogan

On MINIX neo x8 Its rubbish don't work says rooted dive detected disabled

Chenxi Zhuang

Cannot exit the app. Still.. Cannot cancel or exit....still..

Jennifer Miller

Very basic Would be improved by eBay integration

Rhys Evans

Won't work with rooted phone. Ridiculous

lyle bedford

Is this really it? Australia post you suck.

Alex Garner

you hate rooted phones? why? why block rooted phones?

Ryan Burns

Blocks rooted devices? We are all not subservient to the market controlling major telcos. What a shame. Can't use

LJ Boyd

Blocked Root Users?! It's asinine that a postal program tries to block root users. Also, the fact that root users have a fairly easy workaround for apps that "block" root users, is pretty ironic... Ridiculous.

Carsten Bauer

Blocked rooted devices By blocking rooted devices, you are losing a big chunk of users. Pity...

vedat ersoy

Good Very good

Matt Ellis

Unusable. First app I have come across that won't run due to root access. Such a shame too, it seems like something that would interest most people who use a rooted phone.

Mike S

Useless on rooted devices I can't see why they block rooted devices, unless they are concerned that people can send malicious data to/through the app on rooted hardware. They need to seriously reevaluate the security precautions they have taken, there has to be a better way. Oh and if you are going to block rooted devices, at least drop out of the app after you have acknowledged the " this application will not run on a rooted device " pop up message compared to it just continually displaying the same thing again and again.

Tyson Evans

Won't work on rooted phones Such a joke aus post. Whether or not my phone has root access is irrelevant to this app...

Abraham Salloum

Not working with root. Why does Australia post care if my device is rooted? It's almost as if auspost wants topunish people for using their apps..they're all so bad..

Aryan Ameri

You have a problem with my phone? My two bank apps, paypal and a lot more "secure" apps that I have installed on my phone don't have a problem with my phone being rooted. You do? This is absolutely ridiculous! Whoever came up with this idea needs to be sacked!

Jason Florian

Root detection Doesn't work due to rooted phone? I respect your approach to security, however, my bank doesn't seem to mind the condition of my device. Nor does eBay or Paypal... interesting.

Dion Scarman

Root users, read the reviews I would have liked to use this app, but I am not going to unroot my device just to do so. Who still does this?

Eric Yew

Let me root my phone! Seriously? Are we living in a nanny state? My banking..PayPal..Amazon app all works on a rooted phone!

Nick Small

Disables itself on rooted phones Would I rather (a) run a rooted phone or (b) use this app? Thanks for making me choose, Australia Post. It wasn't a difficult choice.

Peter Chamley

Backward thinking unable to use on my rooted Samsung Galaxy Note 3. Would be great app otherwise.

Cameron Macdonald

No root? Won't work with rooted phones. Crazy

J. Robertson

What genius thought it would be a good idea to block rooted devices This is pathetic.

Alan Cramer

No root Want 5 stars? Let me use the app with root... My bank does without any issue.

Chris Rowland

Absolute garbage blocking root users Why Australia Post have chosen to block rooted devices from using this app is unknown to me. What an incredibly stupid decision. Thus, this app is completely pointless to me.

Jarom Leneham

Lame I care about my root access much more than I care about this app. Easy decision... uninstalled.

Will Hunt

'rooted device detected, this application has been disabled' Look guys I understand the need for security, however doesn't blocking all rooted devices just seem lazy to you? It does to me. For that reason you get a 1 star.

Ray McLaughlin

Doesn't work on oneplus one phone Cyanogen phone not rooted yet tells me my phone is rooted and disables app. Waste of download data plus another reason to use the cheaper courier Express Bird. AVOID AUSTRALIA POST IF YOU CAN

Alana Kelly

Its impossible to exit out of app

Christopher Barnes

Can not login with Click n Send I used to be able to login with my ClickNSend accounts details. This version of the program no longer accepts my credentials.

Tyler Brady

Useless for us. Can't replace desktop This app won't let us create a parcel label to drop in a post box. Why not? We can do this online via the website, why not on the app? As a result, this app is totally useless for us. Disappointing.
