USELESS The app won't let me enter a room name. Wtf?!

Karl Daniels

A nice idea, but... Without a functioning decimal point, the app is practically worthless. The interface seems to be primitive, with very little thought about making it usable. I routinely get the number of doors and number of windows around the wrong way. A comment mention WHAT the number we are inputting relates to would help immensely! Wishlist: a way of selecting units, ie. metric or imperial, inches, feet, metres, centimetres, millimetres. The colour picker is a nice idea, but very limited, as most of the colours look the same! As a free app, it's just not worth the price

Good app but... You can't enter a decimal point and can only enter dimension in meters... For 5 star add decimal point or let me choose unit of input. :) That aside a great app, can save rooms and name each room, huge colour range.

Too much missing No cost calculator of decimal point. This would be good if it gave costing ln 2.4 m x 3m eg. As is its just an integer calculator. Pointless.

Stuart Donnelly

Ok, but could be alot better Agree that a decimal point is needed as is the ability to view the app in portrait mode as opposed to the landscape mode which can not be changed.

Still useless Read comments from couple years ago and thought, they must have rectified it by now. Sadly no. Putting in units & it didn't specify type. I used mm as most builders do, & it told me I need 4666667L of paint. That might cost me a bit. Still can't use decimal point, and doesn't ask the size of windows and doors, so isn't even close to being accurate. Like the idea, but someone's gotta get off their behinds & sort out the details

Rubbish Absolutely useless app. Without the decimal point you would have to enter a 2.4m high room as either 2m or 3m resulting in either too little or too much paint. Waste of time!!

Barry Duffman

Waste of time Can't enter decimals for room dimensions. Have to assume it's working in meters because it doesn't specify. No prompt for door and window numbers. Do it properly or don't bother.

Adrian Reynolds

As there is no decimal point, the calculation is inaccurate. Waste of time

Excellent Takes the guess work out of "how much paint do I need". Simply enter the dimensions, number of doors and windows and you have your answer. Even pick a colour!

Renovator Without a decimal point this app is absolutely useless. No room is ever in full metres, and most heights are 2.4m, meaning an additional 25% of paint calculated if you use 3m, costing you more money. Waste of time.

Don Sutton

Calculator ok Poor paint colour selector but useful for calculating paint quantity
