Now works on Kit Kat!! Thank you for the update! Works great on Moto X Kit Kat! Back to being one of my favorite apps!! Traffic cams is one of my most used features on this great app.

Matt G

Can't trust The road conditions are not accurate. Past 3 truck rollovers and 5+ accidents with horrible road conditions and it was listed as difficult driving when it should have been severe.

Jeremy Zimmerman

Was a Great app. Until they include a change of what updates are made, 3 stars. Haven't had an update in over a year now, opening this app on a newer Hi Def phone like the LG g3 leads to text that is barely readable and a very unscaled app for this size of screen. Practically unusable. Navigation is now ancient and does not work well. Severely needs updated.

James Hawthorne

Interface Stinks Text font is way too small. May work fine on a tablet, but is totally unreadable on my phone.

Letticia Gonzales

Coverage gap. This app is very handy but never seems to report the conditions where I live. There's always a gap between Raton nd Clayton where the conditions are never on the map but the roads are nearly always worse than in Raton or Clayton.

Michael Gustine

Font is to small When you click on the section of road to read the conditions. That font is so small it's impossible to read. Using a Samsung note 4.

Ron Reynolds

Micro sized fonts! You need to allow for changing font size as it's so small it takes a magnifying glass to read!!

Michael Grady

Very badly done It could abbreviate "New Mexico" to "NM", it could abbreviate "north, south, east, west" - bound to "NB" or "SB" "mile marker" to "mm" etc but it doesn't. Consequently there's all sorts of text running off the screen when we want information immediately and at a glance. Plus, the font is small and there are never any app updates. Better than nothing but not by much.

Michael Ely

I'm not sure that this app works out for my area?

Erin Dingman

Not reliable Only half the car accidents are ever on here and when they are posted it is usually quite some time after the accident happened. I get more information looking at the cameras rather than the crash report.

Mark M

Nice to have this This is great stuff, thanks for making it

Steve Youngman

Really Good Surprisingly good app. It is a bit glitchy and information doesnt update across all sections at once. But i think that for a v1, it has a lot of potential. It sure beats surfing a ton of websites in a snowstorm. Im gonna keep this one handy. Doesnt seem to be Kitkat supported yet (understandable). But still, pretty good.

Christopher Sloan

Absolute Failure I have downloaded this app on 3 devices & it does not scale to fit on the screen. I have a tablet, mytouch, & optimus. Can't do anything with this app. I find more success opening the browser & just going to the website, at least then I can zoom in.

James Keenan

Another failure by the NM system. Worthless in the utmost sense!!! I downloaded this ap because MYSELF AND MY WIFE AND CHILDREN ARE STUCK AT A TRUFK STIP IN A SNOW STORM ON 12/31/2012 @ 4:09AM WEST OF ALBUQUERQUE AND NEED TO KNOW IF ROAD CONDITIONS ARE WORSE THAN HERE. ALL THAT SHOWS IS AN ICON THAT SAYS NOT TO USE THIS APP WHILE DRIVING. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS FAILURE OF AN APP. I SHOULD HAVE EXPECTED SUCH A FAILURE FROM NEW MEXICO. I SUPPOSE IF I WAS AN ILLEGAL IMMIGRANT ID HAVE MAJOR SERVICES AVAILABLE TO ME IN THIS STATE. FAIL FAIL FAIL.

Lynn Willhite

Every time I try to open app I only get a warning about not using app while driving. Very confusing access. The cameras are very handy -I love being able to see the roads-but need more especially in the mountainous areas--Taos, Ruidoso, Los Alamos, Jemez, Gallup

Emily Severance

Gives me the road info I need This has worked fine for me so far. When you use the app you should go to the map section-- when I clicked on "road conditions" I couldn't find anything, but clicking on the map has given me all the info that I've needed. That's too bad ranting James was too dumb to figure out you hit the "I'm not driving" bar to be able to get in the app. I hope he was able to safely get his family and himself far away from New Mexico : )

zac hulme

Doesn't work on Nexus 4 Instantly crashes, I like the website though.

A Google User

Awesome! Im really liking this app! I cant wait till winter! Love the hands free option. Great job nm roads!

Raymond Drafts

Professional Driver I`m a part time trucker living in Clovis. I make one trip a week to Albuquerque, this app works great for me,I-40 can be rough in the winter

Joseph Yaroch

Works well on Nook Of course with the Nook, you need to find WiFi. But it works just fine.

O. Usher

Cannot fit to my screen I couldn't get anywhere because the picture was too large for my screen and it wouldn't scale to fit my phone. the picture wouldn't move either, making it difficult to let the app know I wasn't driving. Needless to say I got nowhere.

David Wade

Works Great for Me I have used the NM Roads website for years. Now the app makes it even easier to get info when I need it. All functions appear to be working properly.

Becky Hernandez

Grateful for this app Love the map and surrounding states links (although TX link needs to be updated as it says link no longer exiists)... it helps to know what rest stops are open as well!

Shane Dodson

Don't waste your time....app is great but is not updated for hours

Jim Young

Easy to use Only reason it's not 5 star is that they leave alerts from previous days. Thought there was an alert for our destination, but that was from 3 days ago.

Adam Thornton

Does not work with kitkat. Worked fine on my nexus 7 before the upgrade, but fails to open now.

Brandon Bridges Sr.

Much more useable then I thought

Paul Edmunds

Great! Very helpful for planning trips!

A Google User

Finally Been looking for something exactly like this for months. Good so far

JR Patches Paul

KitKat over sizing Oversized navigation, and opperation. Would not fit to screen to work.

A Google User

Awesome application! Finally an app to help when traveling in New Mexico

Samantha Harlow

Doesn't work on my phone...

Ponyabout Town

Bad Will not scale to fit screen. Will not get past I am NOT driving screen.

A Google User

Doesn't work for me. I tried launching the app, and found that it doesn't scale to my phone's screen size. It looks very zoomed in, and I can't find a way to fix it. I can't even get past the "No, I'm not driving" screen. Please work on fixing this.

Mike Francis

A pretty red screen... Immediately the red warning screen came up telling me not to use this app while driving. The app did nothing else and didn't give any buttons or links to leave the red screen. It's as utterly useless as just about everything done by any nm government agency. Love this state ?

Joel Forbes

Slow update Very slow update. I have seen roads clear on app only to be icy and vice versa. Use caution. Road conditions should be updated every 2hrs in my opinion.

Michael Peck

Incomplete coverage No camera coverage for any part of southeastern N.M.? The weather there can be more severe than anywhere else in N.M. sometimes. Extremely slow on road condition updates. I-25 and 1-10 has its own camera folder but 1-40 doesn't? This app really needs someone that understands the need of travelers to redesign. At this point it's not much better than a gimmick. Very behind the times guys.

Kelley Owen rowland

It would be nice to have from Roswell to Ruidoso not mile markers Who gos by mile marker if your not there then how will you no what mile marker your going to be at give us places we can relate to. . Alamo to Ruidoso are the roads open ???

Sterling Udell

Unusable on a modern device Fonts are too small to read on high density display (most recent flagship phones). Don't bother.

theleroys

Slooow updates As good an idea as this app is its success depends entirely on updates, and updates are slooow to be posted.

Teresa Hillard

I don't know where these mile markers are. It should be from town to town

Luc House

Useless for what you're probably downloading it for Does not have proper updates. Does not have an easily accessible map to explain where adverse weather conditions are. Does not have a user friendly interface.

Verlyn Hawks

Font too small to be usable Tried on a Droid turbo but can't read the font and can't increase it. Good idea but useless

Heyward Dixon

A work in progress. Need a microscope to read the text. Provides limited information and is slow to respond.

Mike Y

Very Helpful I wish all states had an app like this.

Mark R Laviolette

Font to small Font to small on my Galaxy Note 4. Useless where needed - on the road.

Nancy Montoya

Fairly good Pretty good info. Needs more updating.

Amy Willhite

Very helpful I only removed 1 star because, as others stated, the font everywhere is too small. It just needs a redesign with user friendly buttons.

Robert Wainright

Sucks Can not enlarge the print. To small to read

Debra Henry

The printing is too small, can't enlarge.

Cindy Lundell

Too small Too small to read, too small navigate. Pls fix this app so it can be used.

Rob Stuart

Fonts are too small to read! This app provides crucial information, but unfortunately it is unusable most of the time because the font is unreadable on my very large smartphone.

Kimberly Apodaca

Very Helpful Being a motel owner, this app helps out a lot for guests and to help prepare us for when the weather turns bad

Harvey Foster

Text way to small Title text is way to small. There is lots of room to MAKE IT READABLE

Jessica Bachicha

Can't read on my phone The font is extremely small and unreadable. I cannot zero in on road I am traveling on virtually unusable.

Paul Schilke

Good with interstate

Justin C

Horrible !!!! Why change last app was fast and simple

Tim K

Epic fail. Will not run on Android 6.0.1 Galaxy S7, Android 6.0.1, keeps asking for a default browser when I run it, then I just get a blank grey screen. Wish I could go back to the older version that was painfully slow but worked.

Dominic Fernandez

Terrible Galaxy s7. Old interface worked perfectly fine. This one sends you to a browser. This isn't an app this is a hyperlink to a website.

Pamela Rietz

The "old" mobile app was great...this new version is not MOBILE friendly

Pat Patterson

Why? Why change from the previous simple version to this totally un-usable app!

Robert Brown

Junk Old app was useful. This is useless. Just a embedded link, not an application.

Stephanie Parra

Great App Love the new interface!

Jonathan Skiles

Not actually an app. This "app" is merely a link to the NM Roads website. The original version was far more useful.

Roman Selever

Why! This is no longer an app...just link to website.sign of lazy or uninterested developers

Paul Deason

Destoyed itself on update NM Roads had been invaluable, running on my Android tablet. But a required update ended its functionality. Sad.

Mike Francis
