Nationwide’s Banking app makes it even easier to stay in control of your finances on compatible Android smartphones and tablets. Exclusively available to our Internet Bank customers, you can register and log in to the app using your existing Internet Bank details.


What’s New:

With the Nationwide Banking app you can:
- New – View up to 15 months’ transaction history on your current account and credit card
- New – Search transactions quickly and easily
- New – Quickly view funds going in and out of your current account using cash flow bars
- New – Sign up for or amend your SMS text alerts and paperless settings

Other features include:
- Quick Balance - select and view the account balances without logging in
- Impulse Saver - transfer money from your Nationwide current account into your Nationwide savings account without logging in
- View recent current account, savings, credit card and mortgage transaction history
- View your savings interest rates
- Manage your current account overdraft
- Make payments and transfers to existing payees, now or on a future date
- Send and receive money securely with a mobile number using Paym
- View and cancel Direct Debits and regular payments
- Apply for a range of Nationwide accounts
- Check your balances on your smartwatch

** Updating your app **

If your app icon appears to be deleted once you’ve updated, you’ll be able to find the app in your App Drawer (App List) - our new app icon has a fresh new look and shape (blue village logo on a white background).
To add a short-cut to an app just go to the App Drawer hold the icon until the screen changes, then drag it to the position on one of your home screens. You do not have to go through the PlayStore to open the app.

** App permissions **

When you install the app, you may notice it asks you for permission to access your device & app history. This is a standard Android permission that the smartwatch feature uses to retrieve the balance from your device. The permission is only used if you opt into Quick Balance, and we do not use this permission to obtain any other data from your device.
It may also ask for permission to access your contacts list and this is to allow you to make a Paym payment from your contacts. We won't use the information for any other purpose and nothing will be stored by Nationwide.

To use the app you’ll need to:
- be registered for Nationwide Internet Banking. Go to and follow the on screen instructions to register.
- log in using your Internet Banking credentials
To check your balances on your Android Wear Smartwatch you’ll need to set up Quick Balance in the app in the settings menu.

Staying safe

We're absolutely committed to keeping you and your money safe while using our Banking app. If you lose money as a result of fraud through our Digital Banking service, we'll put the money back into your account immediately, if certain conditions are met. This means that you won't lose a penny if we find that you have been the innocent victim of fraud.

- Never share your log in details or personal information with anyone
- When logging on in a public place, be careful to keep your details out of sight
- Create a password or PIN to access your device

Used to be good At some point on both my wife's iPhone and my ss note4 this app has become really unresponsive and flaky. About 6 months ago it went from a 4 star to barely a 1. ..please sort it out nwide

A sad demise My first review of this app praises its wonderful design and usability. While all that is still relevant, this is hampered severely by an ability to actually log in (and out for that matter). I frequently have to force stop the app and try again. This app no longer feels like it is as secure as it was, due to the fact that a number of times I try and log in it is asking for the same three numbers from my pass code.

Waste of time! The Nationwide app on my iPhone has no problems at all. On my Note 4 I can't even get past the start up page. It's ridiculous! Please fix this, all of my other banking apps are great. I'm going to end up reducing my use of Nationwide if I can't use my phone to check my account.

This app has so many problems on my S6 The app used to work well on my old phone, now I have an S6 and every since it is so clunky. Slow to reaping with having to tap buttons multiple times. This makes it so hard to use now.

Still not working right Used to work perfecting on my galaxy s4. Upgraded to galaxy note 4 , and only works occasionally. Display issues on Vodafone Smart 4 turbo 890N running Android KitKat 4.4.4 Display issues prevent the Nationwide app from being usable on a Vodafone Smart 4 turbo 890N running Android KitKat 4.4.4. When I launch the Nationwide app the “Get started in 3 easy steps” screen appears but very magnified and with no prompts visible. No touch or swipe actions have any effect and the menu key does not display any additional options so the only thing that can be done is to exit the app. It may be that the app is not able to correctly determine the screen size of the device and so it is displaying the “Get started in 3 easy steps” screen incorrectly however I would still expect some touch or swipe actions to have an effect. I have been successfully using the Nationwide app on other devices from Samsung and ASUS although it is quite a while since I have installed it from scratch so this may be a problem with the current version of the app which was not present when I installed earlier versions. I would appreciate a speedy resolution to this problem as I would like to have access to my mobile banking on this new phone. Regards Félim Doyle

Useless Really bad won't get off the first screen. Worked perfectly on my old phone Samsung s3 but my new Galaxy Note 4 it is useless cannot do anything with it. I thought with them doing "maintains" work over the weekend this would solve the problem but it's done nothing. This is not good customer service as I can't see my account at all. So much for moving forward with technology :(

Terrible performance This app performs terribly slowly and is frustrating to use. Its not a fully native app, and uses the webview. On the plus side, the quick balance and impulse saver features are a nice touch that I haven't seen elsewhere. Not that anyone will change banks based on the app alone, but the Barclays app is incredibly easy to use by comparison.

Absolutely useless on S6 Edge! Nothing seems to work! I struggle to log in after tapping 'log in' about 10 times. When i do finally get logged in, no matter how many times i press something, it just does not do it! Loved the app on my S4, but hate it now. Please fix!

Poor This App on the Galaxy Note 4 at least it's poor... Unresponsive and laggy. I have to tap several times to get it to respond throughout the Application. Was always a slick app on other devices. Quite simply, BAD. Yes it works now BUT it's horrible to use. Very slow and very laggy. Doesn't react to input from the user and it doesn't scroll property. What amazes me is a company like this has the resources to have a team of devs on it night and day till it's fixed, but no... they just fumble on getting slatted by users in the process, they don't realise the damage they are doing to their reputation..! Frustrated I have been using this App for a long time and it has always been good, but since my upgrade it does not work with a Galaxy Note 4 but did work perfectly with my old S3. The buttons are unresponsive and need to be pressed numerous times. This could lead to errors and does not feel secure on this model of phone. Lagging LG G3 Android 5. Laggy and almost unusable now. Scrolling through transactions is guess work as to when the screen will respond. Feels like the app has frozen. Zero feedback. Functionality OK. But I now avoid this as it's too frustrating to use.

Works well I use the app almost daily and have no problems using all of the features. Quick, functional, simple. My only bugbear is when sending payments I am unable to change the reference or comment on what the payment is for, both online banking and the app use the original reference you input when setting up the payee. Just makes keeping track of account history more difficult /confusing.

Awful Experience Galaxy Note 4. Tapping any button several times to get an action is frustrating at best. Sometimes you get the button to change appearance like it has accepted the tap but still nothing happens. And when something does happen the jerky motion of page transition makes me feel sick. This app had been like this for months now and it's about time they sorted it out.

A poor attempt, hardly works I'd used the pretty good iOS app, but this one barely works. On the Samsung S6 the login button rarely ever responds to touches. Same for the text inputs above (and no cursor appears so you just have to guess they are selected). Please give us a native app.

Nationwide Building Society Mobile Banking It's a great app and it's great to have one at your finger tip. But today I'm having trouble with my new Samsung Galaxy Note 4 and it's 4k screen resolution it's tiny and hard to log in as the response to pressing buttons is potluck if it works. Please fix it I need it very much. Edited Dec still no update for the Note 4 totally disgraceful that its taking so long to change for a large company 04/02/15 still no updates. 11/06/2015 still a battle.

Won't let me log in! It always asks me for the 3rd, 1st and 5th digits from my passcode every time and never changes. In reality its expecting different numbers as it never lets me in and blocks me out all the time. This needs fixing right now!

Very laggy and still not fixed Latest update broke quick balance. App does what you need it to do. Using this on my N5 I expected it to be fast, but the app lags scrolling in almost every situation, and the overall responsiveness of the app needs addressing.

LG G3 screen usage poor Update June 2015: since update this is now the worst ever. As per other reviews for LG G3 scrolling is juddery and awful, quick balance is slower than phoning telebanking and it is just not usable. UPDATE 7/11/14: Great phone upgrade to arguably the best smartphone of the year. Yet APP uses just the top third of its 5.5 inch screen. Images are not as shown here and very difficult to now see. Text is minute. Contacted Nationwide, only to be fobbed off. Useless. Down rated my score to Two stars til resolved

Shocker! Recently moved from iPhone 5 to Samsung S6, this app was a breeze to use on ios but on Android it's a nightmare. Scroll up or down and it either lags or the side menu randomly opens, tap to view an account, nothing, tap again and again and again and then it decides to do what you want it to do! Simply put it's a ball ache to use this app! So come on Nationwide techy types, read the feedback, get your $h!t together and get the android version running like the ios version!

Slow slow slow slow This app doesn't allow you to scroll very easily. It stutters and reacts up to 10 seconds later. The features are good however the needs some drastic improvements. Incredibly slow!!!!

Very good banking app compared to most. There is a decent amount of details when using the app to look at statements and spending. One of the quickest interfaces (as of summer 2015) for moving money from one account to another (Current to savings/credit card) and paying out to another bank account or person. One that note though the way to choose who you send money to could do with some improvement as it is kinda of trial and error; you see a list with just the name, and only after you go to the NEXT screen do you see the specific account details. This means if you have lots to choose from, or very similar names (eg you have a bank account at another bank ) then you may need to go to the Confirm screen to double check, and then go back and take another guess at the list... Other than that it's good and was ahead of the game interface wise for a while (compared to Halifax and Santander).

Useless.. Having just installed the recent update I was optimistic that nationwide had addresed the issues I had encountered when I first purchased my s6.. however, a few clicks later and it's apparent nothing has been done to remedy this sluggish and badly made app. It's ridiculous you have to click several times on a link for a response and scrolling is a complete joke! A quick glance at recent comments show it's not just myself who is encountering the same issues.. nationwide, please sort these issues asap!!

App is slow, unresponsive and takes multiple clicks to change pages. Feels amateurish. Banking apps have to be reliable and trustworthy and this feels neither. I had this on iPhone and it was perfect so suspect it is something to do with the coding on Android.

Useless for anything other than checking balances (although that's a stifle some times). update: Went away from Android for a while, came back now, and this app still continues to be a steaming pile of garbage. Terrible, terrible scrolling and sluggishness throughout the application on high end phones., I don't think I've seen another application quite so bad. This is the kind of user interface response you saw on land fill androids from 6 years ago with capacitive screens. Moved from a HTC One m7 which had the scrolling issue to a Galaxy s6. Still have the same issue with scrolling, but now the application has very bad touch recognition meaning that clicking on buttons doesn't work as it thinks you are scrolling. Lots of light dabs at the screen work after a while so can make the app work. Basically I can't understand how you managed to write an application that scrolls quite so badly in the first place and and get it past quality control in the second place. Please try and re-write the ui elements of the app because its making what would be quite a decent mobile banking application look like it was written by a bench of muppets with total disregard of your customers who are trying to use it.

Does what its supposed to but very laggy. Had an iPhone 5 and the app was great, now on motog 2nd gen and its terrible. When swiping up and down it's really laggy, the screen takes ages to catch up with the swipe. You end up selecting the wrong things all the time.

Latest update made app unusable Quick balance should be renamed to never balance as it takes about 2 minutes to get to the balance screen. Login takes forever and overall this has to be the slowest app ever produced and I'm running it on a modern phone. Whoever allowed this pile of rubbish to be released should be sacked.

Multi-taps had to be done support said reinstall app App started to need multi taps. Wouldn't complete a payment to someone already set up. Support said delete app and reinstall. So there must be a problem with it somewhere. Doh!

Slow, buggy... Scary Well, overall the app is very slow and laggy on my device (OnePlus), which is more than capable of running a relatively basic app like this. Every request made is very slow, presumably due to the slowness of the server being request. Most worrying of all, though, is that when transferring money from my current account to my credit card with another bank, I commonly get an error incoming me that the transfer failed. This is terrifying - it's my money, not my hobby!

Works ok, could be much better The app does the simple things ok, and provides me with the information I want most from it. Sign in takes longer than it should and seems janky. It is a rather hideous app that needs a radical UI overhaul to use more material design elements. Latest update still not working for login to mobile banking Despite numerous updates version 2.91 is no better , to get into mobile banking login I have to click quick balance first and then back out and click on mobile banking this is ridiculous it used to be so much better and each update brings no solution to this problem. Please fix it! Every time there is an update it seems to break something else... first it was really jittery and crashed all the time, then the log in graphics disappeared and now the quick balance screens won't swipe. Please sort it out as I use the app a lot.

No longer working Since previous update this app has stopped loading fully the initial screen where you put in your password letters. It half loads the graphics on my S4.


Samsung Galaxy S5. Version 2.9.2; better & getting there; work still needs to be done. Log in page better, but when transferring money from one account to another, still need to press the "amount" box twice in order to bring up numbers keyboard and scroll the page up to be able to see the "amount" box. Do the testers actually test these apps on phones?

Decent But Needs Improving Decent but has glitches on my OnePlus 2 mobile. There is a problem with quick balance as it doesn't let me swipe at all to see other balances. WARNING! If you put your passnumber in wrong once you will be locked out and have to re-register for the internet banking service. Great app, but... Generally, this is a pretty good app, but with every update, one thing gets tuxedo and another breaks. Currently, the quick balance dies not display the chosen accounts properly. It does not allow to scroll between them anymore even though you can see part of the next account.

It's great, except... Quick balance isn't working properly. I have 6 accounts set to view on quick balance. It opens ok and shows me the first couple but when I try and scroll right to see the others it instantly pulls back to the left again!

Basic It doesn't do half of what my other banking apps can do, you can't add a new payment, can't order new cards for existing accounts etc. The log on screen hardly ever works and needs reloading, all it's good for really is checking balance and paying existing accounts that have been added. I have never done a review but I felt strongly that this needs work.

Could be fresher & more modern Seems dated so needs a much fresher, more modern look and feel. Also have a glitch where the number boxes for the security code don't show and have to click on quick balance then return to login. Would be nice aswell to just enter your numbers and it automatically logs in, instead of having the login button. Plus for the banking page to show the option of looking at pending transactions (like the Halifax app)

Doesn't work My passkey is correct and logging in number is correct as I cross examined with my laptop and it worked. However, whenever I log in the app says it's wrong and threatens to disable all passkeys and stop my cards from working. Not amused.

Still Lots of Bugs Very useful app, however, the new feature, Quick Balance, only works with one account as the swipe right to left to see other accounts doesn't work. S5 Ok app. Just tried to add contact to make paym5to. But you have go through online banking. I forgot my memorable data. So now can't use app at all. PAIN. But another drawback is that it does not show pending transaction. So not as upto date as needed. It's an obvious function people should have. Once this done I would give more stars.

I think that the app is laid out well, though the menu is less than conventional. What I find frustrating is the quick balance notification which confuses me with displaying no useful information. The text is displayed in white on a near white background; making the text very nearly impossible to read. Above all this, there is no way to switch these off outside of the OS.

Great love this app so easy to use I'm not sure about the quick balances feature. I think should introduce a pin sentry to sign into mobile banking make it more secure or at least give us the option. I don't like the fact the minimum transfer is £1 between my own accounts find it really annoying when there's only 20p left in my current account and can't do anything with it

Please add Fingerprint login functionality for Android 6.0+ amongst other things. The experience is slow. Design wise it looks old and could do with a Google Material Design overhaul. It would make it a lot more functional and pleasant to use.

Bloated memory useage V2.12.1 too large a program for one that cannot be moved to SD card. I had to uninstall so many apps to install this that is is impractical on a phone with limited resources. I was happier with the old version but no option to stay with old one! Not happy, not everyone can afford a new phone each app "update!"

Better Okay, v2.8.2 has improved the speed issue somewhat. Its quicker to log on and menus react better. However, scrolling an accounts transaction list is still not smooth. Permissions I think that this application has gone downhill in terms of speed and simplicity. I removed it following the last update as I felt that the expanded permissions, including reading my contacts and call details to be a step too far. I have switched to accessing via browser.

Pretty update but *still* no pending transactions This July 2016 major update is all well and good but what's still lacking for me is the ability to see the detail of pending transactions on my current account. It's hard to understand why this can't be included - Santander I believe have been providing it for years for their customers. For me, it would be a massively useful tool for managing my account, and without it, the overall effectiveness of this app is limited.

Good update Looks great, easy to use. For those whose app icon has disappeared, mine did too. Go into settings, apps and change permissions to allow for phone and contacts and mysteriously the icon comes back and you can add to home screen. Other than that, really good.

Keypad doesn't work Awful UI. The custom keypad to log in and other buttons don't work properly on my Nexus 5x. Tapping doesn't work, I have to hold down and even then they only work about 10% of the time. Android has a perfectly good numeric keyboard, why write your own crap one?

Thank you so much Nationwide! I have had a track record with crappy looking banking apps and even up to certain degree Nationwide was in the category - until today. Todays update has blown me away as I actually didn't think that banks had the capacity to make a really good looking app! The app is beautiful and is everything I come to expect from my mobile banking app, bar the fact I can't see my pending transactions, but that is literally the only thing extra I could ask for at this point! :D It is a delight to open this app and use it, it's clean and looks great! Great and useful app The old app was very good and I didn't expect much from the new one but I have to admit I think it's great! You can do so much more, it's more responsive, and the quick balance feature is brilliant. Only thing I would change is to either colour code or highlight in some way what is a direct debit and what is a purchase on the statement so at a glance I can quickly see whats left to come out. I love this app, and I love this bank, moving to nationwide was the best thing I've done in a long time.

UPDATED: a little better but still a deliberate poor effort The latest update with the new design makes the app a bit friendlier to the user, and makes it quicker and easier to complete basic tasks. Yet, it remains the case that the app's UI is not thoughtful at all. This is an app which is designed with disregard for the Material Design guidelines and makes it much more difficult and different to use than other apps. The point of Material is to unite apps' designs and provide the user with consistency to increase ease of use. Please, hire some proper Android devs.

It was so clean and versatile, intuitive graphic...if I wanted something more I would have happily used my online banking on PC. You have just killed a brilliant app, what you offered instead requires qualified accountant do deal with it. The whole idea of using app is quick banking on the go, not account analysis. What a shame!!

Really poor update... Very sluggish to move between account data and menus. Menu elements to small making it easy to select wrong item. Light blue text on white makes it almost impossible to read in sunlight!!! - did the development team actually both to test this update in the real world with real people. Seriously considering changing banks after over 20 years with nationwide purely because of this update to an app I use daily. Very bad design, planning and implementing.

Excellent Update The Nationwide app has always been useful but it's never really been pretty or modern and missed material design completely. Now functionality has been expanded and much improved, it looks visually much nicer and has some touches of material design (although slide out on the left and FAB would have been nicer). Nice update, Nexus Imprint next? Latest update with the UI overhaul is very nice. It's a shame it isn't material design but it is a lot nicer than before and the performance of the app is very good on my Nexus 6P. Still has all the features I care about. IOS version has got TouchID support, hopefully Nexus Imprint support comes soon for Nexus devices and those with "secure area" fingerprint sensors such as the Nexus 6P. Good update thank you.

This new app is fantastic looking, new graphics and very easy to find everything I want. Anyone complaining must be over 60 and take a year to get used to anything new! Works well, other than the fact that to enter your birthday you have to click through each month until you get to your year. You can't just type your year in. I'm glad I'm not in my 60s.... but having to manually swipe through each month, for several decades - that's nearly 450 swipes - to get to my year of birth... it's a pain to be honest.

Secure log in outdated I like the idea of fast banking on mobile. But if I'm actually mobile somewhere and don't have the security card reader on me then I can't log into my account. If I can log into PayPal with only a thumb scan then I think nationwide needs to update their security to that as well.

A step backwards I much prefer the old App, much more professional looking. This looks like some sort of test App just to check everything is working. Old App separated transactions into days and with the background was much easier to read. No fingerprint login for android. Step backwards.

I thought the previous app was great and very user friendly. The only criticism I could think of was that the text was too small. Do they think everyone has 20/20 vision! Now I need magnifying glass to read the menu buttons at the bottom. Its far too complicated and buggy. "Blank" (stay signed in) box appears with yes or no underneath then later it crashed! YUUUUK!!!!

Installed for an hour. Crashed twice. I only just updated the app and it's crashed twice. All I was trying to do was look at my balance while sorting paperwork. The second time I opened the app I had to go to the app store as there's no shortcut and it isn't on my apps list.

New user, had to enter debit card details and when it came to entering the expiry date I couldn't use my keyboard, only calendar entry. Having to skip though 5 years worth of months isn't fun, and even worse when entering birthday having to go back 25 years worth of months. That makes for one tired tapping finger! One thing let's it down It's great that you can see how much money you have had into your account and how much you've paid out but it's a shame it's not accurate. Mine always says that I've paid out more than has gone in yet I don't have an overdraft and I've never been over drawn. It makes you feel like your financially worse off than you are which isn't a good feeling for anyone. Other than this the app is great, easy to use and has lots of new features

Nice but the part used most is poor The transaction list is one big list of debits and credits, it is very hard to find deposits as the only difference is a microscopic negative sign, whatever happened to two columns?

Icon disappears Icon has mysteriously vanished from all screens. Only way to launch is from play store WTF??? *** updated after dev feedback*** Fully aware of how to customize my phone and apps etc thanks. It didnt just dissapear from home page. All trace of it completely dissapeared from phone and the ONLY place it was visible was in apps section of settings menu and store. Came back after a couple of days overlayed on the fb app i had slotted into the gap it left. Thanks for getting back though.

Useless App - not working App does not work is useless, will not accept any log in details which I have double and double checked with Nationwide.... pointless App.

Looks OK, slightly limited functionality. Freezes whenever on settings page and trying to set Quick Balance options. Emailed developer initially about these issues but then just received auto-reply saying they'd look at suggestions but wouldn't reply - not great when it is a functionality issue!

Didn't need an update As other have said, old app worked fine. Don't hate the new one, just feel it is a change for change's sake. Liked the grouping of transactions into days on old app - new one all transactions lumped together. In/out bar at top annoying and misleading as it doesn't reflect balance, only transations. I regully move money between accounts which is then double and treble counted. Need to be able to turn off. Still like banking with Nationwide, just slightly confused why they've made such sweeping aesthetic changes to a well loved app.

Still needs work A good app with good features that are always improving, but I still find the app glitchy in a way it isn't on iPhone. Just needs to be smoother and not feel like a 'port' from iPhone that isn't quite as user friendly.

Not fit for purpose! Doesn't work properly. I had no issues with previous app iN fact thought it very good.was then forced to install the New one as the old one all the darn thing does is buffering whilst 'talking to nationwide' really inconvenient poor service :( just noted the only way I can get it to work is to avoid the shortcut thumbnail and open via the app store!

If its not broke don't fix it Loved the old app this one is slow to load doesn't flow well. Can hardly ever connect to app...actually hate it please bring back the old app ???

Security Good app the only thing I recommend is that instead of having to log out manually, the app should automatically log out if the user navigates away from the app e.g by pressing the home screen button or locking the screen. These extra security measures would make me feel much more secure.

I don't like change... Aside from the fact I'm an old fart and set in my ways, I much preferred the old app. Why "fix" it when it ain't broke? This one is a step backward - old one was much easier to use.

Permissions I think that this application has gone downhill in terms of speed and simplicity. I removed it following the last update as I felt that the expanded permissions, including reading my contacts and call details to be a step too far. I have switched to accessing via browser.

WOULD RECOMMEND IT !!! ?? Can easily check the Blances to & Credit Card Account App EASIER TO USE than Telephone Banking as I have not picked up the phone to pay a Bill since I have downloaded the Nationwide. Mobile App. I would recommend it too anyone who banks with or holds any of their accounts at Nationwide. " PERFECT FOR ANYONE/THOSE ON THE GO " !!!l

Functional but limited Looks decent enough, the navigation is inconsistent, so browsing around is a little confusing at times. Also, as an Android user I feel slightly cheated that I can't use my touch ID to login, whereas I can on Apple devices. Not very equal opportunities.

Not compatible The old version was great, was forced to update to the new version but just get a message saying the app is not compatible with my phone when I try to update it. Now I no longer have access to my account when out and about I'm seriously considering changing banks.

TRANSACTION DELAY!! Nationwide please SORT it out I haven't had an up to date balances since the upgrade am really sad as this app was perfect!!!! HATE THE UPGRADE!!!???

Can't move money to my help to buy isa I can move money anywhere else but here it says you can only move 0.00 ...... Which is really annoying also miss the impulse saver

It's well done and executed ... smoothly and efficient. No issues at all. I love the new update!!! Would 5 stars! Keyboard doesn't switch to number pad when entering amount for transfer. Currently one has to do it manually. If there was an option for messaging to the customer service. Who else thinks that's a good idea?

Security overkill Please do away with those stupid card readers for setting up payments and transfers utterly stupid method of confirming identity, considering we all have pins, cust numbers, memorable data. Such a pain in the arse when you want to set something up on the move which the app is for. Also why cant I take screen shots? After passing upteen levels of security and being able to clear my bank account out if I wish what is the point in stopping me taking a photo. Overkill

This app is the worst update nationwide has done. It's slow, at times unresponsive. Once it finally does respond, it will do click on options you don't want. Awful. I miss the old app that actually worked.

Excellent Banking App Excellent app which makes account access easy there's always room for improvement, fingerprint recognition, so that you don't have to sign on to the web site to do certain tasks. In the meantime why not allow the card reader to be employed with the mobile app.


Great improvement! However... Please add Imprint Fingerprint login functionality for Android 6.0 & above. You've done it for Apple devices, why not Android?

Buggy Continually hangs and stops responding only to then register multiple clicks at once. Much worse now than the previous version!
