BNC/NBC web solutions are awefull The website has tons of bugs and crashes. The credit card balance dont update imediately, it takes days. The app is full of issues, just like many people pointed out. I'm honestly considering switching over to a different bank for the very poor online support... I'm a software engineering student and it just kills me to have to deal with these issues everyday... Something has to be done, I would be grateful to give more details about the issues to a staff if they even bother to join me.

Constant crashes This app is barely functionnal and crashes litterally every other times (nexus 5) .... I also wish we could do photo checks deposit .... It shouldn't be a problem for such a huge company to make a fubctional bug free Android app please BNC the app is not fun to use and very old fashioned .... I'm dissapointed

Low quality application! I am really disappointed !how come Such a big bank have such a crappy application? I have an account with the RBC ! They are way ahead the national bank application! This application have a lot of bugs! It keeps crushing... User Unfriendly. I hope the next update will make it better.

Works once, then must re-install... As somebody who works in developping apps, this app is extremely poorly done, once a user has logged in once and disconected, the app will never log him in again, need to de-install and reinstall to remove all app info, gets stuck at preparing statement forever. Blocking issue. And by seeing the amount of people with the same problem, its clear somebody decided to release the app with this issue anyways. I have been reinstalling this app 3 times in a week now, i wont anymore. LG nexus 4 android 4.4.2

Worked well for months, now keeps bugging I've used this app for months now, never had issues. Would've even given it 5 stars. But lately it has been timing out and sending error msgs every single time I try logging on. I rely on this app a lot and love how simple to use it is, but its inconsistency is really starting to bother me.

Grrr This app is useless takes forever to log in, times out, error messages, then when I finally get in the screen is blank so I have to push the back button which sometimes logs me out. So frustrating. Fix it.

Still bugging The bug had been reported a long time ago. This issue should have been fixed by now for such a big bank. And the having to log in every use when at first i was always logged i didnt need to write my info. It should save it,the button to keep it logged is useless cause it always asks me to log in each time.and now it cant even log in without an uninstall/reinstall.

Doesn't always work This app may randomly just not log you in because why would you want to see your banking status when you really need to? Also, you should be able to choose your language and font size. I like having my phone's system language in English, but I'd like to have the banking app language in French. Also, there should be an option to make the fonts larger, as my telephone's screen is tiny, I have to look closely my eyes hurt

Rarely works This app doesn't even work on Android. It takes forever just to sign in (if that even works), then everything lags. Doesn't compare to the iPhone. Put some money into fixing this more and more people use Android phones!!

Worked the first 2 times only My wife has the iPhone App and it works fine. With the Android version, as soon as I tried adding a second client card number, the app would not log in (with none of the accounts). Thanks in advance for working on that issue.

Works great and does everything i need Never had any glitches, authentication bug or need to reinstall. I always close my sessions and log back in with my complete info each time. Don't try any shortcuts or poor cautionary measure : a banks web based application is supposed to be highly securised, use it the way it is supposed to be used and follow the rules. Its just common sense...

Very good, one grievance I love this app, I did not have access to it when I had my windows phone. Only complaint is the fact that the Canada Post epost is not included. That's all, other than that great app.

Unresponsive Slow, lagging, unresponsive after input of password (I have a Galaxy S4 - quite fast) not sure if it's the firewall or the lack of dedicated servers but it's a poor effort of an app. Not sure how it won a prize. Needs fixing.

Still needs improvement Please make this app available in French. We should also be able to read the "postel" documents that we receive from within the app. The "submit" button for sending feedback from within the app doesn't seem to work.

Problems with latest version.. Latest version has a problem with entering decimals when trying to pay invoices. At the very least make the older version available, it's been several weeks since the release, and many people have complained, please fix it... Addition of check deposit via phone picture like most other banks is not available and is way overdue.

No decimal?? This app used to work great! I tried to pay a bill today only to discover that it won't allow me to enter a decimal place in the payment amount section. I ended up having to round up my payment amount to the nearest dollar. I'm glad I double checked because I almost paid my phone of bill $236.74 off with $23,674.00 that I don't have!

Deposits I installed this app thinking we could deposit cheques online from the app. Guess we can't, and this was the only reason for installing. Other than that, the app looks great, easy to understand.

Standard features The app is useful for checking your balance or paying bills but that is all. I just went to deposit a check with the scanning function advertised by other banks but sadly there is no such option.

Keeps getting better after each update, still has some ways to go. Photo Cheque deposits will come, they're just trailing in that field. It'll be the standard one day anyways. Display is sometimes a problem as there are still some info I can see on the computer but not on the mobile app that requires be to travel through pages, take notes and re-type the required info. (Especially when paying bills).

Missing available balance In the prior versions, there was two totals (one for money before the cheques clears and total overall). Why was this removed? It's still possible to view this online but not in the app.

It could be perfect Only one really important feature is missing for me, to deposit online cheque like we can do at the other banks, you take a photo of the cheque and you save a lot of time! I have been a client for 20 years and that feature online (to deposit cheque) would consolidate our business relationship even more!

Nice App looks cleaner since that last update but just 2 things: 1. It no longer shows the Total amount of Chequeing and Investments at the bottom which was really nice to have. 2. The app icon is a little too big compared to other android app icons, trimming some of the white would really make it perfect! Keep up the good work!

Thank you for the app, it It is first time I did a quick use of it and have a suggestion: the gray color used on text and numbers, doesn't make a clear contrast with the pale gray used as background; maybe dark Black color - Text could be good for preventing any mistakes in fast transactions. After more use probably I would comment about other aspects. Thanks again and have a good day!

Pitiful After spending some time with this I can say that it is possibly the worst app I've installed to date...brutal...can't believe a financial institution would put their name on it...the login was terrible...screens that don't scroll down...have to go to apps in settings of my Nexus 7 (2013) to force stop it or it won't close...embarasing really...

Can't view statements Main issue I have since the update way back, that changed the look of the app, is that I cannot view my statements at all now. I jus want to view different month's statements but the app always forces close when it brings up the calender thing to change statement dates. I liked the old version it actually worked even though it didn't look fancy.. I got a new phone and the problem persists. Screen shots seem to be disabled in the app so I can't even show the problem.

Annoyed When I sign up for digital banking after I downloaded the app it won't let me enter my DOB it gives today's date and won't let me change it I have tapped on the year it won't let me change it after I click on it so there for I can't finish the sign up please help as I've been trying to do this for days

The app is ok, but it is pretty poor for a financial institution. It would be nice to see the Material design guidelines applied at least just a little bit to make this a little more aesthetically pleasing and easier to understand. Could use more features like seeing when my credit card payment is due and how much it is. It does what it says though, so 4 stars.

Lack of security I would prefer the app to be accessed by a pin code or other solutions (iris, fingerprints) for every time you open it. It's more secure and not difficult to implement. Otherwise, a very basic app with most of the functions you may need.
