My go to pod catcher! Hours of enjoyment await! Just keeps getting better and better. Lots of options for the most advanced users, but easy enough for a novice. The developer is very responsive, and feedback is welcomed.

Bob Smedog

Ok I tried it but... Generally keeps all the functions of V1 but it is just plain hard to find things. I don't have the patience. Reverting

Ben Lewis

Podtastic Does it all.. great content and easy to use. My go to app.

Stephen Bickham

UI looks stylish with Roboto Thin :-) Thanks for your work.

Ken Johnson

Fix it! One of the last updates jacked it all up, now nothing downloads automatically. The UI is extremely hard to get used to. It's not an intuitive product but at least it used to work.

Rick Dearman

Crap interface I used to think it wasn't possible to have a worse interface for an app than version 1 of mypod. But I was wrong! This interface is much more confusing. Don't think slapping "for power users" is a get of jail free card for making an application clean and functional. I am a power user and used the old version for 18 months. This interface is bad. Also the Web remote interface is constantly giving java null pointer exceptions. I am off now to find the previous version.

Robert Stanton

Best update ever Really love the new interface and playlists. Youtube search is awesome. I can play youtube videos in the background. This app really does everything..

Robert Rossi

Best player I have used This program was good but unstable in version 1. Version 2 is solid, and I really appreciate the effort and dedication the developer has put into it. Try it!

Rodney McKee

Awesome Great app and great support. Ask if you have issues.

Erin Ogilvie

Awesome Love this app. I listen to podcasts all day and my pod keeps them coming.

Andres Jimenez

Disappointing Bought the app years ago for the potential but ended up uninstalling. Just now decided to give it a second chance. It's still functionally an above average pod catcher. I would focus all current development on creating a better user experience and UI. Two words: Material Design.

Dan Africk

I miss the old version I can't stand the new user interface- I find it busy (cluttered) and confusing. I'm still using the old version, despite being pretty buggy, because I can't stand the new one. I've been a loyal user of the old Mypod for years, and paid for the pro version, but sadly I will soon be looking for an alternative app. If you could simplify the new UI, or find a way to make it more similar to the old one, I will reconsider using this.

Kheong Chee

Awesome app One of the best for podcasts!

Stephen Wilson

Shows promise only works one time Lwets you download and play podcasts but ONLY one time? Crippleware!

Bill Schirf

Best in class!!! I bounced from client to client until I found MyPOD. Love the new interface.

Peter Amico

Good app but some functions still lacking Wsj news hub won't update. Also any chance of adding 2x playback?

Tobi K

Unstable still after months and months After I switched back to v1 two or three times already, I thought it'd work now finally. But the player still doesn't really work. And it's basics which don't... It randomly skips the last part of the podcast, sometimes it jumps some 10 secs into the next one. Most annoying: it stops after a while when you listen - pressing on/off or a volume button brings it back. It's a shame it STILL does not work. I'm on LG G2.

Gavin Pugh

So close, yet so far. Works ok, downloads and updates feeds fine, but stops playing the podcast about 15 sec before the end. Kind of a deal breaker.

rick slate

Nice Podder Good job! Nice catcher and player. Only wish it would play and stop automatically when it connects to my car radio.

Laurent Davesne

Interface not getting better, still difficult to fathom. After updating and downloading became erratic, I finally gave up and installed podcast addict: it's simpler, and it works.

Craig Lyons

Constantly improvement I've been using MyPod since I first spotted it in the store. Bought it and joined the beta test program. For the naysayers I must ask if they fully understand just what "beta program" means and asks of those involved. Two word negative ratings don't help either the users or developers. This is my get me through the day app! Cancer Sucks!

Edie Haskins

Best Podcast App I used to use PodcastAddict and it worked really well but this app has everything and is really easy to use.

Caleb Gardner

Great app, especially for beta Loved v1 and now love v2 more! Doing a great job devs.

William Pietschman

AWESOME! I use this app EVERY day! So EASY to use!

Donal Tobin

So happy with the new version Still has a few polishing issues to fix but looks great, been using extensively.

Paul Underscore

Good advance on version 1! Looking forward to trying new release.

Robert Ellis

Great update to a great app

Gideon Jeremiah

Great app There are still a few kinks to work out but this is the best podcasting app I've been able to find.

Liz B

Great Podcast App Have been using this since v1 and still love it. Be aware this version is in beta so still being bug fixed but even so best one I've used and fixes happen quickly if you let them know what's happening. I love the control you have and that you can organise it all from your device no need to plug into a computer to update episodes.

Boruch Wahrhaftig

A Different Approach for the Serious Podcast Consumer MyPod V2 is the survivor of a long battle among podcast apps on my device. Some only stream files, becoming useless in airplanes and other locations without WiFi. Others make nearly impossible to add podcasts they are not promoting. MyPod updates my subscriptions and puts the files on my device, ready to enjoy wherever and whenever I choose. The interface is unusual and not perfectly intuitive, but allows a level of control rarely seen. I can hardly wait for the next version update to see where the great minds behind this app are taking us. Bravo! Keep up the excellent work.

Robert Hardy

UI looks great; now if I can get it to stay open... Loaded the app on my Droid RAZR Maxx (which is on its last leg, so the problem could be the phone's age/dilapidation). Completed setup, and now the app closes a couple seconds after opening. Can't get it to stay open.

Damion Hill

Great work! MyPOD v2 is superb. New UI is easy to get used to. I really like the "Explore" feature which makes finding new podcasts simple. Feedback to dev is responded to quickly and positively. 5 stars for sure.

Alex Br

Import from v1 flawed Import of settings from v1 ended up a little odd but correctable. Looks like it will be a great app.

jeigan g

More complex UI than older version. Also, the auto downloads does not seem to work as new episodes are getting downloaded only after hitting the refresh icon from the favorites.

Craig Laurent

Powerful Powerful and flexible podcast app. Nice new ui.

Ken Johnson

Ugh If the old version is working for you, don't load the new one. First you lose all of your feeds. If that's not annoying enough the new version just stops working randomly and you have to reopen. Super convenient on a run. Disappointed.

Justin Kay

New version is good. Getting to the full player screen is annoying. You have to set the app to use the full player in the settings. If i were the developers, I'd make that the default like the old version had.

Truth Mechanic

Ruined Update and you lose your saved feeds. Search for feeds and they don't show. Exact name in search does not show up at first. That didn't get fixed.

Bill Schirf

Best in class!!! I bounced from client to client until I found MyPOD. Someone just reported the new interface is buggy. Have you checked your version number? As of today, this new interface still has B after the number. This means it's still in BETA! Don't participate in a beta if you can't cut them a little slack and give them time to perfect the new design. It was a complete overhaul to material design. Not a minor upgrade.

Christian James-Watkins

Best in show! I've been using this since beta days and always loved it! It's nice and clean, easy to use and just missing one feature. For full marks just add a nice online feed sync/backup like ColorNote.

Justin Kay

New version is good. Getting to the full player screen is annoying. You have to set the app to use the full player in the settings. If i were the developers, I'd make that the default like the old version had. When listening to a podcast in a Playlist, the player randomly jumps to the next podcast before the current podcast is finished. This has happened at all times. Just a few minutes into a podcast or within a few minutes of the end of a podcast.

Arjun Balraj

Love it Been following this app for a while and it's really coming into form. Keep it up.

Tommy Bakkemo

Randomly stops working. And next time I wish the developer gives me an option to download the beta. Having to fix the feeds you lost is not fun. Im happy to help test a new version. But dont force it on me by taking away a working version and replace it with something that is unstable.

Andrew Elms

Like many others, lost all my feeds with an update. Very annoying.

Joseph Katz

Lets you save podcasts to SD card It's surprising how many podcast clients do not allow you to save your gigabytes of podcast to an SD card. For that reason alone this is my favorite podcast client I've tried on Android. Additionally the option to save and export you're podcast list is another nice feature. For all those reasons five stars. -1 star for the occasional crash and a weird problem where my audio stops playing and forcing a stop does not solve the problem but rebooting the phone does. This might be a problem with the Android phon
