It just doesn't work... "No geocoder available" error, even though GPS working fine. Very slow, not intuitive, and so far no use to me at all!

Lakshmi Ashok

Very slow and extremely tedious Cant rename entries in favourites. Two step process to viewing current schedule on favourites highly annoying. Map takes ages to load even on a good wifi. Installing new app rendered my old shortcut useless. Clearly, the aim of the UI should be to let people drag quickly to favourites & on one click see what time the bus is, I've almost always missed the bus before i get to displaying bus times.

Jonathan Pallant

Awful The new interface is very monochromatic and not at all easy to use.

Chrystal Atkin

Terrible Update! I used this app everyday until it was updated! Now it's just awful and will now be deleted! Bring the old one back!!

Hannah Vandersluis

Better than before! App seems faster and more user friendly since the last update. It isn't perfect by a long shot, but it's good enough that I've removed the other free bus checker app from my phone.

Heather Hooper

Very useful, as bus times are accurate However, UI is appalling, and crashes frequently.

Cindy Chan

Still crashes a lot At least "Save to Favourites" works now. But still...

Padma Priya

It was a very useful app until the new version came!! Disappointed!!

Tom Kirkbride

New interface is better.

Darren West

Buses disappear if clock decides they late E.g. I can't see the bus I am on. Pretty silly. Can leave you to believe there is bio bus to catch when there clearly is. Also the map button doesn't work intermittently.

Oluwaseye Aremu

Recently, it's been completely useless Though many times the bus times have been inaccurate, this app has been a little bit useful in the past until recently that it takes ages to open some features. It is completely useless now. The app is as unreliable as the buses themselves. There is no point having a non functional app.

Rob Foster

Not very useful It's not possible to save routes to favourites, only stops. Routes disappear from search if the bus is late.

Richard Poole

Dreadful, but what else is there? Bus times are accurate. But the app itself is dreadful, and a chore to use. The favourites section doesn't even work, the search results are totally inaccurate. The map location is wrong 90% of the time(even though other location-based apps on my device correctly report my location). And for the last few days, as per the previous review, it just doesn't work at all. How the hell did Cambridgeshire county council sign off on this? But the real problem is, what's the alternative when the buses themselves are so unreliable due to Cambridge traffic!

Mark Wynn

Great app on iOS, not finished for Android Really useful on my iPhone, worked great. Now on my HTC M8 It crashes every time I refresh. Phantom busses that are due suddenly vanish. Since the latest Android update the app won't even start. Utterly useless.

Andrius Andrulevicius

Used to work but not any more Used to work but for couple days now - just stopped. When I open the app and go to Map (or anywhere else in that manner) it just show "Loading". I can still select "Near Me", "Search" and "Favourites" but it doesn't do anything - just loading. Tried clearing cache, uninstalling - nothing helps. The only way to close the app - ending it.

John Barker

Useless This app used to be good, over the past few weeks it's taken minutes to display and data, if it even works. The physical displays at the bus stops on the street still work thankfully.

don mac

Useless A disgraceful waste of public money.Have been using Bus Scout and First Bus with no probs but I'm afraid this app is useless to me. Sort of got it working but ui is incomprehemsible. Will probably get rid of it. There are several much better free apps already available.

Holly Young

Used to be great, accurate and helpful stopped working completely. Uninstalled and reinstalled did nothing to fix the problem!

A Google User

Worst bus tracking app on the market Crashes all the time, unable to find the right bus stop, limited connectivity. Its reliability is similar to the guided bus itself, which tells a lot. Don't install.

Ed Bean

Barely useable Able to correctly see location on Google maps, but the app doesn't update. The lack of a post code or street name search facility is irritating. The map concept is annoying - what if not currently where I'm interested in catching the his from and I have to spend ages scrolling around Cambridgeshire?

Thomas Robinson

Use to work This was great. But since the last update it constantly thinks I'm in Cambridge and won't detect that I'm actually in Luton, Bedfordshire. Sort it out vix, don't think Cambridgeshire county council will be too happy if they find out you've messed it up!

Laurence Davies

Seems to have started working again Worked originally but then stopped working for many months and could not find any local bus stops. Seems to have started working since my last review.

Lloyd Manning

Its OK The timings are good. But I can't see how to favourite stops at all. Also doesn't remember recent stops. UI isn't that that nice.

Tony Sawford

Woeful Appalling user interface. Search function simply does not work - it ALWAYS returns "no results found". Useless.

Vitaly Lugovskiy

Crashes on S3 When it used to work, UI experience was very poor - e.g.

james da silva

Life changing Not often an app actually makes a difference to your life but this really does. Only regret is that I didn't find it sooner. Being able to see where the bus is on the map is just the best

Sean Burton

Useful but dodgy Very useful app, but how on earth do I actually add anything to my favourites!?

Chelsy Lewis

Not compatible with android lollipop on my HTC one m8. Constantly crashes.

Jonathan Seymour

Used to be good Service search returns no results. iPhone app works fine. Please sort it out

Matthew Stalley

doesn't work missed the bus many times because of this app. displays wrong times and says buses are late when they're on time and vice versa. do not recommend.

Alan Kidd

Refresh button needs to be bigger The refresh button is difficult to press and needs to be bigger

Ruth Ivimey-Cook

Useless UI, v v slow to update

John Barnes

Incomplete Searches far too local to current location. Doesn't show X5 services. Useless.

Keith Hill

Very useful Really good for Cambridge & Peterborough area. Needs better response/abort search when data connection is a bit iffy - it locks when data drops. Really like the maps showing all nearby buses.. Needs to have continuous real time busses with GPS update(when walking or on a bus!) and ability to cache maps for 5 star rating. Other than that, easy to find the bus, easier to find stops than Google maps. very handy. Works much better on WiFi. (Reviewed for Nexus 4). (Doesn't seem to be working on Nexus 7)

Sean OCONNOR

Not on a tablet Does not work on my Samsung Tab 2 10.1 but works on my Sony Ericsson phone ok but a bit slow. Would be good to add favourite stops direct from the map rather than have to drill down in to a route to select a specific dtop as a favourite

A Google User

Great idea, few improvements would make it excellent Really helpful app, but can be tricky if at drummer st to locate the park and ride buses for example, especially as they don't have numbers on the buses. Overall though well worth downloading!

FakeAd GiantUser

Crashes on app start 1) why must this app. access my phone number and phone status. That info. is irrelivent to its use. 2) app. crashes on start, suspect that it is trying to access my phone number - my tablet does not have a phone - so irrelivent data garhering renders the app. useless. 3) following attempted use, internet connection is disabled, needing a reset of the device to restore.

A Google User

Doesnt work after update!! It was a good(ish) app until the update.. Now it just says no results found everytime!

A Google User

Has potential ... Great app as long as you know where you are & where you want to go; Imagine you are a tourist & want to use to plan a bus journey, are you going to know the bus route number, stop reference number or the post code? No, you are more likely to know the street name/ area or landmark so it needs a keyword search function. That said it is a very smart tool for instant up to date info for those wishing to travel from thier current location within the next hour, and it's great to be able to see this in real time.

Ben Johnson

Poor It doesn't work at all!

Diana Wood

It would be much more useful if it included all the buses. For some reason it doesn't include the uni4.

Andrew Bainbridge

1. It is very hard to tell which bus will come to the stop I'm at and where it will go next. 2. There doesn't seem to be any way to ask the app to make a route from point A to point B and tell you which buses to use and when they run. 3. On the live map view of bus positions, the dots that represent the buses disappear and reappear in jumps that makes it hard to follow an individual bus. 4. There's no information about how early or late or full or reliable a particular bus route is.

Alan Stinchcombe

Very useful info but... ...it hammers the phone battery when not the active screen because it constantly seeks location info. The phone's location does *not* need updating while the app is inactive. Please fix, as there isn't even an Exit option and I can't risk flattening my battery while away from a charger.

Roger Frost

I just don't get it Can I have the latest live timetable for my bus from Drummer Street? How is it done?

Zhi-Qing Wu

Excellent! It works very well in Cambridge.

ignota atongi

Fairly useless Can't work out how to plan a journey or see a bus timetable (either by stop or by route). Without those, it's really not much use.

Kevin Huckstep

Works OK but I have to type in postcode all the time as it doesn't recognise location (even though this is switched on and all other apps web pages can!) Also can't seem to search by bus number. Only good if I need to find when the bus is due at my local stop

Alan Kidd

Contract numbers Contract numbers are needed for the bus companies, so you can find out where that bus is that should have been here ten minutes ago!

A Google User

Works really well

A Google User

Worst bus tracking app on the market Crashes all the time, unable to find the right bus stop, limited connectivity. Its reliability is similar to the guided bus itself, which tells a lot. Don't install.

Calvyn Paradies

Worst bus app ever Doesn't actually track the bus live... Says the bus is on its way but it's lieing to you... Do not install and waist your time...

Shane Mann

Hmmmmm... It used to work on my S5 but since getting an S7 when I look for buses in and around Cambridgeshire (mainly stavecoach) all it shows is the position of where the bus is meant to be, not where it actually is!!!!
