Piece of Carp Useless 100%, only grabbed it to use the live chat feature however this does not exist on tablet version even though it claims it does, and there are 4 buttons, logout, 2 to open a website, and one to add another service. Would not recomend for anything
Can not recharge Can not recharge my account, every time I try it keeps on failing, so now I am thinking about getting rid of it, unless they fix it up

Didn't work It just kept freezing and made life difficult so removed it.
Problems on S2 Tab Issues on every screen, text and information cut off and out of alignment. The only helpful feature "check upgrade cost" has vanished and been replaced by an optus perks button.
Layout issue with Samsung Galaxy Tab A Can't completely see all of the information as it is cut off and there is no way to scroll to view it.
Layout issues on alcatel pixi 7 Cant even see most of the information because it doesnt fit on the screen and won't let you scroll to see anything else

Layout issues on Nexus 9 App doesn't fit correctly on the screen. Data usage, calls and messages are off screen. Limited functions and unstable at times. I use the browser on my PC for anything important relating to my Optus account because this app is useless. The phone app is better, but only slightly.

Don't Bother Very limited. Can onty access one of my optus services. Can't check my broadband useage. Will uninstall

Good for Prepaid tablet But I have a postpaid service, too. In this app it shows I have to go to website to check the usage. And another app My Optus cannot check Prepaid Mobile Broadband usage. Can you guys develop an app that just like Telstra 24x7 that can view all the services of Optus in one app?
Why does it need to verify it is on the Optus network? I should only need to enter my phone number and the account password. As a result all I get is "My optus app is experiencing difficulties handling the current process" Need a serious rethink about the customer's experience
Layout issues galaxy tab s2 Can't read remaining balance due to the layout being poor.
Useless if on a plan Keeps crashing. The only Optus app for pads and its useless get it together already. Should work regardless of plan type.

About time I've been waiting ages and the app seems to fit in quite orderly, my phone broke so now I can look at it on tablet, thanks optus
Useless for data management I cancelled a service Dec '15 now Mar '16 the same service still appears in the data in the app even though it has been deleted twice the tablet restarted and app reinstalled. The service is no longer in my Optus a/c and does not appear on the app main menu...only in data usage WITH SOME USAGE APPLIED, giving a false usage indication. The app is great for paying bills and upgrading etc..this works well because it is what Optus want...my fear is they also want data usage confusion so they can get $10 for 1 mb over usage. Optus $$$$$$ at work for them...not the consumer knowing what their actual data usage is.
How come no widget like the phone app?
Clunky, no widget, single account only Don't expect a control centre for your mobile services: on prepaid, this app offers only the barest basics. After forcing a landscape display, it prompts for service selection - even when there is only one service registered - and has no support for multiple accounts. The usage display is huge: using maximum real estate to display only basic usage information. With no widget, the slow, clumsy design renders the app redundant - there is no advantage over using the web site. Why is there a separate tablet app at all when the phone app (which is not tablet "compatible") offers so much more?
Refreshing For the past 4 days app won't refresh so I don't know how much data I've got left on my tablet the issue needs to be fixed
Samsung Galaxy S2 tablet issues Text cut off on the right side of the screen. No way to check the actual balance left.
Seems like an issue for people who have tablets with a 4:3 display ratio, it has layout issues in portrait and landscape modes. Can still see when a data recharge is needed but seems like an easy fix. Widget would be nice too :)
Problems with the Samsung Tab S2 The data, talk and messages information are cut off. So annoying!!!!!
Layout issues As stated buy other users, the layout is not compatible with my galaxy tab s2. Please fix or at least acknowledge. I cant give less than 1 star other wise i would. If the all is for a tablet, ypu would think it would work? Iinstalled the mobile app which works in portrait mode.
Useless Can't get past second screen
Pointless The update has changed the graph so my usage is off the right hand side of the screen and I can't view it. Also saw this on someone else's tablet.

Forces landscape mode and is too big for the screen. No scroll function to see other parts of the screen. Quite useless.
This works quite well with my Galaxy Tab 2 but seems to need to be on the Optus net to work, ie won't work with my home Wi-Fi. This is inconvenient and I can't see why it has this requirement. It does show both my mobile phone and mobile broadband services. Also, it is not suitable for the much smaller screen of my mobile phone which I often use as a mini-tablet on Wi-Fi. Many apps are able to adjust for various screen sizes, why not this one? A couple of improvements are needed here.
About what you expect from optus Rarely refreshes. Shows your data usage from hours/days ago. even after resetting my device multiple times it will not show current data.
