Your dream is to have an organized fridge but you have some difficulties to manage it?
You have always expired products in your fridge?
You have some products in your freezer but you don’t know when you bought them?
You never remember if you have still butter or milk when you go to the supermarket
If you answer yes, this app is for you! Otherwise, this will probably happen one day!

This is what you can do with My Fridge:

- You can add products in your fridge, with these attributes: expired date with a reminder (you must to eat it, it’s ringing), picture, buy date, note, bar code, name, quantity.
- You have the possibility to create several fridges (fridge 1, fridge 2, freezer,…). Then, you can sort your products by fridge.
- When you come back from the supermarket, you can bulk scan all your products. After that, you just have to fill in empty fields.
- This app is connected with several providers. So, the most of the fields will be fill in automatically.
- You have the possibility to synchronize this app between several devices (mobile, tablet,..).
- You can also import and export your fridges in an excel sheet. So, you can, for example, print the list of your products. That will be useful.
- You can also look for a product and sort them by name, scan, quantity, buy date and mostly expired date.
- You can send your list by email.
- If you are using My Caddie: you can send products that you must buy to your shopping list and you can send products from My Caddie to My Fridge
- Auto-Download Image: after typing the name if you click on save an image is automatically download.
- You can translate the app in your language by yourself.
- You can create custom items in the reports and manage your drop-downs.

Warning, some functionalities are only available in the paid version.

I want to test So I can't scan things in the free version - which means I can't test the main functionality.

Overly complex and generally not worth my time. First thing's first, you have to install a separate barcode scanner app for this to work. That's not too unusual, and it's not a deal breaker, but it'll lose points just in my personal opinion. Once I downloaded and installed the scanner and started adding inventory to my "fridge," it took a while to find the products I was entering, and it gave me no option to enter the product manually and THEN link it to a barcode. The good: I can create separate "fridges" to separate my NS inventory from my pantry and fridge and freezer. I like the option of having more layers in my organization, so that's a plus. Once it was set up, I could bulk scan items provided they were already in the app's database. The bad: Setting it up was a bit of a pain. No luck with bulk scan if the items were not already added. Scanning an item brought up the item in inventory, but I had to manually go in to change the item to decrease the number I had in inventory. Overall: This wasn't a time saver in comparison to keeping a manual database on my desktop computer. I personally wouldn't bother.

Free=useless As most people these days want barcode scan-a-bility, it seems ridiculous to exclude it from the free version. if you want it function limited then perhaps have a five item limit. At least then you can test out the most important feature. Or maybe its not great, which is why you want peoples money first?

Need to scan I agree with other posters. I'm happy to pay for the full app but only if I can test the ability to scan first. Limit the number of items if you want but the ability to scan is what makes it worthwhile. I can only assume the scan is rubbish which is why they want your money first.

LACKING It's great that you're able to make different storage areas. But what you can't do is to be able to list it as each, ounces, pounds, etc. You can't distinguish between 1 eight ounce can of tomato sauce from 1 sixteen ounce can if tomato sauce without having it listed in the description. You can only list the quantities you have.
