If you suffer from depression, you are far from being alone: It has been estimated that today, there are over 350 million people around the world living with depression.
Despite this, it can be hard to know where to turn to for help; we want to bring the resources that treat depression to your fingertips.
MoodSpace aims to create a self-help space where you will have the opportunity to experiment with different treatment methods, in the form of interactive mood workouts, to see what works for you.
These mood workouts are designed as short, habit building, self-help exercises that can be completed on your phone, at any time you choose and every workout is based on the latest research into depression treatments.
Using this knowledge, we encourage you to carry out your own, further research into your favourite mood workouts. Your continued learning can build the coping strategies which enable you to beat depression.
Even once you’ve beaten depression, it’s important to carry on using these coping strategies. 50% of people who experience an episode of depression suffer a relapse. Continuing to practice your coping mechanisms will help you maintain your resilience.
Depression is no respecter of status or fortune: there are famous cases throughout history. From King Solomon to Abraham Lincoln, and from Winston Churchill to Buzz Aldrin.
You will never be alone, and we hope this app will provide the self-help tools which guide you to a happier and more fulfilled life.
This application is not intended to be a replacement for treatment nor any sort of medical intervention. Treatment is, by far, the best way to overcome clinical depression. This application will only aid you on the path to recovery. Please speak to your doctor to access the treatment available to you.

Great idea This app is a great idea. I love the calming colours and the idea of clouds for where you record your daily gratitude. Positive minds live positive lives. More stars if I didn't have to delete my text and write a new one each day!
I liked it but No way of exporting the cloud enteries, and the new update crashes every time one try access diary. Except for that it would be a 4
A helpful reminder I've been using the original simple app for 6 months and get great pleasure each evening taking a few minutes to review the highlights of my day. It's a shame none were recorded, until now. I'm looking forward to laughing again at the little things that tickle me.
Uncomplicated, evidence-based, and easy to fit into your day. Reminds me to pray and meditate, which helps me cope with stress.
Best mindfulness app. A+++++ Thank you for this amazing app! So cool in concept. What truly makes it work is the little bunny that pops up as a reminder. It's cute, clever, and fun. So if it sits there on your phone for a while, it's not something that "plagues" you as a stressor type "to-do" item; rather, it reminds you of something positive coming up later in your day, or evening. In fact, just knowing that, quite possibly, also lifts you just a little - with a smile.

New Update Little wins can be good enough. Big good things are great to look back on. Easier than keeping a diary which makes me feel like i focus too much on the negative. However without any legit suggestion, i think some way of acknowledging the negative isn't a bad idea.
Just got this today. Is that all there is? Writing in three "clouds" and a calming exercise? No reading to help those who are newly depressed? I'm sorta confused. Help!
Great UI and concept The app really helps you focus on the -good- that happens on a given day. It also has a great layout. We sometimes have a tendency to focus solely on the bad, which is unhealthy. Moodspace definitely helps me when I feel depressed at the end of the day. 5 stars.

Helpful I started using this today and it has already been a tiny bit helpful, which is all I needed today. I wish there were an option to add more clouds if you want to. Unless I missed it.
Mood Space I like it. It's simple. Easy to do without making it feel it's work. Try it. It's a great little app with a lot of promise. It's in the early stages. I look forward to more... good design.
Moodspace It has given me a safe place for expressing myself and a way to pull back and see things from a better perspective. It also allows me a place to vent on bad days.
Helps remind me of the positive things that have happened. Reminds me not everything is negative Great app. Wish there were some mind games that would help people destress or make people laugh

Moodspace is amazing I have never gone to therapy for anything but I do a lot of research on what would help. The thought diary, I have been waiting so long for someone to ask me these questions, to help me search for alternative views, and it's all even better because I get to write/type it instead of say it. Looks like this app has come a long way after a year!

For anyone taking cognitive therapy practice seriously this app is a life saver. I suffer more from anxiety but the "thought journal" feature is immensely helpful in retraining damaging thought patterns. I can't wait for more!!!
Simple, pleasant mood 'check in' app A small app that is still in the prices of growing and development. It is a smooth, simple streamlined app that gently reminds you to reflect on your day and find the good, the pleasant and allows a challenging day to end on a good note. It's not complicated or overly detailed as many other apps/programs tend to be. Another bonus of this app is its simplicity to navigate. I'm looking forward to see it grow. Fingers crossed that the developer's maintain the clean smooth presentation of the current app.
Beauty in, beauty out! Visually delightful, restful and calm. Very easy to use. best app, by far, for challenging distorted thinking and I've slepped through all the apps that offer a CBT 5-7 column thought challenge function. What made it special - you enter the trigger situation, thoughts and emotions with a slide scale of how distressed you are. To look for 'warpy thoughts', it holds your thought on screen and provides a list of the distortions which you can check off. When you reappraise thoughts, it has a handy cue system.
Calm, peaceful and helpful way to deal with anxiety, anger issues etc. I am only 11 but I deal with really bad diagnosed mental problems. This app has helped me get through the tiny things to the massive problems.
