Makes keeping track of my mood so quick and easy
Such a helpful app! This app has been a life saver.
Straightforward Very easy to use
Quick and easy
Easy to use
Wonderful I love this app because it graphs my mood and also because I can set reminders so that I can remember to write down my mood. I have an anxiety journal but it is only meant for anxiety and it isn't meant for any other moods such as depression. One thing that would like though is for the big check mark to be removed because it does kind of get in the way when I type and I would also like for there to be a password or pin feature.
Moodlog I just started using this log about 1 week ago and so far I thourghly enjoy a how simple it is to use. It contains everything I need on 1 simple to use page. I was using a different app, and it was not as simple or refreshing as this app. Thank you for making this very easy to use and follow up with.
Best Mood App!! This app is wonderful. It's clean and simple, and is great for tracking your moods. It's set up so that you rate your mood on a scale from 1-10. You can tag what you're feeling (stressed, lonely, happy, etc.). If you decide to, you can write a log entry. You can add your own tags if the app doesn't have what you are feeling. I LOVE the graph view! You also can see all of your log entries. It was so great that I even bought the full version so I could export and backup. Best app out there for mood tracking!
So helpful! I use this to track manic-depression swings and it's so helpful at identifying triggers. The ability to do as many entries as you need during the day with simple and customizable tags makes it so easy to enter a point quickly. I would love it if you could make a widget for quick entries on the home screen, but overall awesome. Thank you so much for a super helpful tool! :)
Flexible, easy to use app I have two different mood tracker apps, but I prefer this one to the other one I use. This app seems more versatile and I find it easier to navigate than my other app (Daylio). It is easy to save information quickly and I like how I can modify entries and write multiple entries per day if desired. The home screen is good for seeing averages based on labels used and the calendar gives flexible options for observing ongoing trends. I like that this app is both free, fairly comprehensive and simple to use.
Simply great! Neat and easy app to keep track of mood/mood swings. Easy layout and nonintrusive "how are you feeling" reminder. For the first time ever I can look back and see how I really felt at some point, what caused it, and use it In a recovery process. My only wish for improvement would be to be able to simultaneously track my physical wellbeing, as that often influence my mental state and its easy to forget what day I had that horrible headache that made me sad, etc.
Awesome for Free I have been using this app for only a few days, but can already tell how handy it's going to be. I especially like how customizable and easy to use it is. Recommend it for anyone looking to know the patterns, triggers, and indications of their mood shifts. One thing I'd like to see is some kind of share feature so I can recommend the app to others.
Pretty good app I love this app so much. Very handy and useful to have around and check how I'm doing. The only improvement that I believe mood log should add is a time stamp as well as the date so that, when I see multiple records on one day, I know EXACTLY when I was feeling like that. If mood log put this feature in, I would give it 5 stars!! UPDATE: I also think it would be a good idea to have the option to add what activity you're doing and what you had to eat as these things affect your mood too!
Great idea! Overall, this app is what I was looking for. It does take a long time to load on my phone and the notifications don't work, but the actual tracking is excellent. I do have a suggestion for improvement: add the option to track mental and physical well-being separately, each with their own scale and tags. My mental and physical health are often different. It would also make it easier to track the effectiveness of medication.
Fantastic!. I suffer from bipolar and this app is perfect for keeping track of my moods. The app allows me to put in multiple entries per day and it has charts to see patterns!!
Best mood diary app in the app store! Would give it 5 stars if I was able to alter the colours of the mood rating to more than just red and blue. I don't find it easy to connect with how I feel and so I would love to alter each number's colour to match it with the colour I feel most represents it's mood, to me. I would even pay for premium if it offered that.
good but no graph for daily mood I get huge mood swings within a single day so I'd like to see a single day graphed out, and not a whole week
Excellent mood + meds + journal tracker. Well thought out design with a simple, flexible and smooth interface. CSV exports allow for further detailed data analysis capabilities in any spreadsheet. I am wondering if the code lock capability disappeared lately or is it my device ?
Helpful Easy to use and customize! Great for just simply tracking ur mood. I like that u can add ur meds and notes so im able to see if they coincide with my mood.
This is a great app Very easy to use, good UI. Really like the notes & tagging. Only request is that with premium membership users get the ability to a) pick custom colours for mood ratings, not just blue & red, in the records & calendar view, & b) colour code the tags, with a custom selection of colours to choose from. That would take this app from great to amazing & I would definitely in app purchase for these options.
I wish there was a better alternative to backing up... Im still in the process of picking out the right applications to use, and makes it difficult to commit to a phone state that i cant backup.... We'll see after i start to see which apps actually do what, but i liked the freedom to track different things this app seems to offer so far. It'd be nice if we could at least email ourselves the items we tracked so it just isn't lost if we dont have the option to pay for a full backup.
Having a description for each ranking would make choosing where you fall on the scale much easier
Meets all expectations I love having different options of viewing my records.
Improves My Quality of Life This app is amazing for tracking your mental health and the things that influence it. It's also incredibly easy and quick to use and make a detailed entry without even typing a thing!
Use it many times a day Great for tracking everything emotional, and simple to use which I need. Also can feel me how medications relate to my moods on average.
Excellent and fits my needs, but you pay for backup The custom tags with "physical" symptoms option is fantastic for me. I can track my resting heartrate this way, correlated with mood. But you have to pay for backup or Dropbox sync. It seems a fair deal, though.
No complaints App works as it should. Nothing more, nothing less. Could add some features. But honestly it's serves its purpose fully.
Finally! I downloaded a half dozen different apps trying to find a tracker that made sense, could have feelings/moods added and had an understandable graphing system. Finally found it and I'm just relieved that I don't have to keep hunting.
Very helpful I would recommend to anyone who may suffer from a mood disorder, this app is really helpful of keeping track of your emotions throughout the day, week etc.
Better. This is definitely one of the better mood trackers as it's not a huge fancy layout that's hard to control, and it's free. The only thing is there need to be MORE mood options for the "tags". EDIT: If you click on "tags" in the side menu, you can add your own! I love this app. 5 stars.
Good app Needs more selections for moods and a description for number rate 1-9
Pretty great! I love how you can have room to write a bit about how you feel. Wish happy wasn't colored red but otherwise no complaints
Just short of great *Pros*: clean interface, customizable tags with logical categories. *Cons*: mood list too long and scrolls horizontally, medication dialog opens a numeric keyboard obscuring buttons, notification isn't cleared automatically, limited sync options, no sync encryption (?). *Wishlist*: ability to pick mood scale (e.g., 1-7 instead of 0-10), dosage options for medication.
Helps Me Great App Helps me to monitor my moods daily, so I can figure out a diagnosis to the problem. Thanks.
Like but issue w excel export
Mood log Great app so far. Only had 1 week.
Works for me! Would love if it could show a graph for each day...
App not working I love this app, but somehow it deleted all my records. Very upset about this. Now it doesn't show any tag me to check. Please fix this error!
Like it but.... I like this app but I'm having trouble recording when I take my meds. I select the meds but they are not being saved.
I like this a lot, but a months worth of records disappeared on me
Helpful but could be better There could be more mood tags and more specific ones as well.
Great little app I want to monitor my moods, this is it. So user friendly. Quick and simple to use allowing some customization. Reporting in different formats. Sometimes simple is best.
Great app I like the way you can add your own moods and medications. The reminders are helpful, too.
This is an excellent app to keep track of your mood cycles. Very detailed and customizable. One improvement would be to view each category on the graph rather than a combined rating. This way you could compare common traits.
Simply good. Does as advertised, nice and simple.
Moodlog Easy and quick to use. Have had to personalise it a fair bit for moods to reflrct what i would choose
Fantastic app Fantastic app, but devs, when I backup it exports it as a .adb file, which can't be opened by any spreadsheet program. Also, Moodlog crashes the second it exports. Moto X 2nd gen. Thanks! Edit: Thanks! Changed to 5 stars.
Love this app! ❤ So helpful, clean interface, easy to use but can still be organized to own preference. ☺
Great app This has been very helpful in tracking my mood. I love that i can make my own tags and focus on what i need
Fine I mainly downloaded to app because I wanted to have something for asking and logging my mood throughout the day. But the options for reminders on this only go so low as 1 day.
Great app for tracking moods Love the it separates mental and physical adjectives. Plus I can make my own characteristics to track. Wish it would back up data to google drive though.
Fantastic!. I suffer from bipolar and this app is perfect for keeping track of my moods. The app allows me to put in multiple entries per day and it has charts to see patterns!! I can also set reminders so I don't forget to make a record/entry. However, it would be nice if I could edit some things better like previous "tags" I made in error. ***Update*** Thank you! The long pause works to edit tags.
Nice that you can customize Nice that you can add your own symptoms and emotions to the symptoms tracking list. It makes it a little easier for me when trying to identify and then track my symptoms.
Best mood tracking app I love the granularity of mood tracking (by-day, like other apps do, is not enough). Along with the notes, it has allowed me to learn and manage mood triggers. Just...please get rid of the circle checkbox. It clutters the screen.
Good but could be better Nice little app, quick and nicely designed. However not sure what arbitrary numbers mean in relation to an emotion. Could be better explanation of this scale.
Great! Except one thing This is a great app! I love that you can change the categories and edit so easily. The layout is simple and pleasant looking. But, once you add a lot of emotions, it becomes very difficult to add another mood entry. We should be able to pick from the categories provided on the main screen (positive, negative, neutral, mental, physical, and other) as you're entering in a new mood entry. As the list grows, it becomes more difficult to scroll through them all to find the right mood.
Love it!!!!! Makes keeping track of moods very easy, quick no matter where u are!! Graphs enable you to see improvement, stability, patterns and any relapses quick, easy and can you can even add your own things in to suit you!!!!! Excellent, brilliant and just fabulous!!!
Changed the way I view my mood disorder. Excellent app. Helped me illustrate my significant mood changes to professionals - finally they realised my struggles. Would be better for me if the graph was more adaptable (you could choose to view between two specific dates) and it would be awesome if it could show the average mood over specific dates. Overall an excellent app that's helped me and others understand my mood disorder.
Great Tracking App Great for tracking my mental and emotional health. Multiple reminders to track my mood at consistent times throughout the day. Option to include notes with each record so I can identify triggers for negative moods. Clean, uncluttered design; straightforward, intuitive layout; easy to customize and use tags...this app is worth the $2.99 upgrade.
Good, but... I really like how this app allows you to document your mood throughout the day, as many times as you want. The categories for moods are good, and it's easy to add more moods to the 6 categories (positive/negative/neutral and physical/mental/other). But when you add a new entry, you should be able to pick the categories for the moods you want to enter...otherwise you could be scrolling through a couple of dozen options. Also, you should be able to add a new category and edit the names of existing categories.
Just the thing I was looking for. Easy to use and very customizable. I use it to get a visual on how my menstruation cycle, pain, hormonal moodiness compound my ADD. The doc said I would need to keep track of it all for a year before he could consider PMDD so this is where I am starting. I like being able to see the fluctuations on a graph, and also like that you can make notes and add to the medication list and mood tags if what you take and feel is not in the app already.
Good, but export function broken Even after upgrading I get asked to upgrade again each time I try to export a spreadsheet. Only worked the first time.
Reminders Love that it reminds me to log. I would forget to log when I'm in a good mood but this keeps my bad moods In perspective
Awesome Now I've got all I need in order to get myself sorted TY
Excellent and fits my needs, but you pay for backup The custom tags with "physical" symptoms option is fantastic for me. I can track my resting heartrate this way, correlated with mood. But you have to pay for backup or Dropbox sync. It seems a fair deal, though.
Helpful Mood Log Gives an average mood by a number. This adjusts as you add new. This helps rationally work out how you are really doing. Simple and quick to do with option of having own customised words to describe mood. Be nice if the graph could be colour coded. Also can you export word log and average mood report to jpg or Pdf please?
This is the best tracker I've found so far for my bipolar II disorder. Very easy to use. It's extremely customizable, user friendly, reportable, and you can back it up to drop box for an extra couple dollars. The tags are a great way to capture a lot of information about moods, activities, exercise, and medications without a lot of detailed journaling/rating which can seem impossible when you're depressed - though you do have the ability to make detailed notes on each entry if you choose. The only improvements I wish it had were better tracking for if you're sleeping/eating, but I've just been pulling it off my fitbit. Not ideal, but it works when looking for patterns. Definitely recommend.
Does what you need it to! Like the title says, it does what you need it to. Would have rated 5 but I had a little difficulty figuring out how to use it. But once I did it was easy.
Best app out there for tracking moods I have tried several apps but this one is by far the best. I can track my meds in addition to my moods. The moods are customizable (you can add a mood if it's not in the program). You can have as many entries as you want in a day so it definitely helps with rapid cycling. Also has reminders you can schedule to help you get in the routine. All around great app!
Helpful This really helps me figure out how I'm feeling and how I've been feeling. I really like the reminder too, so I don't forget to put my mood in for that day
Excellent Does everything it says it will. A tip, though: if you want to track your medications too, you have to enable medication tracking in the app's settings. Works great!
One of the better mood apps Love the graph, love the fact you can add key words and input info for the day as many times as you change your mood... I rapid cycle and this helps me tremendously I don't need emojis just the facts and this does that. I've tried 4 or more and this is the best so far
Best mood tracking app. I have borderline personality disorder and this is a good way to stay mindful and in control of my emotions.
Ok application Useful tool but of limited benefit
Does what it's supposed to! A very handy app for recording your moods/emotions. Absolutely no complaints, I recommend it.
Easy to use I like the ability to make my own tags and to write how I'm doing.
Pretty great! Does what it is supposed to do and does it well! Customizable and easy to navigate.
Very easy to use and customise
Helpful It has a graph that allows me to see trends in my moods. Easy to use and understand.
Great! This app really helps me view my depression and anxiety in a more detailed light. It has done amazing things for me and if you're struggling with mental illness or are just interested in tracking your mood it's perfect.
Love it I love using this app. I just wish that they can also mention that there is an option for one to add other emotions to their list.
Best mood tracker I absolutely love the editable 'tags' feature for both mental and physical 'symptoms' positive and negative! I can chart my mood super quickly with the 'tag words' that I wish to use. I like that i can also add a description for each entry as well, in case my 'tags' don't offer enough info for myself. Other diaries don't allow much detail. I also enjoy that I can make multiple entries for each day based on my mood swings as well as keep track of my meds. I really do love this app, thank you.
Flexible, impartial, encouraging. I love this app. You can add your own mood words and assign them values according to your own scale of positive or negative feeling and intensity. You can add notes too so when you come back to review your entries you can remember _why_ it was all made of poo that Tuesday. And it does graphs so you can see how far and how often you're swinging and decide whether to get (more) help. This is even more useful cuz you can make as many entries as you like on the same day. Brilliant.
Does what it says This has really helped me realize just how my moods change so sporadically which in turn has allowed me to make some adjustments. I'd recommend this to anyone who has trouble noticing what emotions are dictating their lives. It's also helpful for evaluating mood changes when medications are adjusted. The app is simple and not overburdened by anything that would distract the user.
Works well except for export When exporting to a spreadsheet the columns don't match (mood, tags, meds, and notes are put in the wrong columns with two columns filled with zeroes inserted for no reason). Is there a bug tracker where i can properly report this?
Very helpful I use it to track my bipolar symptoms. I also use the chart to look at the trends in my mood to try and predict when I might have symptoms again.
Does a good job Simple, logs with few actions. Moods are configurable: very good. Would be nice to be able to zoom in/out the graphs.
Great way to keep record. Love that you can add according to your desire Great way to keep record. Love that you can add according to your desire
Perfect Easy to use, fast, detailed, I recommend all my patients use this.
So far, so good I just downloaded the app and I like it!
Extremely useful I use this to track my symptoms and how I'm feeling, as well as what was going on when I felt that way so that I can learn how to make myself happier and enjoy my life more.
Easy to use Wish it had a couple of more features. Love the simplicity
Exactly what I need to manage my anxiety. Very reliable :)
Simple and easy Love the multiple prompts per day.
Great Helps me be mindful of the way I feel to perhaps change it, if bad, look for silver limings-- easier than telling therapist at session beginning "so how has your week been" "Alright" or "Okay"
The best mood tracking app I've seen This app has just helped me so much. I have a much better understanding of my moods now. The ability to do multiple check ins a day and to graph that information is just so helpful. Between tags (presets and the ability to create your own) and being able to add notes to give context if you want to each entry it really does just give you the most flexibility and the most data compared to any other mood tracking app out there.
Good and efficient. Can improve on some features. It's a really good and simple app. It would be great if you guys could make it easier to view the records, I feel the mood status and date are taking too much space and we have to scroll down a lot if a record happened to be long. Can you also make it possible to view our longs from the latest entry to the oldest? Currently it is the other way round. And one bad aspect of this app is that the responsive design is not so good esp when flipping portrait to landscape, And maybe a desktop version of the app ;)?
Restore Records Help? I've been using this app since March, it's been really helpful and I love the different ways to organize and tag each entry. However, I've switched devices, and I saved my records from my old phone; it gave the option to use Google Drive, so I did. Now I've tried to restore my records onto my new phone, but it won't give me the option to look into my Google drive! In fact, there's no options at all, it just says that there's no saved records found on my SD card (I don't even have an SD card in this phone).
Helps Understand Mood Disorders I've been using this for a month and a half and it has helped me 1) pay attention to what I'm feeling and 2) lets me make note of triggers. I really like that I can see a calendar of my moods and a line graph. I can even mark whether the feeling was mental or physical (or boh) and positive or negative (or neutral). This app works well for me :)
Very Nice, but What charts are available? I just started usin it but so far it covers more than the other trackers. Remains to be seen how easy it will be to view charts to see trends. So far its not clear what is available in what detail, but I'll try it for a few weeks to see of that becomes clearer with more data.
Best mood app I've used--straightforward and flexible. Would be even better if the scale could be customized. One thru ten is a little fine-grained for some things. Would like to have the option to change scale to 1-5, etc. This would also mirror some standard depression rating scales. Thanks!
I do really like this app, its the best simple tracker that i have found. One thing though, i am having issues with the export to spreadsheet, the time/date format is not very compatible with excel, is there a way to change this for the export? Also, it would be nice to add a drop menu for sleep hours. L9ve the app
This is a great app. The sync feature works great. It has every feature I need including tracking moods, feelings, medications and notes. The reporting features are very helpful providing line graph and a calendar view. This tool has proven to be an invaluable tool, it has been especially helpful when communicating to my health care providers. By tracking my moods, medications and keeping notes I have a detailed log which reflects patterns that I can then discuss with my doctor. It is also customizable.
Great and Easy To Use Very handy app that lets you rate mood with tags (you can add your own tags if they aren't in the list) plus notes. I have had a few small issues with the app (reminders don't trigger for me) but overall it is very good. A suggestion: allow a user to rate more than one numerical value for each entry. For example Mood as well as Anxiety.
Easy to customize Loved that I could add custom tags to track not only moods but also habits. Definitely recommend. One flaw is that the ways you can review your history is clunky and not flexible.
Needs to be backed up somewhere Love it, but I got a new phone and lost everything that I'd planned to show my doctor because it wasn't able to be saved anywhere.
Bipolar dream! Hoping this helps! I love you can create yer own tags and can change dates to catch up etc. I'm hoping this app helps me figure out why life is so hard by having it all out in front of me so I can pin point my triggers and action/reaction moments in my life. Hey it's free and easy, what's better then that?
Great app Y'all should allow a mood to be both mental and physical. I like the way you can add your own moods and medications. The reminders are helpful, too.
Works great I use it to track my moods for bipolar and also anxiety. Easy to use, quick and not complicated. Also records meds taken!
Promising Tried about 5 similar apps and bought this one, it's simple and clutter free. Pity you can't edit an entry after saving it though.
Works great I wish you could set more than 3 alerts throughout the day. Otherwise, it's a good app that's easy to customize. The checklist is a great way to keep track of mood without the pressure of writing something, which you can do in the notes section when you want. Can also sort of be used as a med reminder using the alerts.
I'm finding it very helpful. But I don't understand what an "event"is or how to log it. I can't find a help menu anywhere.
Not okay with ads I installed this app to monitor my depression and suicidal-thoughts. It's worked well for a long time, but I'm considering uninstalling now because it started showing ads. I don't think it's right to show depressed or unstable people ads for McDonald's. It seems like it's taking advantage of sick people. If you want an app that makes money, make a game. If you want an app that helps people, don't take advantage of them.
Good app Very helpful and easy to use. Just wish I could edit things if I needed to once I have completed my mood.
Okay, Nor Great I like that it helps me monitor my daily moods, but I wish it had more options to help me link mood changes to physical symptoms.
Better than emoods The customized tags and medicines work better for me than emoods and the graphs are easier to read. The month view with colors is a good graphic to give me a high level view of how my mood had been trending. Easy to use and easier to see trends.
I use it to track my mood on a day-to-day basis. I'd like it if they added an activities section where I can quickly check off what I've been up to while logging my mood and medications.
Excellent good my style. For my style of log keeping, this is great. It is helping me a lot through my counseling and other issues in my life.
Good and simple Only takes a few seconds And just acknowledging what I'm feeling seems to help me. And it helps to find patterns and triggers as well.?
Simple But Great I like that you can create both physical and mental moods. I also like the fact that you get reminders to update your mood for the day.
Tracking information Great way to keep track of previous moods from previous day's. Good walkthrough technique and the set up is exactly what I wanted
Good overall, but I'd like to be able to edit what I've recorded because sometimes I want to add more or change a bit to be more accurate
Simple and Useful Easy to edit. Provides just the sort of graphs over time I was looking for. Stable and runs well.
Will never have to try another. Easy to use. Able to personalize. Different charts and graft choices.
Needs password protection Good App so far but needs password otherwise would not use it
