Pass the buck... I was having some issues with sign in access through my lender's main site, and tech support referred me to this app to bypass the problem. I installed the app. When I tried to open it it went straight to a "Service Not Available" page (so no way to try to enter pertinent info to "activate" the app). I contacted the devs. I got an email referring me back to my loan holders. This is all more trouble than just wading through the website issues.
