You can easily add sales tax and/or tips. When you’re done, your customer signs right on the screen and you can email them their receipt. Refunding your customer is straightforward too by simply selecting a given transaction from the in app transaction history.

App won't stop talking to me This app did not work with my LG phone for months. It is supposed to be fixed. I reinstalled and am.now locked out. Ever since I installed it a year ago, it has been repeating my keystrokes in an annoying woman's computer voice. Uninstall and reinstall does not fix. App blames BofA and BofA blames app. Meanwhile I have to turn off my volume to do a transaction if and when it works again.
Won't scan! I have 10 workers using this pos app.How can one of the biggest bank in the world not get this app working right. I had a gs5 and was working fine until the update to lolilipop and I went out and bought a gs6 and it was working fine until the last update a few days ago.it won't scan.same issues on a few other phones that are on 5.02.on the 6 plus they didn't scale the app right to fit the screen when choosing other for tip.the ok complete order is off the screen and impossible to click on.
Great app Never has crashed. Never had to restart.

NEED MORE FEATURES PLEASE This pos system has a few flaws. 1.You need to be able to use the c.card reader for the an iPad with a CASE! 2.There's no way to create multiple sales like making tabs for different customers. It would be nice to have a few tabs going at once rather than keeping track on paper. 3. I can't run discounts on the app while selecting the items in my inventory. Meaning, if I'd like to give a customer a dollar off a sale, I have to ring up a quick pay to give the discount and not count it in inventory.
P.O.S. I hate bank of america. Their customer service sucks. Their technology sucks. And their policies suck. This app looks like a high school kid put it together. Stop outsourcing major revenue streams. I installed and unistalled after the last update. Upon installing again and again, it doesnt work. I go from sign in screen to a black screen. Never goes beyond that. I have a new phone and running over wifi. Im standing 1 ft from the modem. Everything else in my house and office work just fine.
Hidden fees, confusing statements, and horrible support. I switched from Paypal's CC service and that was a mistake. First of all, you will never be able to understand your bank statement after signing up because Mobile Pay does NOT tag any of the transaction in your bank account. You will just where money has gone in and out for each CC transaction, but no details of the the transaction or title of the fees. You have to manually track it all down and figure out to balance your books at the end of the month. The direct email you will get with the Mobile Statement at the end of the month does not actually show any transaction either. Paypal has very easy and very detailed report that take all of 2 minutes to access on their website. They charged me excess fees over what I was told when I signed up AND they changed the CC percent rate from one month to the next. When I called to ask about these fees I was redirected to SIX different people and two different phone numbers. After I was explained the charges, it worked out they were charging me a lot more than Paypal's CC service I was previously using, I was surprised because when I was set up with Mobile Pay I was told it would be cheaper and that there no monthly fees. Do not use!!!
Fellow Business Owner Hello, BofA Mobile Pay App. I have a LGE G3 and I cant use this app anymore cause of the new LGE G3 Update to 5.01. It is Urgent that you Guys fix this for me. I have a business and I use this application on a daily bases. Issue: When I sign in the screen seems to load but then turns black doesn't go beyond that point. Thank You: Fellow Business Owner
Doesn't work with card reader on 5.0 I was use this app for one year and I can see you guys didn't work hard for this app. It was updated many times and it still looks like a beta one. The new android 5.0 already invited for 2 month more. And this app doesn't working on it. I suggest all user to change a new bank mobile pay system. This one always give you hard time.
Disappointed Used to love it just updated now can't log in anymore..cannot use Android 5.0 switched to pay pal n won't use anything else. Money available same day on debit card!!
Of all of the mobile payment systems THIS is the worst! I have been a Bank of America customer for as long as I can remember. I signed up for the mobile pay merchant account thinking this would be a smooth transaction between accounts. Today, I spent an hour in chat with my bank support, who sent me to merchant account support. All to find out that a hold on funds in 5 days before they get deposited into my checking account, but refunds/chargebacks are instant deductions from my checking account. So the 5-day hold goes into an "RPA account", but any funds credited or refunded transactions immediately come out of your checking account, even though they have not been deposited. I understand holding funds on new merchant accounts, but if you're going to credit, credit the RPA account. This app is being deleted. The card swiper monstrosity is being trashed and I will go back to using Square and Paypal.
I need my tip option on top when my clients sign . I don't like how it's separate it's like begging for tip . I love the app but don't like the new window for tip .. please fix
Great app but... The card reader will not work with the Nexus6. My old reader from a competitor worked great. This is keeping two employees (50% of the company) from being able to receive payments. Otherwise the software runs fine and looks good.
I only use it for work,but works flawlessly,every time I have used it.

Can't log in. Keeps saying invalid password after I just reset it 3 times. Well don't charge me for what I can even use!
After log in screen goes black on lgG3 Told by tech support yeah there is a known problem with no fix for the LG G3 smartphone. Completely useless app.
Worse merchant . Un trustable Be careful with this merchant because they will charge you alot of money and you don't know why.very bad service

5.0 lollypop Technical support failed to upgrade the App to the andriod 5.0 Lollypop uprade. In order to make a card transactions we have to call for manual authorization we pay big $$ for service no good

MCastro I really hate the change to the tip option. Please replace to the previous setting where it was above the signature line. The rest is fine. However this change is costing me money.
Reads all the information aloud. Even customers card number. It did the same on my old nexus 5. Called bank of America and they tried to say its my phone that has the setting for talk back turned on. As a developer I know that is incorrect
App needs a lot of repairs and upgrades/ Don't trust it! I rate this a 1.Customers can't sign their names on the screen. Tried my tablet and phone and neither one could they sign. App shows payment was made but does not say if card was declined or not. How can I expect payment if the customer can't sign their names to authorize payments. Bad app. Makes my customers very upset and worried about putting the cards thru something broken. Not to mention my worries of not getting paid because of this problem. Come on BOA get this fixed. You are killing my business and costing me customers. You may not care but we put our trust in you so treat us right. This app is untrustworthy.
I desperately need you to make a separate tip page!!! My clients can't see that tiny bar at the top of the signature page! It's losing me money. Please please fix and I will be happy.

Not consistent Sometimes app doesn't load, and then I have to restart my phone. The card reader is extremely finicky.
Hardly ever works right I hate that this device and app controls my companies ability to accept debit cards. Half the time it's very slow or freezes or won't process correctly. Its a huge hassle. I don't like it and dread when I do have to use it because I never know if it will work or not.

Love it! I'm glad I didn't read the reviews before I started using it.No preconceived notions in my mind and it works great.
Rarely Works Nine times out of ten the swipe doesn't work, which means I have to input info manually & that costs me more money. It's unprofessional & embarrassing to have this happen time after time with the same client.
Liars Told me and signed up for 0.9 fee, no monthly fees.... Received my statement and couldn't even open it. Had to call and asked about the fees. I was told that I was being charged 1.9. Don't lie to people just to get them to sign up. At the end this is going to hurt you.
Just and advice Please remove the sound. Everyone near my phone can tell I have a voice robot as soon as the app launches. Will be an awesome app if the voice feedback option can be turn off. Thanks

The bank of america associate lies They lies to me saying there is not contract and I signed because I believed them. There was a contract for three years and if cancelled , a severe fine applies

Lies! While the app appears to have worked right the first time, we were lied to when we were told the funds would be available next day. Ha! Joke! Customer service is horrible! Funds not available for 24-48 hours
Sucks Won't load after signing up. I give up after 1 hr and must find another way for my business to accept credit cards. Been with BOA for 29 plus years. Sad

BoA Mobile Pay Great app! I'm using it in an Android phone.
Needs work This app keeps using text to speech for everything I push. Tech support is trying to tell me its my phone and I know its not. It does the same thing on my iPad. And there are no pre-set charges. I gave up a lot to get my money the next day from intuit... update..they fixed those issues finally

Please add the ability to turn off the sound. If I want accessibility options activated, I can do that within the OS of my phone.
It's works pretty well Rates seemed pretty high at first paying about 600 month but they worked with me after establishing a relationship to about 300-400 and almost always get funds by the morning. Only use is on the road other wise use a real machine
