Not working on LG Beat Not sure why, but my phone won't allow the use of either the camera meter or the sensor meter, despite my accepting the permission to use my camera.

Francois Ross

It works!!! I have been used the app side by with my trusted Gossen Luna Star F with the 5 deg spot attachment, for about 3 weeks and it has always rendered the same reading as my stand alone light meter! The only down side is it has been cashing the last few days, don't know why, otherwise it would have 5 stars..

Matthew Schibler

Overall very useful My phone's light sensor and camera both require changing the "adjust" value to get an accurate reading. My only complaint is that I have to change this value whenever I switch between camera and sensor mode. I would prefer that camera mode has its' own adjustment value, separate from the adjustment value of the sensor mode, as the level of required compensation is different for each. Apart from this the app works very well for my needs (using with a mechanical film SLR).

Roman Medvid

Idea is excellent but Metering works well not on every phone. 5 stars for design and development! Respect )

It is everything I was looking for, I wish we have more useful apps like this for those who love photography. Works very fine on my Xperia T2. I will purchase it certainly.

Christian Eriksson

Great concept.. Nexus 5 with android 5.0.1 meters very wrong :-/ 4ev in camera spot metering and 6ev in sensor metering, comparing to a gossen light meter.

Richard Maske

Fixed issues on Nexus 7 Emailed the developer with issues on my Nexus 7, took care of it right away. App works great!

Sek Huat Peh

Great app! Easy to use and accurate with offset set. Calibrate against my Canon 70D and set the offset value.

Tyler Rippel

Nice spot meter function. Pretty accurate on LG G2!

A Google User

Handy and accurate extremely useful app, my other cameras come out more now that I don't need extra gear for a reading.

Bojidar Mutafchiev

Great app first try on DSLR then on with my film camera works great with the camera

Florin Crisan

Not working The app looks good but it does not work. It keeps on metering and displays no results. And the setup is cumbersome, as well. I will uninstall it and look for something else.

Chris Maris

Clumsy Just deleted my original review whilst trying to read a reply which I was flagged up about but which I cannot find. I said the camera was rotated 90 degrees making the app almost impossible to use.

Kaarel Vandler

problems with sensor when i try using sensor, the app will crash on S3. OK while using camera

Ade Balcombe

Very good Seems to be very accurate so far. Be handy if flash metering was included.

Syafik Hassan

almost there? I compared the spot metering (reflective) and it was almost spot on with my SLR but the sensor metering (incidence) was a full stop lower consistently. I'm using a samsung S4 and was really hoping to use this rather than carrying around a separate lightmeter for my manual cameras. Anyone using an S4 had this problem as well?

Lestallion Fuerte

Great lesson! Great. Thanks

William Brodie-Tyrrell

Reflected accurate but sunny 16 is wrong Reflected readings show good to within 1/3 stop on my Nexus 4 but the Sunny 16 is broken: it confuses the [email protected]/16 (EV14.7) rule for sunny-bright with EV16. You'll get 1.3 stops underexposure by following this app.

DH Lee

Dhlee Doesnt work at Htc sens at all. The msgs says device not work properly. Fix it! Thanks.

MengLoon Leong

Widget Should have a widget to go directly to the specific metering we want to use instead of opeNing the app first then choose, otherwise quite accurate.

Jenny Williams

Love this app! Some have said it was confusing but I found it to be the simplest app! This was one of 4 apps I tried, I will be purchasing this for my husbands phone and mine.

Ramneek Kalra

Difficult n confusing Really difficult to use, adjust menu will always show -+9/5 range , even for ISO and shutter , not clear what it means

Tom Crawford

Having problems using the app I'm having some problems with using this app. It looks like just what I am looking for, if it works with my phone, but I am not sure I am using it correctly. Are there instructions anywhere I can read? It says the camera meter function will not work with my phone, a Huawei M920. The sensor meter consistently meters an EV15 scene (bright sunny with visible shadows) as EV11. Am I using this correctly and is there a way to adjust for this?

ian thrashmore

perfect just downloaded and compared to my canon g11. used in landscape orientation the frame is square. allowing for the differences in frame shape and zoom, the agreement was perfect.

Jason D

Crash Wanted this to work. But unfortunately it kept stating that the camera was already in use even after clearing ram and closing apps. Disappointed.

Jose Ortiz

Great app Very useful.

Pavel Epifanov

Crashed SGS1/2.3.6: Crashed Phone?? Only nice as Exif viewer. Uninstalled.

Kyle Fowler

Just kept crashing. Looks nice but didnt work at all on my Samsung Galaxy S3

A Google User

Bad app. It actually told me that it was defective and to return it.

A Google User

Wow. as accurate as my Sekonic L-358

A Google User

Ok It is ok but way too expensive make that .99 and more people going to buy so you going to make more money. I can aforde it but wont allow the trend with exp apps.

A Google User

Very Slow This app runs so slow that it takes 5 mins to load. Not worth it.

A Google User

Samsung note Very useful. Thanks

A Google User

Not consistent from light to light when compared with a real dome meter. Accurate in some cases and off by two stops in others. Could be I don't know how to use a phone type meter well

Пользователь Google

Problem Doesn't work in HTC Desire HD

Doug Miller

This app does exactly what I need it to. It works perfectly on a Galaxy S5. Matches my nikon camera light meter exactly in camera mode.

Easy to use Works well. Spot meter using rear camera is a feature other apps don't have. Add a waveform monitor and false color display, and you will be a prince amongst men.

Excellent It does everything I need and more. Surprisingly versatile; good for 16mm film, still digital, still large format and even wetplate!

Božidar Miladinović

Camera preview did not response when change ev, without this it is useless. Camera preview did not response when change ev, without this it is useless.

Alex Silva

Accurate so far I've taken a couple of photos with the help of this app and almost all of them look great.

Randy Cabrera

Works In A Pinch Both sensor mode and camera mode are phenomenal w/ quick n easy interface. Has everything I asked for

ren mina

Pretty Cool So far so good! Really great tool especially if you don't want to drop $150-$400 for a light meter that you can do with a lil manual effort or with this! ? Thanks for this tool, I use it often.

Mark Norris

Excellent The ability to use camera or light sensor is invaluable and I love the display !

Eko Nobel

Crashed Crashed after a few use, the shutter angle is fix at 360

Jeff Brass

A bit rubbish. When it works it's ok. Not very accurate. ..but...keeps locking up, stops metering.
