I purchased this app back in 10/02/14 and now I have a new phone and your making purchase it again . What's the problem? Can you guys refund me my money since I already purchased it in the past ?

Rachel Brown

Would give it 5 starts, but the audio and pictures aren't working all of a sudden.

Erwin D'Souza

Has issues but good for basic vocab Way cheaper than Rosetta or pimsleur. Good if you just want to memorize 400 common Tagalog words. Bad for grammar. Also bad for pronunciation. Some incorrect spellings or audio makes this app feel cheap or sloppy. But if you are dedicated to learning vocabulary then it's worth the price.

Garu tachi

Awesome app Saalamat po, but i just have a problem the audio keeps dosappearing in the middle of the lessons and i cant hear anything at all its like there no audio

Gary Darby

Really good Really good, can't believe how fast I'm learning. Although I have a question, in the app, i unlocked all the lessons (i paid) does this mean I have all the same lessons that are in the pro version? And if i install this app on another device will i have all lessons?

Abdulkadir Beytorun

Full version is too expensive. If it was %33 of this price , it might be bought. But this price is too much.

Joshua Taylor

Basics come on There is not even a basics on letters, alphabet, or letter sounds. I do know there are several letters missing compared to the English alphabet but beyond that I do not know nor did I learn it from this app.

Matt Yuhasz

Great tool I'm only on the first couple lessons but it seems amazing. I will definitely be buying the full version when I get there.

Amazing This made Tagalog very easy to understand and pick up!

Luke Brinkworth

Great app! I use Pimsleur Tagalog, Rosseta Stone and this app so I can learn at any time on the go. I also watch a lot of Tagalog movies and Tagalog music. Plus online friends, so this is great addition to fully immerse yourself. I also paid for the full version, I think the price is worth it. Thanks!

Milagros Mccarthy

Love it, it really helps

Update has fixed the app A major glitch on the last update now fixed...great work. App now fully working again. It has a few typo / grammatical errors but generally speaking is a very good tool for learning Tagalog. One minor glitch now with the font the old versions the font size was automatic. Now it's set by the android global settings. Some lessons with a large amount of text -eg 14 now have to have the global font size set to "tiny" or you cant see all the text in the translation quizzes. Please revert back!

Good. But bad.. FUN! But Some of the New Audio does not match the pictures or text. I was going to buy the full app. But wont if they can't even keep it together on the free version... Fix it and I'll raise my rating as well as buy the full version.

Jason Frost

Great app but full version too expensive Really nice app but $14.99 is too much for the pro version.. please lower it to $5 or less

Christian Skoglund

Useless There are no words to study, all you get is to hear sentences

vanity vargas

Good Coming from me since I'm half filipino its a good app for my friend to learn my language.

adi padini

Sony E android 4.1. Hi sir.. Why when I try to install this apps.. At the end "invalid download url" I hope I can enjoy using this apps..but uunfortunately I can't.. Pls help me..

Sean Michael Yip

Great way to learn Fantastic app. Very structured lessons and has the right level of progression fron lesson to lesson, each building on the last. There are some mistakes with the recordings in a few of the lessons. Enough that they cause slight confusion but not enough that they will disrupt your learning significantly. Worth the money.

david schwarz

Worth it I'm learning

You should update the system requirements Installed this app and it said that adobe air it's required. I don't want adobe apps on my phone they only slow it down. Not sure how the app is since I uninstalled it. -1 star for adobe air

A Google User

Awesome! :D My best friend is from the Philippines so its fun practicing talking to her after using this app! Its great for a free sample and well worth the download! Will probably be buying the full version! :D

A Google User

Adobe air sucks Learn native apps. Web apps suck. No way will I pay 15 bucks for a web app.

A Google User

A Google User

Great app. Makes learning really easy.

Alonso Berumen

Not a free app, but a pretty good app. The download and a couple lessons are free, but then you have to pay to get more. The teaching is pretty good. I bought it.

Rob P

Nice app, but mistakes were made. The organization is good, and I like the approach to learning. Overall it's a nice app, but there are some obvious errors in the grammer notes and word translations. Some things directly contradict others, so even a person new to the language (like me) can spot them. $15 is a bit too much to spend on an app that really needs to be thoroughly proof-read.

tiger leclair

I love picture quiz It forces me to read.

Rajan kumar

Rajan Kumar I'm impressed for that special features of Google play

A Google User

It's like Rosetta Stone Tried lesson 1 and like the similarity to the way Rosetta Stone works.

Ken B

Sucks. Lie. Its 14.99 $. Nothing free. Sucks. Lie. Its 14.99 $. Nothing free.

Fred Mitchell

Some of their grammar descriptions were incorrect, as they apparently could not be bothered to proofread their material. Fortunately I have a native speaker to catch their errors.

A Google User

Wow Better than expected. Very nice app, thank you!

Ziana Anderson

Works well It worked great for me, I could even understand my cousin.

Israr Sheikh

Like I want it mostly

Kyle Brackeen

There is STILL grammer part lesson 2 where y'all mixed the girl and boy translation. And y'all changed the word of "sofa" to "sofa" and it is supposed to be like it was before the update..."sopa" in Tagalog in lesson 5. How did that mistake happen? Will there ever be more grammer lessons? I just payed for the upgrade too.

Nick Cramer

My Filipino friends say... It is a little awkward sounding. They also say that once I get to the Philippines, I will be understood and can quickly pick up on the informal and slang Tagalog quickly and easily.

Jason Black

Its great for helping with expanding your vocabulary. I hope to see more speaking exercises included.

Heinz Manhart

The concept is good. The Tagalog is perfect and very formal ... just nobody talks like this in the Philippines

Marèl B.

More free lessons Theres only 5 free lessons, it should have more to decide if you actually want to buy it

CakEater gilby

help me plz i bought already lessons until 70.. time i was my old mobile . now i got a new one galaxy s5 & i am trying to download the lessons but its giving me check your entrnet & i can't get it my enternet is working exelent..

Teaches little... You can do only 5 lessons for free, then you have to pay $20 to the rest of the lessons. The first five lessons only teach a little tagalog.

A warning!! I bought this a month ago and it was amazing, the app, the vocabulary everything was fine. But three weeks ago I got a new phone and for some reason when I logged onto the Google play store and download my paid for apps this one wants me to purchase it again. Why all my other apps downloaded just fine not expecting me to pay again. And on top of tht I sent an email no reply from these crooks. Taking app off my phone and won't be reinstalling unless they give me what I've paid for but I don't see tht happeni

West Pogi

Has errors in translation Error in lesson 2 grammer traning.translates girl as boy

Jason Glidewell

Love it. This is a great program. It works great for me. I have learned more since buying this than I did in 6 years of marriage to my Filipino wife. Also, it accurate. My wife confirmed the words and grammer are correct. Too many programs are using old language, like Google translate.

Benjamin Price

It was better before the update. Some words and are different to what is spoken. When learning a language you need it to be accurate. Please fix words which dont match the audio. One example is lesson 11 the word "come" is wrong.

Kyle Brackeen

Needs more grammer. Lesson 2 is a little confusing, I think they are mistakes and could be better spoken out. Other than that, it seems like a good app.

Mirza Aijaz

If only all stages were free??.

Michael needs

Great learning tool Fabulous app, i have learnt a lot from it. Some lessons have mistakes tho lesson 54 for example. The wording says ako ay taga philpinas yet the person speaking says something different and the answer is I'm from malaysia. Hence i had 29 out of 30 haha also on that same lesson the wording and what is being spoken is different throughout.

James Pryor

Great Course! Easy to follow and fun! Love the fact that I can study at home and away since it is also installed on my phone at no additional charge. Melanie at L-Lingo Support was a great help and responded very quickly to help me with a problem. Thanks Melanie and L-Lingo.
