Would be 5 stars Just updated, but I had already lost my progress. Im signed in with Google and have achievements but I'm back at level 1 every time. Is there a fix or do I have to start over?

Agi Sebastian

Really good It just really LOOKS good and is a fun way to pass time. Too bad I can't purchase more levels, I don't have that sort of money to spare.

Ásta Kristín Benediktsdóttir

Amazing game but app is not functioning well I love this game and got addicted to it in 5 minutes. However, the app is very heavy and does not work well on HTC desire, you cannot switch between apps while playing, and Spotify shuts down when you play Kami.

Andrew Ramirez

Paper with Paper Cuts I have a horrible time playing with paper in real life. I always get cuts from the blade-like edges of real paper. Ive never had so much fun with the idea of paper till this game made contact with my thumbs. Playing with paper has never been safer. You can let your kids play with out them being butchered.

Luzdivina Ruiz

Beautiful design, great concept! Love the simplicity of this game. It has a nice concept and I enjoy the visuals. The game should NOT be advertised as a free game, as it asks you to pay after the first 9 levels, but think of it as a chance to play around with it before deciding if it's worth your money.

Strategic yet thriving Very beautiful app.Fun to look at and fun to play.Very strategic, but not in an annoying or tireless way.Wish I had the premium content :).

Daniel Jimenez

Excellent layout, but... The only problem I have is that you have to purchase the "classic levels" once you get past the first nine levels. I thought the classic level would be free since there was a premium level section also. Would redownload if more levels are free.

Hayden Nininger

Freemium I love the whole concept of this game. It's simple, it's elegant, and difficult. I really enjoyed the 9 free sample levels a lot. I was disappointed when I found out that you had to pay to unlock the full game. Quite a let down there indeed.

Nathan Bell

Great but... Upside: It is fun and can easily take some time to complete the later levels. Challenging but not so much as to turn me away frustrated. The Downside: Only 9 free levels. If more levels were free it would be rated 5 stars. This is more of a demo and although its says the first 9 are free in the description it would still be better if this was more clearly stated. Other than that the game is great and to me, worth a couple dollars.

Zachary Hawk

Interesting, difficult... The gameplay is quite calming and serene. Beautiful concept and it puzzles me quite easily.. I can't get enough I wish there were more levels!! ??

Shelby Carlton

Amazing and Challenging I thoroughly enjoyed this :3 It's such a beautiful game, and the puzzles are rather difficult. The thing to do for each stage is to remember there's an expected pattern. Be patient and have fun!

HUMANA Svaki Dan

Love it ... The best game ever ... So beautiful, so creative and fun ...

richard kalloe

Love the game but you have to pay if you want to play more than the 9 levels If i could play more levels without paying then i would be happier and give more stars. As is i am very disappointed because it really is a beautiful and enjoyable game.

Chandan Hossain

Such peace feels!! This game surely passes my time with the best! It's really calm and peaceful with great soundtracks and it forces the players to feel the peace it provides! It's awesome!

kearsten hall

Boo Won't even move past signing into my Google account (which I don't want anything connected with anyways). Why does everything have to be signed into through flipping Google to work? Stupid.

Tata Kuljanishvili

After 9 lvl I can't do anything I want to purchase app but server is not connected and I cant do anything, that's why I played this 9 levels 100 times.... Because I really like this game. But i put 1point....

Meshach Rojas

Ok Nice art. The game reminds me of this game I played a long time ago called flood or fluid, I forget. Only 9 levels to play, then they charge you to pay more, uninstalled after the 10 minutes it took beat.

Anthony Kavanagh

Not free This is a demo, not a game with in-app purchases. There is a difference u know. Also asking for a rating at lvl 5 then for more money at 9 get a feeling if both where at lvl9 your reviews wouldn't b so favourable

Michael McGrath

Great game, but one annoying part I love puzzle games of this sort, and the design of this one is beautiful. The color flipping animation is so perfect and minimalistic. One possible issue, is that if you want to do anything besides the first 9 levels, you have to pay $1. I payed it because the devs deserve it, but it my annoy others.

A GollddMAN

Regarding purchases The game is very good. Nicely done with the puzzles and game play. However, charging for 3 premium packs and having hint purchases at the same time is very annoying. My suggestion would be to make all 3 premium packs in a single bundle with a reduced price. The game itself is very good to hold my attention though.

Alex George

Fun, little-gem. Sure, this may be not a perfect game, but it is really good and a little-gem that you can pass the time with. It's relaxing too :)

Del Riordan

Not your average puzzle game While weird & interesting at first, it soon has you thinking in a new way. You might even see KAMI puzzles in the world around you!

Terron Wright

Not bad I like the feel of it, would love to know more of its origins (assuming that's where the style came from), however, there's very little to do without purchasing more levels. Its more like a demo and the full version in one app. Also maybe add a feature where unfolding can start at the intersection between 4 squares; starting one one square with even numbered symmetry bugs me a little.

Aaron King

Pay 2 play Interesting concept, greedy execution. You get 9 puzzles and 5 hints; ~10 minutes of playtime. If you use a hint and get stuck, you have to restart the puzzle and use 2 hints in order to get new information; 2 for the price of 3. You get what you pay for; for less than a cup of coffee, you can stare at an additional 36 puzzles. For how stimulating I find clicking a screen and watching colours unfold, it is not worth my money, however little. Maybe it's worth yours.

N Light

Bit of a cheat... The app practically showcases itself as free, but after finishing the easiest 9 puzzles it asks for money to unlock the rest. Also being so bold as to take payment for hints as well. It looks great but suffers from greedy developers and bad business models.

Lucia Alonso

Pay-to-win wrecks it Its fun and beautiful but after 9 levels you can't continue because you have to pay for each level. I would prefer to pay for the download than to pay in the middle if the game. It wreck the beauty because it frustrates me. I would have paid for this game (up front), but I won't pay-to-win for any game. Conclusion: DISAPPOINTED.

Dustin Covey

Nice climb in difficulty... So far so good, early in game. RATING 3 As requesting a rating list early in the game is a waste of time for both the player and the company that made this... It's too early to tell and that's just a rude interruption. Otherwise, nice game..nice learning curve and nice to look at...

Amit Ben-Avi

Could be a good game, but it's not. After you enjoy the few free stages you need to pay to continue, disappointing.

Chase Cohen

Amazing This puzzler is able to introduce new gameplay elements without you knowing it. "Your strategy worked? Try this similar puzzle. It worked again? Try another extremely similar puzzle. It failed completely? Good." This extremely simple concept will have you feeling paralyzed until you figure it out. It costs a dollar after 9 levels, but ups the strategy massively as soon as you do. You've been warned.

Trisha Torres

Love!! - But... LOVE this game! Would give 5 stars but it boots me out of the game every 15 -25 minutes. Extremely irritating. Fix that and I'll change my rating.

Well done! No ad at all!!! I mean even on free levels! Solid "A" for this!!! Nice and easy to play game. Chilling out with Asian style music while training your brain with this masterpiece. Bought full version right after completion of 9 free levels, only then faced to real puzzles. Love it! - - - - - Developers made a great job and completely deserve money for this, so I don't understand negative comments connected to payment content. Moreover guys made free levels so you can examine game-play prior buying it. Respect to developers!

Jody Birdy

Love this game! This is a good game if you want puzzles that are challenging. The first few are easy but don't be fooled. Nice visual experience and relaxing music. The customer service at State of Play is great! They address problems with courtesy and speed.

Bo Io

Relaxing yet engaging Beatiful art, realxing music, captivating puzzles, I am happy and hooked. Although the developers are straight forward about having only 9 levels free, it would be nice to have a bit more just to get the other unhappy few in to the fold. Great job, keep it up!!

Thanh Ngo

Great game with fun puzzle and wonderful music This is one of the best puzzle games I've purchased. The whole classic package costs only $0.99 and provides 45 more puzzles in addition to the free 9 puzzles. You can also purchase the "premium package" for additional costs. But, I am trying to solve the whole classic package first before moving on to the other package. It is easy to get the "OK" score when you work on a puzzle. However, trying to get the "Perfect" score is more fun and more challenging, which requires you to solve each puzzle with the minimum moves is the main goal of any puzzle game. The music is very nice and relaxing while the artwork is really artistic. I strongly recommend this game for everyone.

austin walthall

Great but short The game is an awesome, well put together, stunning work of art. Love the Japanese music and the puzzles can get challenging for sure. The only downfall is you can only play through 9 classic puzzles then you buy the game for a dollar. And after that there isn't a whole lot more levels to play. Make the trial part longer and the game itself....Your going to lose interest becoming money hungry. After that it's five stars for me.

janene whitesell

Clever and calming I love this game! Wonderful graphics and beautiful music. An elegant distraction! In addition I showed this game to my friend's 12 year old daughter and it captivated her. A good lateral thinking puzzle for all ages. Thanks!

Monis Siddiqui

Very cool concept Very cool game with an innovative concept. The atmosphere in the general is very relaxing. This game gives me the most pleasant and frustrating poops at the same time.

Peter Searle

Its great but... This app is so much fun and you feel like a genius when you solve a hard level. But the trial edition is so short I had about 15 minutes of play time.

Zero Avalon

Could use work I don't like how the game doesn't save your progress when you have to check your facebook or an outside app. When you go back to the app, the game has to load back up and its just a nuisance.

Alan Hill

Intriguing idea and I like the play, but it's actually a demo in disguise; you get access to a very small number of puzzles before you're asked to pay for a few more, then more. It's also not at all obvious how to exit the thing, which just feels spooky when it's asking you to pony up. I paid for the PC version and got the entire game, and really enjoyed it. So I hate to say this, but the mobile version comes off as disingenuous and leaves a very bad taste in my mouth. I'm going to avoid this developer.

Владислав Самойлов

Вечно какие-то проблемы! And where the third premium package got to? I bought it generally!

Kareem Hathout

Outstanding game I'd like to thank the devlopers for this great experience & amusing game but I should comment that it's a bit expensive, would you mind making it cheaper and gather all premium puzzles in one pack purchase with fair price. Because this means every puzzle price is around #0.10$

Idalia May

Makes no sense From what I can see, you can't make the "perfect move" past level 2. This game makes no sense to me. None at all.

zabdi lopez

Not free I downloaded the game and it's really cool, great graphics and great concept to bad that you only can play a couple of levels before they make you buy the game. Not good!

Jess Cantley

DREAMCRUSHING game. I got instantly addicted to this little game. Ascetically pleasing, sweetly puzzling. And once I beat the first page I couldn't play anymore. You can only play 9 levels before you have to buy it. And I am seriously disappointed. I would have spent money on hints or upgrades or colors.. Numerous things. But its a free game that you can't play for more than a few minutes. Seriously ?! It was such a gem, a lovely app store find. Way to crush my hopes and dreams guys..

Codie Torres

Super fun Having a blast. Pretty nifty puzzle game that makes messing up look cool.

Robert Scheer

Great game, needs fix for volume The game is great, relaxing, etcetera, everything other people have said already. But.. (on Android) it uses main/ringer volume instead of media volume. Please don't do that. Ringer volume is for people calling me, not for games. Games should use media volume for their sound&music.

To-Van B. Hoang

Very pretty Graphics are impressive for such a simple game. Really takes advantage of higher resolutions, and we all know it's the little things that count.

B. Nguyen

would've been 5 stars if more of the puzzles were free (only 9 of them all) the rest are pay to play. overall the game is simple (in a good way) colour puzzle solving game where you change tiles until the paper becomes all one solid colour. UI could be tweaked a bit more and how well you did at the end of the puzzle should be sped up so you can move onto the next puzzle

Chaim Arbiv

Looks interesting Played with it a bit got to level 6. Pretty early to say but I like what I see for now

Nikki Yoke

Love it! But... Visually stunning. The graphics are exquisite, and the game manages to be both challenging and relaxing at once. I get bored with games very easily, but this one managed to keep my interest! BUT. It gets expensive. Can developers work on creating more free levels? The premium puzzles are waaay to pricey for what you get, considering the fact that the classic version is less than a dollar.

Alison Lee

Aesthetically pleasing Very pretty, loved the design, blah blah blah. The game was interesting as well, so I was pretty disappointed that I couldn't play more without paying :\

Jenny Shemwell

Beautiful So far I love it. Calming, beautiful design and animation. **update** I was surprised and disappointed that I can only play 9 levels for free. Additional levels are 99¢ for a few levels of 9 each. Although I really enjoyed those 9. So I may buy more.

Maurício D'Angelo Fernandes

Prepare your Brain Refreshing and unexpected, Kami is an outstanding puzzle game with a very different take on what is a very crowded genre. It's beautiful to look at, simple to learn, and very, very difficult to master. Five out of five!

Only nine free puzzles The game is fine but the puzzles aren't that challenging. I finished all of the free ones in about ten minutes. After that you're prompted to pay a dollar in order to play the rest of the puzzles. That isn't much and if quick puzzles are what you're looking for maybe it's worth it. However this particular puzzle game doesn't seem worth it to me. It's pretty but there are prettier more engaging puzzle games worth what they charge.

Taro Toth

Touchingly cultural and beautiful and not twitchy BEWARE the app developer has to pay rent and feed a family so instead of ads you pay for levels. You only get some simple tutorial levels free, then you buy the rest in packs. DO NOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THIS MODEL. you either pay or you get ads. Programmers don't spend thousands of hours doing it just for the good of mankind

Lino Ramirez

A short demo. Not free. It's a beautiful game I've had my eye on since its original release. Great puzzle that's easy to learn and you'll come back to use the least moves. I give it 3 stars as it's deceptive. IT'S NOT REALLY FREE. It merely let's you see the first 9 levels and then charges you for the rest. If it were honest about this, I'd give it 5 stars.

Brandon Forten

It'd be great if it... Weren't such a tease ;P. I just started to get the hang of things did perfect on every level on first stage then BAM! I have to pay to keep playing!?! I really like this game but i can't even pass the first stage. You do realize if you don't buy the other stages, the first stage is all you have, not even a first stage of premium. Just normal first stage. That's my only complaint. Great grame tho!

Himikai Mizorashi

Interesting A fun puzzle game that's good for passing time. However, I dislike that only a few of the levels are available and the rest must be paid for. And then on top of paying for the classic levels, you have to pay for the "premium" levels. I wish most, if not all, of the classic levels were available to make this an actual free game. Otherwise, very beautiful and enjoyable for those willing to pay.

Sai K

The concept is good and the puzzles both calming and challenging, but the extra three levels should come as one purchasable add on rather than three separate things - as it is, the money spent is more than you get. The quality/quantity isn't a proper match. I also managed to solve one of the puzzles under the perfect score, so those could use some improvement.

Gregory Moyerbrailean

Fun puzzle challenge This is a really nice game! The mechanics are fun, and the colors and overall aesthetics are gorgeous. There are plenty of puzzles, though after the first level (9 puzzles) you pay $.99 for the next four levels. There are three bonus levels, each ~$1. It's a pretty reasonable price overall, and look at it this way--the full game is $4 but you get to try the first 9 levels free! One complaint I do have is that it doesn't sync across devices, despite google games integration.

Jaeson Kalmoni

Great play, a bit of a bait. Actually it's a fantastic puzzle game. But having to purchase the bulk of the "classic" games was an unexpected and unpleasant realization. I got thru the first 9 all perfect, and it would appear that's it. There are 4 more levels and I'm supposed to pay for all those? And then on top of that are the "premium"? packs...which, btw, look great. Somebody is trippin' though. Thanks for the short play.... Uninstalling.

Christo Boshoff

Pay to play A beautiful game hidden behind a paywall of lies and deceit. ((Was 5 stars. Here's my old review)It takes the principles of colour flood and actually makes it into a game. There are puzzles here. Something the to work towards. And very artistically done. Love it)

Abigail Sy

Good game but.. I'm very picky when it comes to game apps. This is one of the only 3 that I play. Good animation and beautiful graphics. Enjoyable and at the same time exercises your mind. BUT, it only offers around 9 puzzles (1 set) then you have to buy the succeeding sets, and it's not even the premium content! Such a letdown so I uninstalled..

Clark Coston

Great game, minor problems This is a fantastic game and well worth the money to unlock things if you enjoy a good puzzle game. It has a beautiful design in everything: game play, graphics, and sound. I only wish I could resume my current puzzle when I slip out of the app to do something and return. Currently the game must load again from scratch. The game also stops any audio playing in the background so I can't listen to music or podcasts while playing.

Erin O'Shaughnessy

Good game - too short and too expensive It's a really lovely game, and is really fun to play, especially with the great graphics. Sadly, if you want to play for longer than 5 minutes you have to pay for it. The prices from there onwards are so high for little game play. Not worth installing if you're not prepared to pay.

John Weber

Unique Gameplay! Great Pricing! Relaxing way to pass time while suffering with the flu. I was folding and unfolding all during my fever dreams too. Its the kind of game when sometimes its best to let your brain ponder it in the background of the days chores, chopping wood washing dishes, only to come back to it with a moment of aha satori - like solving zen koan.

Abel B

Kami has nice music and is well designed. However, the price isn't reasonable imo. You get the first 9 levels (and 5 hints) free. If you want to play the game's additional 63 levels, it'll cost you $7.05. If you need to buy hints, even more.

Evan Shields

Can't stand apps try to trick you I really enjoyed the first 9 levels. I probably would have bought an app that cost between 2 and 5 dollars, however once it pretends to be free and asks for money to unlock then I refuse to pay you anything.

Josh Leach

Go get daddy's credit card. Apparently the developers are "greedy" for giving you a sample of a game and then asking for $5 for the entire game that probably took them an incredible amount of time to develop. Stop whining and go get your parents credit card. It's an awesome game and easily worth $5.

Timothy Medlin

Fun and challenging Kami isn't the hardest game ever, but it will make you scratch your head every now and then. The answer is always more obvious than it appears to be. Beautiful music and nice relaxing visuals makes for a great game.

Ashley Marie

Not Really Free I downloaded this game thinking all the classic levels would be free.. they are not. After getting "Perfect" on the first 9 levels, I was asked to buy the rest of the game. What a waste of time. If you're advertising it as free, it should be. Premium levels are one thing to buy, you shouldn't have to with classic game play.

Megan Williams

Beautiful, contemplative, challenging EDIT: love this game, unique, one of my 2 all-time favorites - BUT PLS CREATE MORE CONTENT, PLS!! Unlike reviewers complaining it's not free, I would be THRILLED to PAY for a bunch of new levels. The last 3 levels are WAY too difficult for me, even as I've gotten much better at the game by re-doing earlier puzzles until "perfect," & bought unlimited hints. Seriously, if you knew how much I spent on Two Dots this month, you'd be working on new content just for me personally ;-) Back to work devs.

David Michael Welch

Challenging and fun Try hard not to use hints. Instead use a paradigm shift this often help me solve the puzzles. I just wish the whole game was free classic pack worth the money though...I haven't tried the premium yet

Jen Sandau-Loveless

Sad panda I do love this game but I had to reboot my phone & even with being logged onto google play, I lost ALL OF MY PROGRESS! super frustrating

What a cheat! I totally understand paying for the PREMIUM puzzles but actually paying to unlock the CLASSIC ones after the being done with the first 9 levels?! SERIOUSLY? This was such an enjoyable game for me but it pretty much sucks when this sort of thing happens. Disappointed doesn't even begin to describe how I feel.

Alexander Gee

Was a five star review Just moved to a new Nexus 5. When connecting to Google Play Games there is a large application is not configured properly please check logs message. Also I lost my purchases

Kristina Fiedalan

i would give 5 stars but... i lost all my progress after reinstalling the game even though i'm signed in with my google account and the price per premium puzzle is too expensive.

Colleen Murphy

A Almost Calming Game Simple and yet colorful, the game is both great to look at as well as play. Great calming puzzle game overall. The music also goes well with the tone of the game. It is too bad that you have to pay for the other levels.
