I like this app very much, helps remind me when to get out of my office chair. I suggest you add a workout for lunges too. I mimic the pushup workout and do lunges at that pace. On alternate days I'm doing dips and squats.

C Tall

Helpful I've done far more pushups than I thought I was capable of with the prodding of this little app. Quite handy, would recommend it.

Gregory Brown

Great workout app! I have been using this app over the last year. Ya, so much for 6 weeks. Lol. Basically, if I cannot complete a workout smoothly and without extra breaks or rest I will repeat the day. My first go around I got stuck at the 5 week range but noticed a huge difference in strength and appearance. With 5 months off I am again using it and I am back to where I was but in better shape than ever. Get it!!! Do it!!! It works. Thanks.

Declan O'Neill

Hard to progress past a point For me it's weeks 4&5. Week 4 took 2-3 months. Week 5 is going no faster. Might be related to working on other fitness in parallel

Gabriel Grant

Best 6-weeks style app I've found ... and I've tried most of them. The one missing feature is syncing results both between devices and to online services like myfitnesspal. When I lost my last phone, I lost about over a year of workout data with it. And I now have two sets of conflicting data: one on my phone, and one on my tablet.

Peter Sutcliffe

Excellent, especially in combination Great apps. Using this with the pro versions of the push-up and sit-up ones. Amazing results in 5 weeks. If the apps linked up to allow you to do interval sets (as I am doing) it would be even better.

Maui Manalo

Genius. This app like any apps about fitness are but dependent to your Consistecy. You can get the most expensive app or pay the most expensive gym or instructor but without consistency all but a waste of time and energy. This app gives you reminders to keep you consistent.. Stats, calendar and push you to the limit ti keep you disciplined at the same time. At the end.. Your fitness is dependent to your consistency.

Gleb Gusev

Best trainer and motivator. But on Xperia Z3 there's trouble with reminder - I can't set suitable time, the reminder bells on it's own at 7:26

Matthew Wring

Easy I wish you could set same time for a certain exercise for all days with one click rather than setting time for every day individually. Also wish it would sync with google fit.

Bradley Carder

Simple set layout and goals App is well made for those simply aiming to better their body with a simple set goal

Loved it. Let me start with the fact that as a cross country and track runner during the winter I'm going to be honest, I'm not able to get all that much core work in just because it's well, simply boring. This app gives me a goal and an amount of pushups to do. It also manages to keep an attractive UI, and is a very stable application. I recommend this to anyone that is trying to stay in shape between seasons. Or is just trying to push themselves into the world of fitness. It's a game with tangible rewards.

Kristoffer Tundayag

Great app Would give 5 stars if it could put all 5 workouts into one. I'm am doing this manually by writing down the numbers of 4 and using the 1 rest timer or by backing out during rest and doing the next workout. This is still viable but would be nice if I didn't have do the extra prep or fiddle with my phone constantly. Other than that, this is an amazing app that is easy to use and would recommend this to anyone!

Andrew Teague

Great app A great easy to app that allows you to make visible improvements on your chosen work outs. I would love it to have a few more workouts such as planks (using increments of time instead of number of reps) and leg raises. They would make it a very wholesome app.

doug rogers

In just 6 weeks This is a good app that preforms as advertised. I have using it for over a year I am 62 and can do 150 push ups in 3.5 minutes

Kyle Hjorth

Strong app Everything it was advertised to be. I really enjoy it. I used to go by the website, but never stuck with it. The alarm works very well for my needs. The workout interface is amazing. I would really like to see these folks do a running event. Also, i would really like a custom workout option, but I know that isn't really the point if this group.

Damian Buckley

Good if you can keep it up Good app. Been same for a while though - would be good if they periodically added new programmes to it - e.g. lunges, burpees etc

Joshua Firanek

Great for strength This is a great, simple app to help you get stronger and toned in only a matter of a few weeks. The exercises are all simple exercises that we all have known for years, but the program challenges you every week to get better and stronger.

La Salle Pridgett

Great if committed If you stay committed to the program it works well. I usually change up the style of push-ups

Mark Murphy

Great app Don't be afraid to be humbled in the start. The more honest you are with your initial tests the better the results. This is a great app to help you reach your fitness goals

Benjamin Connell

Simple and effective A really nice simple use interface with a great and simple custom regime calculator. I don't use it as much as I should, but when I do, is a pleasure!

Hendri Bonthuys

Seeing results already Great app, gets a little more challenging each workout but I am seeing results already.

Tyler Cooper

Love it Great for any level of fitness, follow the instructions for great results, highly recommend

Matthew Warner

Great routine! This routine has me doing more reps of PU and SU. It really is great and not time consuming. I just wish I could share my stats

Perfect App If you have never stepped foot in a gym, save $30.00 and do this for a month first

Charlotte Blake

Awesome So easy to use, it leaves you no excuse not to exercise. The programs are challenging and accessible for people of any fitness level.

Goran Hajdin

Good for initial push but fails afterwards The app relies on two principles - constant increasing of the number of repetitions and check exercise at the end of the next week. It provides no other support for doing the workouts and focuses only on constant increasing of the repetitions. When you can't reach the days goal it will just tell you to try again. It's good for tracking number of reps and nothing more. In the description it states "you'll learn how to..." well, you won't LEARN a thing from this app.

Todd Kron

Schedule missing an overview look Few missing.elements. its 3 days a week. But you can't see what you have that day at a glance. No todays schedule view. No demos, for those who need one...but schedule needs to be better like todays workouts screen. Otherwise you gotta check each alarm seperate to see what was for today..

Trent Bower

Pretty good, needs a few features. I really like the overall structure if this app, especially the separation of the different exercises, this makes splitting up your workout days really easy. However. You can't sync across multiple devices, nor can you easily submit to any online workout trackers, which would be GREAT features. Solid 4 stars, add a few more features and it'll be 5.

Neil Wendy Shipman

Tool does not get one fit but... One gets one fit... Just do it with a great tool to incentivise.

Mark Cavanaugh

Great app Live this app. Counts down and the workouts take 10-15 minutes. There is time to do other things as well.

srikanth tamiri

Really the dest app on need of trainer After 5min of setup this app was very helpful me on need of personal trainer.really a very app.

Matthew Merkel

Awsome It might take longer than you think but stick with it. It achieves results

Miloš Milivojević

Great app Easy to use due to simple and intuitive UI, very nice exercise progressions

Caiti Nob

Missing feature Please add an option to choose weeks and days of the workout manually.

Brian Mize

Well worth it! Very well worth the money! Convenient and annoying in that it provides reminders to work out. Excellent all around!

Nikki Line

All in one Love this app. All the body weight exercises in one place to help me get stronger

Steven Corbo

Just 6 weeks After having an amazing little boy my daily work out went to heck. No more split This was a great way to start back and begin to regain some muscle tone. My only complaint is i cant see my exercise history snd how many calories burned based on my workout. It would make a nice motivator.

Michael Williams

Simple and clean. Needs more customizability. I gladly bought the paid version knowing that J6W has helped my friends start BW exercise habits and track their goals. The only thing I wish it had was the ability to add and track additional exercises (e.g. planks, with an end goal of 5 minutes).

S. Hunter

A good coach A good coaching program. But like others have said, I was it was a bundle that would tie in all of the exercises into one workout. Or at least give you the option to bundle them and isolate one program if you want to do extra work in one area. . Overall, I like the app

Roland Shayo

excellent app! Great to find whole body exercise in 1app!. Could give 5 star if I could sync with other devices and could use in landscape. Otherwise the app is good, workouts challenging and easy to use menu

Joao Leites

What a gym app should strive to be It may not be the best app around, bit it was the only one who could get me to do more than 15 pushups in a row and do a couple actual chinups (instead of pullups). 2 dollars well spent. It comes with graphical statistics of your improvements, which is awesome

Wesley Reid

I thoroughly enjoy this app. I find it really helpful to have the route to the goal laid out, and I think it's really cool that at the end of every week I've feel like I've gone to my limit, and then the next week I have the strength to go farther. I hope that he will add his Lunges program in soon, though for the time being I'll just use the squat progression. I would also love to see suggestions for combination schedules and which challenges to combine based on goals.

Bradley Steinman

Good program for most part. It could be just a little more user friendly. It would also be nice to suggest cardio to add in or a whole routine for all of the movements at once. Something varied to keep it interesting, not just all pushups then sit-ups etc. or 1st round of each then 2nd etc. Just my thoughts though

Rory Groarke

Would like a link to a website with videos on form/ technique and progressions to make each technique more difficult. Otherwise a very concise & effective app.

Antwan Richardson

All you need I downloaded it to remind me to do my daily push ups. This app is perfect for the reminders and I really like how it calculates your reps. Nice, clean, effective, and simple.

Vera Podolskaya

Good, but there is the way to go App could be better. For example, automatic counting of reps (using camera and accelerometer) would be useful, and sync with common services such as MyFitnessPal and Google Fit. But all existing functions work great, no bugs or lags mentioned.

Matthew Book

Simple and hopefully effective I have only used it for a few days, but I like the simple focused approach and clean interface. It would be nice to have a mode in which two complementary exercises could be combined in one routine.

Alfred Maya

Nice app Simple interface. Does what it says. Would've been nice if it was more intuitive. Some tips and advice could've helped.

Pitso Alfred Lephoi

Simply great This app is not a personal trainer but it's a great and simple program that helps push your limits week-by-week. If you want real results that last, look no further.

Alex Herrmann

Worth every penny I'm 14 and working on my fitness. Haven't been disappointed once.

Randall Dexter

It's good, but... ... if only there was an easier way to put all six workouts into one rotating series instead of having to backup and select the next one after each set.

Rodger Love

Nice! Hopefully I'll make it through the six weeks

Enoc Perez

Awesome Great but it needs 2 involve more exercises with movement like running

Handri HM

Nice Nice app. Help me with my workout at home. :D thank you

Jon Riley

Good app Simple and easy to use. My only complaint is the import and export to SD card feature didn't work . when I got a new phone I couldn't transfer my stats. I had to manually upload the information.

Ethan Monk

Nothing better You work at your own pace, but eventually no matter what you will be stronger. You train yourself and its super helpful in organization so you can see your own progress. Recommend it to anyone looking to become stronger.

Alfie Parkinson

Yep Pretty useful and a nice update- much better than the coding before

jason kirk

Brilliant Just what i was looking for to get me of the couch.

Mark Saxiones

Mobile motivation This app helps me stick to what could normally be a monotonous program. If only they had one for running.

Jeff Y.Z.

Crushin' It Now I can flip a truck.

Hans Bassich

Reps have been lowered with the update. I don't like this.

jacob fajardo

Best coach and trainer It is a complete and best workout coach, also it know exactly how much u do download it then try it for ur self

E.J. Volkman

Perfect! Let's you focus on 1 thing to do well instead of a lot of exercises to do poorly.

Tyler Peck

Progression broken Days get easier as you progress. Update broke progression.

Andrew Brown

Worth It Excellent app. The reminders are a good tool

Laughing Man

Does what it says No bugs so far, good program and easy to use.

Simple Plus. Love the tracking. Minus. Minimal editing and workout description.

Ronald Phonvongsa

Love it This app is worth every penny. Go ahead and buy it. You won't regret it.:)

Gareth Holdstock

6 weeks 1 word awesome

Paul Burton

6 weeks Easy with instant feedback

Michał Zarzycki

Nice app with awesome interface Ill change it on 5 when i get awesome muscles

Chadwick Dunn

Wonderful. A clean, organized way to schedule and implement some body weight fitness. Sometimes the reps don't change between rest periods. Could also use a place to make notes on progress. Overall, really great for the discounted price.

James Chugg

Good thanks, no problems

Dave Davies

Excellent simple app perfect for getting back into working out

Radu Florian

Great app - easy to use and helpful too.

Lewis dowle

Awesome Very good app well thought out on the fitness side very clear on the tech side over all excellent app good job boy # i know fitness ie training and diet

Charlie Lerman

Awesome for a frequent traveler. Besides the chin ups I have no excuse while I'm traveling to not do my exercises right there in my hotel room. So far in all my travels I've always had my body with me and therefore my weight set. I love tracking my progress and the app is super easy to use.

Kevin Purdy

Simple, motivating program for strength habits Does just what it says--pushes you toward mastering your chosen fitness programs with a sense of drive toward a big number. Only thing I could request is some sort of web sync, for those who switch between devices or reset somewhat often.

Alexei Goussev

Great, but 1 flaw When doing multiple work outs at once, the timer disapears. So if I just finished pushup set, pressing back and going to situp set...the pushup timer no longer exists. Its like it jumps to 0 as soon as you click back button. Now I have to remember the time in between sets...for multiple exercises, my self, annoying! Please fix.

Josh Gardner

Works perfectly I have been thoroughly impressed with Just 6 Weeks. I started with the free 100 push ups app, then bought this one to combine the other exercises. It's nice to be able to import and export data too. I've gone from 39 push ups to 101 over six weeks, but from repeating days I'm just starting week 4 in the workout routine. This app is a great way to motivate yourself to work out more often and more effectively.

George Prichard

Great stuff Really good for keeping myself motivated without equipment. One thing - would be nice if you go more quickly from exercise to exercise if you're doing circuits (Without pressing back between sets)

Todd Ricks

Love it! I love that it started out at my level and figures out all the logistics for me. Very organized and easy to use. Great app!

Drew Cress

Simple and reliable It is a great app but some times I just find it to be a little to simplified. It lacks an account with automatic backups and Google fit integration. There also a lack of instruction on good form. Basically the app gives a number and records it. Most of the time that is really all that is needed, but I just can't give it a full 5 stars.

Grant Gilmer

Great It works well to keep on track. Keep your sleep up and 1gr protein per kg our more

Glen Isip

Simple, intuitive Easy to use, though you are almost guaranteed to repeat days or weeks depending on your fitness level. I haven't made it to week 6 but you do get results regardless. Completely worth the asking price.

Tom Lusk

Great app This app is perfect if you're looking to put on some muscle and get better definition, especially if you don't want to pay for a gym membership. Consistency is key with this app though if you want to see results

Warren Rawlings

...exactly what you expect. Good luck. Separate the timesyou do your sets. You shouldn't do your push-ups right after your pull-ups.

Mike Trewartha

Awesome app At 4weeks 1 day I've just hit 61 pushups. Quite amazing given I struggled to do 8 in a row when I first started. I'm hoping I can hold out to hit 100! Great app.

Andrew Pennington

Simple, Clean & effective Easy to use, and a great place to start after getting off the couch.

Harshvardhan Patil

Effective. The program is effective. But achieving the goal in 6 weeks is not possible for everyone. You can overcome this by repeating days or a week till you are comfortable and go forward with your own pace.

Emmanuel Rodriguez

Love it Minimalist and fun to use. More fun than going to a gym since you can track your progress with a chart and keep the workouts at home.

Aaron Elliott

Really helps me. I'm getting over about 4 years of surgery. This app really helps pace me. Thanks.

Kevin Greenleaf

The program helps increase your numbers easily, better than just doing it yourself. However, the iPhone app has different rep counts than Android. For example, for pull-ups week 5 day 3 starts with 10 reps on iPhone and 9 on Android. Other than that difference the apps are the same. I think the higher numbers are better, and Just Do Inc. should fix this. Unless iPhone owners are known to be stronger. I do own an iPhone...

Soni Pejcic

5 Stars! Really good. I would suggest this to everyone!

Travis Illig

Great program, reminders need work This is a simple and straightforward way to get into better shape. I started out barely able to make it to 20 sit-ups before total exhaustion and about six weeks later I'm at almost 300 (across five sets). Having the guidance for how many to do to build up had been key. The reminders need work, though. They don't adjust with DST time changes (so you may get reminded an hour early after a time change). Also, if you do the workout before the reminder, you still get reminded to work out.

Eric Miller

Basically good Works well. Missing nuances of 100 pushup website.

Darragh Cooney

Really good way to keep track of exercise and to slowly get fitter.

Matt Daily

Good ap Challenges are hard, maybe progresses to fast, but you can restart and what not.

Ashley Bordoy

I didn't request an icon change Yet it was forced upon me.

Abbey Charles

Makes it easy to fit in a workout This app makes it easy to workout wherever and whenever you want, which is great for someone with a full schedule or anyone who has trouble making the commitment to go to the gym, like me! Now I just need to make it through the whole program and beat my husband in our bet!

Great fitness app Like having your own fitness trainer

Eduardo Irizarry

Great App The only thing I wish it could do is be used across my other devices. Otherwise, this a great app. I used it to get in shape a couple of years ago, but fell off track (for various excuses). I'm using it again and it works even better than before.

sterling catterton

Good but needs improvement Counter needs to be easier to record higher numbers instead of pushing the plus sign repeatedly when doing your own workouts.

John Williams

Awesome Easy to use and an awesome wake up workout

Elliot Palmer

Simple, effective, but limited. I think the app is very simple and easy to use but I wish the developers allowed for exceeding the goal. For instance I can do 20 pull ups and would like to set the goal higher.

Malik Williams

Great app Simple, smart, and effective. I love this app.

Gregor Arndt

Great but rest days are not defined Great app, highly motivating but may lead to overtraining because rest days are not defined

Benjamin Brigante

Excellent Like having a personal trainer in your pocket. Keeps you focused on a hitting goals at a realistic pace

Sarvesh Pugo

Great app Takes it slow and adaptive.

Solid App Good for keeping track and showing progress. Especially for people who aren't sure how to start. I only wish there were something motivate outside the alarms.

Syed Abbas

I am impressed. The effort is results.

Richard Burke

Great program I like it. It has worked great for me. I have had to stay on a day or two longer than I wanted to. But it's worth it to be where I am now.

jacob fajardo

Best coach and trainer It is a complete and best workout coach, also it know exactly how much u do download it then try it for ur self

Jacob Hudson

National Guard This app is all you need to do well in PT.

Darin Pirkey

Motivation! I wanted to get back in shape. Needed something to guide me that wasnt too intimidating. Started me off slow and worked me up. Love this app. Love the reminders you can set. Helps me keep to a schedule.

Straight forward. Just do what it tells you. It works.

James Marjie

Good add Would like integration with Google Fit.

Habz Rahman

Great app but needs basic improvements! This app can get a 5 star once it allows us to record more than our daily goal, when i do more it just records the set amount... even when i incease the reps it doesnt save!! Please fix this

Andrew Kirst

Bit of a waste of money. Yay! You can set an alarm and count, you've now got the just 6 weeks app. Nothing regarding good form, nothing beyond setting alarms for you and giving you new set counts

Kyle B

Makes working out easy One of the barriers to getting a work out routing going is trying to figure out how much and how often to work out. This app takes all the guesswork and scheduling out of the picture. Do the initial test, set up reminders, and when you see you phone beep, do however may reps your told to do. It's like having your own little personal trainer!

Olivia Archambault

So far so good Just started week 3. It's progressing each exercise nicely. I'll update after week 6.

Cheung Yuen Wong

Good app From beginner to novice the app trains you up to the goals.

Matt Blissmer

Great clean app Does what it says, keeps you on track. Thanks!

And R

It worked for me I tried this a little while ago and did the 100 push ups and sit ups. And now going for it again. It is hard work, but don't cheat and you will definitely get there. Recommended. UPDATE. ..doing it again and still love it .

Caleb Bigham

Great app! Gives practical bit sized workouts you can squeeze into your day.

Tim Cozart

5 stars when you can add your own exercises

Eduardo Irizarry

Great App The only thing I wish it could do is be used across my other devices. Otherwise, this a great app. I used it to get in shape a couple of years ago, but fell off track (for various excuses). I'm using it again and it works even better than before.

James Lindsay

Great app. Helps maintain discipline and sets an achievable gradual path.

Ra N

Great app but... If you have done the 2 week trial and then buy the full version, all you data is lost. It doesn't know what day you're on or how many reps you can do. Would be 5 stars, but highly disappointed as I was making great progress and now have no record.

Neil Shipman

One gets one fit... Just do it with a great tool to incentivise. However I note from September onwards the Arm Dip exercise at beginning of Week 4 suddenly ramps up the target numbers and progressively tapers off towards end of Week 6. Normally targets are built up over the weeks not in reverse. Other exercises graduated targets ok. Be prepared for some real hard yards after Week 6 if restarting at Week 4. UPDATE 31/5/2016 TIP: How to transfer STATS from Samsung S3 to S7. Copy files under folder system/sdcard/android/data/alexcrusher.just6weeks/ Note you can delete or rename the original files on S7 after clean install, before transfer of files.

Sam Wallace

Great Escalates fast, but if I struggle with a day/week, I just repeat it.

Tyler Peck

Adverts on lock screen Pretty sure displaying advertising for other apps is against the Google terms of Service. Please dont do this, it is annyoing.

George Montgomery

Like it very much As one reviewer noted, the repetitions escalate rather quickly, so I've resorted to resetting the day/week in order to solidify my progress before moving to the next level. I like this app very much.

Henry Hadlow

The complete exercise regime If you can do this lot, you are crazy fit. 'Just 6 weeks' is a massive exaggeration, though.

Isaac Norales

Really workout app 6 weeks is great for beginners, experts, and everything in between. Thanks guys...

Filipe Governa

Like it All good except spams you with unsolicited notifications for games from the same dev. Good support.

Darren Allen

Dazza Great workout but could do with calf raise exercise :-)

Liam Bolton

No good for beginners App works well and has a sleek design but if you do not know how to do the exercises then it is useless as it does not teach you anything about proper form or technique.

John Foran

No Frills Works as advertised, great way to work out in your own home. Good tracking tools, would like integration with other apps. Implementing a feature to sync with running apps would nice to round it out.

Tiaan du Preez

Great Good motivation and everything together in one app. If you don't have a gym these can easily be done at home.

Robert Obrien

Solid workout I've used this app on and off. When I am consistent I notice a difference in myself after the 1st week. Family and friends notice within 3 to 4 weeks. Also it's convenient. Watch TV bang out a few push ups, squats, dips, etc. This app leaves you no excuse not to work out. It gets increasingly harder as you get stronger. If it's to much to handle. You simply repeat the workout day until your ready for another challenge.

Alex Winkle

Best workout app I've used If you can keep yourself using it, you'll love it. I've been using this app on and off for over 5 years without any issues, the simple UI looks slick and is easy to use, and most importantly it works, you'll quickly notice results and they'll stay as long as you've got motivation. I really can't overstate how much I love this app. Great job devs ?

Pi Sokratiz

Very helpful! The sets & repetitions can be modified to my capability. Doably challenging. The chart is motivating. I focused on one exercise daily only for 6 weeks before I will add a new set of exercise. This way I won't get burned out and lose momentum. Cheers to the developers!

wood land Nut

Good app, needs option to create genetic exercise Would be nice to have an option to create a generic custom exercises and have a custom goal to work towards. Sportsman pro looks like competition but I hate in app purchase and online tracking which you don't have

Weslie Leung

Great starting point Straightforward program to follow and lots of room to customize. I've done rounds of the popular workout programs, but I prefer this one because it paces your gains. In terms of customization, I'm also repeating the dips program for shoulder exercises (front, sides, rear) dips, quads for calf raises, abs for Russian twists, and pull-ups for chin-ups. These are just a few ideas to make this program more complete (for me).

Mark Wilkinson

Such a useful program I like to use this to help build my muscle endurance, once I start getting into later weeks I struggle complete some sets so I know to just repeat that day or week. The interface is clean and intuitive. As the add new exercises it just gets better.

Ricky Nuttall

Brilliant App Brilliant for it's intended use but you can also use it for any exercise in that body group. For instance, I find it too easy for pushups so I use it for bench press with a 70kg weight. My gains are insane!!!!

Dominic Macias

It gets you the gainz Nuf said really.... It's worth it. It pushes you and works around how much of each type you can do on the first session. Update : I love the idea of 10 minute plank... I think that will really help to build a solid core.

Tablet Rabbit

Great little program Been having trouble getting motivated to working out again, and this had worked well to get a doable, structured path to an end goal. Had a pitying with an earlier version, and the developers were great to work with.

A Google User

Just 6 Weeks Workout App Just 6 Weeks is an app designed to help you train in 5 basic exercises: Push Ups, Sit Ups, Dips, Squats, and Pull Ups. If you follow this app's recommended workouts for 6 weeks, you'll be doing massive amounts of reps of these simple exercises in - you guessed it - six weeks. That's 100 push ups 200 sit ups 150 dips 200 squats 20 pull ups

Miloš Milivojević

Great app After the latest update, the only missing features would be sync with Google Fit and backup to Google Drive - that would make this the best bodyweight app out there.

Greg Drain

Best for tests I use this to prep for the Air Force PT test. I have always been able to max out my points in push-ups and sit-ups thanks to this app.

Mario Pipitone

Absolutely love it Wanted to start working out a little just to get in a bit better shape and this app is great. Plenty of easy to follow exercises that have really gotten me off my ass. Very happy with this apps simple and easy to use interface

Jacob Bartrum

What it says on the tin Great little app, does the job nicely. Few extra features would make it a 5 star, like better ways to track progress, maybe a calendar to track which days you're doing what

Ray Seeton

Fantastic app Easy to follow along at your on pace and comfort level. Try it you will see results in just six weeks time.

Vuma Whitehead

Best app could be better Great updates. Let the clock run between exercises for people who super set. And make it compatible with your timer so people can do tabata and hiit workouts too.

Lee Major

Good Exercise Programme Gives you a good work out and pushes you to challenge yourself. Definitely gets you sweating.

khalid bahmani

Every thing you need in one cheap app No add, one app covers it all.

beatdown38k LE
