Do you know what an applicant tracking system is? The Dictionary defines it as “a software application that enables the electronic handling of recruitment needs.” As a jobseeker, you refer to it as the electronic blackhole that eats up resumes. Specifically, it’s the system you interact with when you apply for a job on a company careers website.

With a little help from jobly, you will be able to search company websites that are using the applicant tracking systems. In this way, you will be able to find jobs that are not posted on leading job boards such as monster and have an edge on your competition.

Misleading ratings You can't rate this 5, what nonsense! 40% of the space is taken up with Google ads; you can't filter for country, type of job, part or full time or anything. It's a question of slogging through loads of inappropriate jobs till you get to one that might fit, only to find its in a different country. Rubbish.
