Download Import Contacts apk 1.3.4 free for Android smartphone
Apk file size: 79.0 KB
Import Contacts is an application to help you import your contacts directly to your Android device without the need to upload them to Google first. Contacts (vCard ".vcf" files) are imported from your SD card directly in to the phones contact list.
This is useful for backing up your phone's contacts, and transferring them to other devices.
- Imports vCards from your SD card
- Supports names, organisations/titles, phone numbers, email and postal addresses, notes and birthdays
- Currently no support for images/photos (I intend to add this soon)
- Can merge with existing contacts on device
- Support for right back to Android version 1.5!
- Licensed under the GPLv3
(You might also be interested in the Export Contacts app, which saves your phone's contacts to the SD card.)
Before leaving bad ratings, **please contact me**! I would like to be able to fix any problems that this app has!

Must have app for old Androids
Doesn't work Exported my contacts on my Mac into a .vcf file, copied to my phone's SD card, ran the import - all that came across were the names, none of the numbers or email addresses. Waste of time, and money. I want a refund!
Please fix Importing names and number but separating them. So when the import process finished, I have numbers without name and name without numbers.
Works on Android Tablet The old version didn't work with the vCard folder I created. The developer corrected the problem after being contacted. If you have a problem, let the developer know (as he requests) and he'll work to fix it. What a concept!
Doesn't work on One X + Can import the phonenumbers but not the names.
Works great Had several others fail, this did the job except didn't bring in images that were in the vcf files... but at this point, it's close enough given the ridiculous complexity of what should be a relatively simple task. Vcf files exported from my Windows Oulook 2010, copied over via USB to my Samsung G5, and then this tool let me browse to thar folder and import all found there. Slick and easy, and great except the missing images. But I've burned enough time at this point!
It didn't work for me. I tried to import a .vcf file with multiple contacts created by an LG500G phone to a newer LG L21G. The app separated the names from the numbers and created 2X the contacts. ( Names with no numbers and numbers with no names. ) It also did not put any of the contacts into the groups they had been in on the old phone. I have a lot of manual work to do...
