Hours Keeper is a well designed hours worked calculator that you can use to easily track your hours worked and calculate your earnings.

Does not allow to establish work week Overtime is calculated on a Sunday to Saturday basis( calendar week) this is not true for all companies. Please make this adjustable
Crashes/Disappointed Every time I go to edit my hours, the app crashes and I lose the data for that day. Please fix asap. The free app was better. I want to get what I paid for.
A few minutes short of an hour Pay period inflexible... Want !!M-F instead of Sun-Sat. Doesn't TOTAL each Client Hours DAILY if clocking in & out multiple times. Only gives weekly totals at minimum, so it must be summed manually. Need reference section for JOB not just client.
Missing a couple of things Great app for the most part! Would love the option to select different pay periods for each month. One client pays me on the 15th and 30/31st, so if that happens to fall on a weekend then I get paid the Friday before instead. This changes the period start/end dates by a few days each month which makes it very hard to track properly! 2nd thing is that when I invoice another client I am not to put the hourly wage, only hours and total charge. Because I cannot leave the wage blank I have to use another app :(
Won't stop crashing :/ I had this app on my iPhone and loved it but the android version is very different. I can't send invoices because it won't stop crashing. I can't designate work weeks, the app just defaults and that doesn't work. I paid for the pro version thinking I was getting the exact same app I had on my iPhone only to find out I wasted the money on something I can't use :( I want my $5 back- UPDATE app has completely crashed ans won't even open! I just lost 2 weeks worth of time tracking :/ 0 stars!
Lollipop lost all my info And have had no response back, even the drop box backup is empty. Loved this app prior, hope it can be fixed.
Loved it on iphone Hate it on android... crashes when I try to sync to my dropbox to sync with my ipad. Incidentally, I hate the iPad app because it stops responding. So disappointing.
Needs improvements The way it currently calculate work week is off doesn't let me input Monday thru Sunday it pushes the Sunday hours to Monday. Fix this issue and I will change rating to 4 star.
EDIT: I previously loved this app, but my Dropbox sync is no longer working after Lollipop update and the devs are unresponsive to my emails! I'll update this review if anything changes. --- A truly intuitive and quick way to keep track of hours worked. Just what I needed.
I've bought this app again as I used it on my iPhone on ios the app is much smoother and the invoice doesn't look like a 3yo produced it im still waiting for a reply to question I asked months back regarding the app adding start / finish times to the invoice rather than just block hours as I use these for WTD logging as well as a few other bugs Dev no longer reply or it seems offer support as the app is no lo ger listed on their website seems ill have to go elsewhere ...
ok, but... Good idea, but you need to put some option like to export all hours throught e-mail o cvs.
Its ok Would be nice to specific work period from sun to sat, monday to friday, and etc. Also, when it the same hours that I worked. Would be nice to preset the hours, place worked, rates, on different days.. Instead of input all same info in different days. Very time consuming.

Precision for Perfection! After using this brilliant app for many months, I've come to realise that adding some extra fields for locations and projects, etc.. would bring on a 5 star rating.
Bug Sunday 3/8 is missing from the date options. Will this be able to calculate shift differentials automatically?
Great app but... Needs time and a quarter added to the overtime rates. This would complete it for me.
Great but needs one more thing We could use this where I work at If it showed total hours on the Invoice sheets.
Works well but I wish the invoice system could get more in depth. Such as billing multiple clients with the same invoice (same business different parts) and billing a whole pay period would be nice rather than checking every day.
Love it It does everything it says it does.. been cheated out of hours and this helped out alot proven hours worked
it use to be a simple thing to mark invoices as paid. Now you have to go in an invoice somebody and enter the amount. Now you're making this a complicated phone app. Keep it simple make a paid button again. I purchase this app because it was simple and easy to keep track of hours that I have paid people. Now I have to go in and fill out a invoice then mark the invoice paid before it shows the hours that I kept track of our paid. more wasted time.
Constantly crashes after paying for full version Like many other people I have paid for this app and now I can't open the invoices because it crashes every time. To make matters worse, no one responds to requests to fix the app. Very poor service in my opinion
Says it will sync between devices but does not First of all, let me say that I've used this app for about 4 years on the Ipad and have been mostly pleased with it. I sent several emails to the developer a couple years ago requesting a simple feature add - no response. Not even a thanks for feedback. Thinking that sync will work across my Ipad and Android tablet, I purchased the pro version. When it didn't sync both automatically or manually, I emailed the developer. Again, no response. EVEN AN I DON'T HOW TO FIX IT would have been something.
Great App I love that I can sync data between devices... Not just between android devices but with my iOS devices as well (using the paid app for iOS). I do love the layout of the tablet version on iOS, I wish the tablet version for android had a similar layout... In particular the calendar view. The iOS version is easier to get around than the Android one...
Crashing Crashes when asked to create invoice. Need to be able to add fields to profile like bank account and tax numbers etc.
Nice but No CSV export. It's great for freelance. I used on iPad and in my phone (android). It could be very nice if I can export CSV on android; on iPad I can do it.
I don't see any difference in this app & the free app. Wasted $5
Love it so far... Only had it for a few days but it does everything I'm looking for and then some! Will make being a contractor much easier :-)
It's an easy way to keep track of your day to day business
Hours Keeper Review This app is great for me because I do not punch a time clock for my job. My hours are entered manually by a supervisor. So this is a good checks and balance system. I would like to see a built in calculator internal to the app. Also, I would like to be able to set my own pay periods. Overall though, this app is very handy.
Much better Much better guys, I was waiting to be able to sync between my iPad and my S4 and now I can. The only problem now is that once entries are made on my S4 then synced via the Dropbox account to my iPad the description only contains a "0". Please fix ASAP.
Bugs with invoices fixed This is the best app, by far, that I have used for keeping track of hours. Easy to use. Now that the invoicing issue is fixed I give it 5 stars.
Needs some improvements but useful. The app is very user friendly. However, I really need 2 improvements asap: (1) Dropbox sync apparently does not sync the NOTES. This is needed. (2) This app, unlike its iOS cousin, does not allow export of the data file. Pls add urgently.

Will not sync Creates directory in dropbox but will not sync data. Extremely disappointed. Was the only reason I purchased the full version :(

Great on apple not android On apple you can export, on android the closest you can get to that is backing it up into dropbox and then it crashes.....please sort it out I've paid money for this app and it isn't so far worth ever Pennie!
Not worth so much trouble The free version crashes all the time, now I have an invoice, but can't open it, see or send because the app crashes when I tap to see the invoice. I bought the paid version, because I need for one of my clients that asked invoices through Hours Keeper, and the paid version is the same thing, I couldn't link to dropbox, it crashes every time I try, the paid version is not a pro version of the free, is another app, so I can't see the old invoice in the new app! This is insane, I though it could be a good option to toggl, but no way I can use this.
