Lacks OTRS 4 support on LP? Getting "Failed" error (without any specification) while trying to log in to OTRS 4 from Android 5.0.2. Re-checked credentials about 3 times. Have you tested it on LP & OTRS4? Regards.
Would be perfect if there was a field for time accounting when adding notes and I way to save the credentials permanently.
Simple, fast and excellent! It is obvious a work in progress, but the features implemented work, the app is fast and simple to setup and use. Under 3 minutes to install, connect and raise a first test ticket. This is a great app and I can see good future with it. I started using it and also recommended it to a customer who we helped implement OTRS for their operations. Good work!

Can't log in. After writing url and login credentials, there is "Failed" message popup and nothing happens.
Encodin Problem with russian encoding
I can log into my company's OTRS system and view tickets. I see where I can change the status of a ticket but there doesn't seem to be an option to lock a ticket to yourself.
