In addition, this app has LUNG sounds, which are hard to find in most heart sound applications.
The high-quality sounds contained within this application are looped to allow you to listen for days! When you put your headphones on, the sounds come to life (as if you had a stethoscope in your ears)! Do you think you know what you’re listening to? Test your knowledge with an interactive quiz!

Good app This app has great information and I love the quiz. It would be perfect though if the quiz had the sound along with where the placement of the stethoscope is to differentiate, or the ability to move a a stethoscope to the different areas of the chest. Even better would be options of different maneuvers to increase or decrease the sound intensity ie valsalva, hand grip, squatting.
Nice App This is good application for medical student, nursing student and also for paramedic. I reccomend this app for learning heart and lung sound. Great Job!!!!
Excellent app Displays relatively accurate heart sounds. Good teaching tool.
Fantastic Love this app, using and learning continually as I work.
Best out there Got to love good free apps!
Different The sounds sound nothing like they do in class. And they're kind of muffled.
Sounds Increase it even without headphones but otherwise a great app
Need to add Stridor lung sound
Great! A really great app for learning;)
Good app Probably should have spent the extra buck and got the full app; it is well designed, works reasonably well although I did notice one error on the quiz: a lung sound, fine rales, was said to be bronchial sounds. The two are easily distinguishable, so it does make you wonder how accurate the far finer distinctions of heart sounds answers are. I am a PA with cardiology exp and always find a decent review of basics helpful. Great for students.Hearing it, while maybe not 100% true to life, is still big help.
Mistakes What's claimed to be MVP sounds like diastolic opening snap (ms), and AR sounds like late diastolic (prob also MS). Could have a few more examples for quiz (eg variations on same murmurs). Otherwise good primer.
Docweight Great refresher for physicians who hear normals most often
Great Extremely helpful!
Very good A simple app with an intuitive interface. Sounds are of good quality. Remember to use headphones as this improves the experience!
Just upgraded and the new format is so much better and nicer looking. Excellent quality especially for a free ap. Even has some lung sounds.
App would not open. Wish it woud work. Description sounds useful.
Like the Quiz Certainly some good information in this app. The sounds loop continuously, which is good. The quiz is a great way to test your knowledge.
