Kyle Charters

Great app. Absolutely beautiful.

Harridi Ilman Tovid

Great and useful! It works perfectly but I notice some wrong colors selection like the unread button and some grey text which is too hard to read and wrong focus color which is a bit annoying... Overall it looks great and work perfectly!

Sayem Shafayet

Missing Private organizations I could not access the repos or organization details of any private organizations that I am owner of.

Mike Koch

Excellent Alternative This app is far more superior than the official GitHub app.

Daniel F

Looks good, but I can't access my organization Hi, this looks very nice, but when I try to access my organization under the organizations tab, it is blank.

Boyang Hu

Really useful Clean, simple, and actually works well.

Davide Gessa

Brett Eckert

Good with minor performance dips Great app, much better than the regular github app for sure!

Chiayo Lin

Much better than the official Github app! You've done a great job mate! However, it will be good if you improve the design of the app, such as how files are shown in every repository.

Kat Padilla

This is definitely better than the official GitHub app. Keep it up. Love the material design implementation.

Duncan Lock

Far superior to the official app.

Kyle Martinez

Noice! This app is 110x better than the official GitHub app. However, it would be nice if the list of linked accounts didn't just show the avatars, but also the names associated with the accounts as well.

Kimberly Zick

Beautiful! Love the app! Does seem to have trouble with marking issues as read though. It would also be nice to be able to swipe to mark an issue as read.

Vladimir Tonkonogov

Stops every time I enter a repo That doesn't have a readme file. I can't get to see the source code. Still having the issue after the recent update. I can see all the repos except the one without a readme file. Otherwise great app. HTC One M8 Android 5.0.1.

Shawn Wolford

Nice app I like this app. It looks good and is easy to use. My only complaint is the images in the description on some projects show up as missing images. Viewing the project in my browser shows the image properly, so I know they are not missing. Other than that, great app. I love it!

Brandon Turk

A little weird to get use to, everything is a little too big. Better commit info might be better, i.e. A simple listing of changed files and clicking on the file name brings you to its specific changes.

Malcolm Mielle

Beautiful but error creating issue Beautiful but it always says error when creating an issue

Sanchit Karve

Can't read code changes for pull requests Much better than official app despite missing feature.

Nate Hess

Beautiful. Can't beat having a github app that follows material design. I agree with previous comments about being able to make simple edits though. That would make it a 5 star app.

Johannes Helmuth

Much better than the official app but... ... "Followers" and "Following" labels are interchanged on my device. Design is really nice!

Hugh Lashbrooke

Almost perfect So much better than the official app, but some stuff doesn't make sense. Tapping on my organisations does nothing when I would think that would show me the org's repos. This results in me not being able to get to the org repos unless I happen to have started them. Also the option to intercept GitHub links doesn't work - clicking on a link from an email just causes my phone to freeze for a while and then do nothing. If those issues are fixed then this would be a 5 star app - looks great and works well.

Devin Wendt

Compared to the official Compared to the official app, this app is superb. It follows exactly the UI scheme of Android L along with actually working with minimal bugs. Great app.

Daniel Mills

Fantastic I only wish for some edit feature so I can commit simple edits 5stars for simple edits

Devin Hussey

I can't give a review if I can't sign in. I first installed it, put in my password and it asked me for auth. The accept button did nothing. I cleared data, tried again, and now it freezes on "Signing in...".

bahadır kurdoğanlı

On it's way to become great It has some problems but gets better day by day

Carlsen Teo

Missing some things It needs an option to switch branches and view commit history. Still prefer official github app...

Brendan Murty

Minimal design and fully featured

Chinmay Kunkikar

Thanks A Lot! Browsing code just got easier.. :)

Jacob Stein

Excellent Best github browser out there!

Peter Cai

Encoding issue It cannot show comments in CJK(Chinese/Japanese/Korean) correctly

Jahir Fiquitiva

Great app Needs more Material Design in icons etc. Great work btw. ?

Joshua Strobl

Great start As other reviewers have said, it is a great start and has room for improvement. I appreciate the Material Design but the app is functional missing stuff like Organization repo listing, wiki viewing, pull requests, and pulse / graphs.

Gursimran Bedi

Love the amazing material design!

Konstantin Stepanov

Looks very nice, but easy too many small bugs UI is often slow, e.g. several second can pass until repo info is loaded (a lot of pages affected, including "My repositories" page, source code tab etc. Action button hides and pops up again during scrolling, effectively "blinking", which is very distracting. New issue page is just terrible. Issue description in header looks just out of place, and placeholder labels should " move up" above input box, now it looks like they fade out into background and a *new* label drops down onto input box out of nowhere.

Richie B

Great app, but... I can't seem to download zip files from the repository. Any advice?

Sagi Dayan

Very nice I would love to be able to see repo graph and to be able to tag users in comments. BTW if you want help developing it. Let me know

Zhao Wei Liew

A little buggy and... Needs to be able to view commit messages

Biohazard Stuff

User Account Issues When trying to add a second user or sign out and add a new user it simply opens my Web browser (cm browser) for a moment then returns to the app saying that it is requesting user token then re adds my existing account. Any help / fixes? Other than that I'm liking the app so far. Edit: clearing browser cookies fixed the issue.

Kyle Martinez

If you use GitHub, download this! This app is 110x better than the official GitHub app.

good i think the download function is very useful for me, but i can not download the zip files successful . i don't know why

Misagh M

Easy to use; missing features Very useful and easy to work with. No way to see the contents of a pull request.

Aditya Narayan

Tough to navigate Please add a link to the repository a repo is forked from. The notification centre can see a lot of improvements.

Asaratha G.

It needs serious UI improvements But does its job well anyway...

Love it but no file editing

Murtaza A

Probably the best alternative for the official Github app, and it's open source too.

Beautiful app Very nice and clean design. Good job!

Kobi Tate

Not bad Some parts of the interface are a little awkward or oddly placed, but overall an okay app.

Michael R Lawrence

Note 4 Lollypop 0/S update , NOW Just Won't load blue screen And hangs . WAS top teir

Daan Henke

Very nice Although in this version scrolling and zooming in the files in the repo hangs/freezes the app every second or so.. The rest is brilliant though.

Michael Voell

Absolutely perfect. I need to be able to check my repositories while I'm at work to make sure I didn't mess things up, and this works perfectly for that. Only problem I have is with the dark theme, viewing code in a commit is kind of hard. The green and red with white text doesn't exactly fit well.

Eshan Singh

Awesome! ? The best GitHub client ever. For those of you who are complaining about no notifications, there's an option in the sidebar to turn them on. However, that should really be enabled by default.

Neil Scudder

Easy setup, instantly useful I love the new night mode. Somewhat confusing navigation.

Gregory Jensen

Gist Sharing Doesn't Work For gists "copy-to-clipboard" copies the gist contents and not the gist URL, there are two share options for gists, one crashes the app, one copies gist contents. The update before last fixed a loading bug I had, overall the app is pretty unstable (failed to comment on a PR, lost comment, can't copy comments, copy options get hidden when comment gets too long and I scroll down). I'd also like to list repos I've contributed to (or at least starred).

Murtaza A

Probably the best alternative for the official Github app, and it's open source too.

Jared Allard

Works, but as a dev it falls short It works like every other github "browser". As a dev, I'd love to see push notifications about issues & comments on them so I can keep track of my projects. Among that syntax highlighting on markdown code snippets would be very useful.

John Carlson

The Best Beautiful UI and easy to use. Great job!

Stéphane Graber

Great mobile github client with support for just about every github feature.

Kimberly Zick

Beautiful! Love the app! Glad to see it's open source, and on GitHub!

Volodymyr Katkalov

Dark theme Please include a dark AMOLED theme

Ludwig G.

Notification not working I won't get any notifications on contributors commits although the toggle is enabled..

Russell Richardson

Opening a GitHub link in the app is always blank for some reason... But overall the app isn't too bad! Unfortunately my biggest use case would be opening GitHub links in this app.

Mohammed Sahil

Needs Markdown Viewer For now, it just shows the actual markdown text and not the formatted text.

Duncan Lock

Far superior to the official app.

Andrew Gatenby

This was a great app, really nicely laid out and intuitive to navigate various repositories. However since an update, my account hasn't been able to sign in. It just bounces back to the app and doesn't load the 2 factor authentication prompt. Fix that, and will update reviews to 5* UPDATED: Logs in great with 2 factor authentication - need to request a Token from Github and use that to login. Many thanks to the Developer!

Fabian Eichenberger

Good but Back button while browsing source code results in going back completely. Additionally there's no recent activity for a given user

Andrew Jong

Would like CSS rendering in Readme sections.

Markus Ressel

Pretty good Finally got all working. Navigation withini a project could be improoved but design and functionality is nice. Edit: Changing branch fixed! Thx.

Jesse Farebrother

Delete Repository Agree with the other reviews, I don't feel comfortable allowing permission to delete repositories. Once the custom scopes are added I will update my review :)

Dominick Cinco

Great app for managing my GitHub account. Thanks!

Diki Andriansyah

Profile view Touch and can't see my profile in sidebar.

Nitai Charan

Good, but... The notification option don't work when a close the app. Please fix it. It's a good app.

Or Carmi

Love your app! Great app but for the last couple of version I can't seem to switch branches...

Jonathan Chaput

Great github client Awsome app! Would be great if trending repos could be added

Rainer Lang

Best github client!

Stefan DeClerck

Great! But... You need to add Gifs. I like to view the gif animations of the iOS projects.

Michelle Stolwyk

simply exactly what I need This app has a nice notifications page that's easily accessed that allows you to unsubscribe from threads. Navigation is also simple and easy. You can see your issues and contribute to a threads without any hassle. Plus it looks nice. I'm looking forward to using it more.

Raúl Díaz León

Bug watch I'm afraid it doesn't let me log on github because it doesn't detect any "favorite browsers"...

Benjamin Potzmann

Awesome App I really like it, even more so after seeing the app itself using the MIT license - good work, keep it up!

Naveen Chaudhary

Beautifully designed Hi, thanks for fixing duplicate entries issue in such short time. Amazing app. Loved it.

Andrew King

Great Git App! Works well and is beautifully designed

Daniel Grondin

Vladimir Tonkonogov

Code highlighting is gone after update After recent update, the app became slow and unresponsive, takes a long time to load a file and then the code is just plain text, not highlighted as code. Please fix.

Hugh Messenger

Excellent. Constantly improving, and already does everything I need in a mobile github app, especially with the recent addition of PR merging (thanks!). A must have for every github user. Keep up the good work. EDIT just noticed the "Support Development" link, so I did. Worth every penny.

Ayush Sharma

Looks nice but needs critical fixes My organisations don't appear in the app, however the events of contributions to the organisations appear, and so github has authenticated the app to see the organisation. It's frustrating to only be able to see the commits and not navigate the repository. The app looks really nice though.

Mohsen Rashidi

I am sick of seeing it's Stopped error even when it's in the bg.

Bryan Clay

New login system doesn't work, can't even use the app now.

Markus Ressel

Pretty good Finally got all working. Design and functionality is very nice and the dev updates quickly.

Marty Helmick

Best app for github I've found

Eli Davis

Half the functionality Only some of the things that is provided seems to work

Dhiman Dasgupta

Crashing in Nexus 10 I use this app heavily. Works on every device of mine. But crashing in Nexus 10 at launch. So can't move forward.

Kushal Mistri

Helpful I am a rails developer and it's very helpful app. It is a to-go app. Nice effort developers

Zhao Wei Liew

Still very confusing to use and generally not as user-friendly compared to ForkHub

I'd also like to list repos I've contributed to (or at least starred).Update: I used the app for a while and nothing got fixed, 1*

Justin Grimes

Connection Issues Whenever I try to get to any of the repos I Contributed to, it shows no results.

Uhm...Awesome? I like it that you can now commit to your repo from your phone!!!

Soner Sayakci

Much functions and fast response on bugs. That is the best github app on playstorre :)

Matt Sage

Amazing App, Amazing Devs Best github app for android in my opinion. Had slight issue and dev fixed the issue in a few hours! Cannot be better. Thanks for all the hard work and will be supporting the Devs

Elliot Gerchak

Great design and fully featured. It's the best design I've seen for a github app. It puts the official app to shame. Also, the dev does a great job of keeping the app updated and implementing user feedback.

Raghunandan Kavi

Kiran Rao

Best git app on the store I donated to this app and I will donate again. Great UI, awesome features. I do miss the "trending github repos" but last time I checked the GH API did not allow to get that info easily so that's that.

KoSh KoSh

I like it but It needs a real image viewer, the current one its too small. Edit: why readme is not showing any more?

Till Kottmann

My favourite app for github Really love the overall look and feel of the app and it works just like a charm!

James Harris

Cards on issue pages are super ugly and goes against material guidelines.

Justin Xin

Minor bugs Lists replicate after returning from another activity

Ivan Vasin

Unlike most GitHub clients, this one actually shows line comments, with the associated line and its context. Nice. Unfortunately, there is no way to respond to those line comments. Not nice.

Dimitar Dimitrov

Awesome app The app us awesome, stable and performing. There is a slight issue with notifications not arriving most of the time if that can be fixed it will be even better. Also would be happy to see a markdown parser to not view the raw content of readme docs etc.

Dean Camera

An excellent (and ad free!) GitHub client. More fully featured that the others, just hoping the last bits and pieces (issue deletion, check box rendering) get added eventually.

Eshan Singh

Awesome! ? The best GitHub client ever. For those of you who are complaining about no notifications, there's an option in the sidebar to turn them on. However, that should really be enabled by default.

AJ Ingrassia

The update broke everything for me! Device details: Build version: 2.17.3 Build date: 2016-07-17 18:07:20 Current date: 2016-07-28 12:01:59 Device: Samsung SM-G930P UPDATE: Sorry, this was resolved a few weeks ago when I put in an issue on GitHub. Now, since I have used the app for a bit, I can give a fair review! The app is great, providing a great UI, amazing features, and the ability to push commits to websites. This is something that most other GitHub apps can't even come close to doing. It's truly amazing, you guys deserve tons of credit!

Mohammad Almisbaa

Perfection It's miles better than even the official GitHub website.. Fantastic job!

Hadia Rajesh

Very nice A perfect browser for GitHub...thanks a lot
