Don't work on nexus5
Previous version was working better This version is not good. Bogus ads.
Too much advertising I'm sick of opening stupid ads
Hmmm Not work on my i9070,core2,grand2,but work on my tab s 8.4 and note edge.
What is the healthy rate for s4 exynos model
Garbage Free version just tells you that your phone is charging. I appreciate that.. but my status bar already does that.
Good app. I like this
Samsung Galaxy Note 2 This is one of the best app for charging. My phone has an intermittent connection with my cable. Just keep plugging and unplugging the charger and hit the 'REFRESH' button until you get these values: Reference 1698 mA, Reference 1200 mA and Average 1200 mA. With these values, I can charge my phone from less than 5% charge to a full charge in less than 2 hours. Note: You must charge at the wall mount and your cable thickness must be of a larger gauge than USB types.
Superb The new material design Is the best.... I just wished you would have changed icon too....it's kind of old and ugly
Terrific! I use this to check if my phone is doing a slow or fast charge and it works great! I'm able to use the best USB/sync cable for my phone.... Galaxy Mega 6.3 I527 (AT&T version).
Great app to discover the performance of usb cables and chargers
Great little application Does what I need it to do.
Samsung galaxy note 2 . This app helped me identify which USB micro cable wire charged my phone at 1800 ma rate. I had similar looking wires that only allowed me to charge at 500 ma. Cable matters is the best brand!
Usefull app Very usefull for checking adaptor and cable quality.
Fake app Doesn't work on my Samsung galaxy mobile duos
Best charging app This is one the best and moat helpful app for my Note 2....gives us idea if charger is functioning at optimal level..love this app!!
Simple but the most effective app on a smartphone.
Nothing Really sorry
Celeste This helped a lot. Thank you. I can see now which outlets may have power issues.
Fast, simple, perfect. Works exactly like it's supposed to. I was looking for a way to figure out which of my (many) USB cables and chargers was best and this worked great. Adds are a bit annoying but that is the point after all. I probably still won't get the paid version because i was able to test my stuff in a matter of minutes so now I'm pretty much done with the app. Just being honest...
Please fix the ads Have been using this application for 3 years and it works great. Recently whenever I click on the refresh button, I was automatically directed to an advertisement page. It's causing much trouble, please fix it.
Won't work on Galaxy Tab S 10.5 Tried installing Lite version, app comes up but doesn't give any readings. Tried restarting the tablet, no joy. Uninstalled other battery monitoring apps and restarted tablet, no joy. Too bad, this was recommended.
The s5 has a smart charging circuit mark. Therefore anything over about 1.5 amp will be around 1200 every time. Anything under will probably settle at 500 or so
Galaxy S2 My partner's S2 had this installed and it worked perfectly. Why can't we even see the App on the Play Store now? I can on my S3 but not on the S2. What gives?
Who would of guessed? With the help of this app, I discovered several usb cables were bad. I previously thought the charger would go bad first but I was wrong. Also found out, I had bought a couple fake samsung chargers. Thanks for this great app!
Its the best so far...... but..... I'm on a Verizon Samsung S5 and was hoping I could find an app that could tell me if I was charging fast or not. I have a USB amp meter that seems fairly accurate and consistant so I compared it to this app. The phone can charge around 1800 MA and the app shows that. Sometimes when it's charging around 850 mA the app is very close to my meter reading. Unfortunately this misses alot of the time. At around 800 mA it seems pretty accurate but many times when charging at around 400_500 ma it will show 800
Spyware Store says no permissions, actually accesses many things inc internet , calls and contacts
Not work on Samsung Galaxy GT-I9190 S4 mini The APPS showing 252200 mA & 1000000 mA Unbelievable!!!
Won't work with Huawei Honor 3x Installed. No reading when changing battery. Waited for five minutes, no reading. Uninstall right away...
Must have app! Test to check if your power supply is giving the correct amount of mh
Nice My tel was slow charging changed cable
Don't work with Galaxy Note 4.
Fake Doesn't measure. Show 1200 mA during charging from 700 mA charger and from 2000 mA charger.
Thanks for this greate app!!!
Last version worked on Note 4 This version just shows 1200mAh all the time. The last version showed the correct number and if you turned your screen on and hit refresh real quick, you could even see the fast charge rate. I guess "testing features on note 4" means "we broke compatibility for note 4"
Doesnt work on note 4. Using 3rd party 2.1a adaptor and belkin cable, shows 900mah. Using original note 4 adaptor and cable, shows 1200mah. Both result doesnt change accordingly. Note 4 users dont waste time on this.
USEFUL TOOL My galaxy s5 usb 3.0 charging cable completely stopped working so I went to a nearby store and purchased a similar cable that appeared to be USB 3.0 connected it to the charger and noticed that the phone was taking much longer to charge. I then measured the voltage using the replacement cable and compared it to my wifes oem cable. . the oem voltage was three times higher than the replacement. found out the replacement just appears to be usb 3.0 but doesn't actually provide the performance of a real usb 3.0 cable. now I can compare and see which cables and chargers work better. its hard to tell without the app because they all look the same.
Now works on sprint note 4. Allows me to see which Qi charging accessories work best. Thanks for the update!
Samsung note 2 Actually how do you measure the reference? Most of the charger that I have, it shows 466mA on reference and max n average is 460mA. Is this good or bad?
Doesnt work with samsung galaxy grand duos Not working with grand duos phone. Solve it
Fantastic Found out my 10ft cable wasn't good for charging, but for keeping your device alive.
Doesn't work Its just an wallpaper it doesn't works at all
Cool Does what it's supposed to. App icon design is a bit outdated though, you should consider refreshing it ;)
Doesn't work Moto X 4.4.4
Galaxy E7 Doesn't work on my Galaxy E7
doesn't work with note edge
helped me find charger and usb with correct outputs even found a lead for use with odin (rooting etc) underpowered leads will not root!!!! great app
Ampere is better Samsung Galaxy Note Pro 12.2; no real time measures, compared to Ampere.
Works great on Galaxy S4 LTE. Thank you.
Yay Material update!! Edit:pls update the icon to something more Material :)
The best guide to let me buy charging cable there have been so many oem cables in market...n without this app i would have wasted hundreds of rupees in buying cables which would never be enough to charge my phone well... now i simply plug in the cable n open this app check the passing current and then buy the cable... A HEARTY THANKS TO THE DEVELOPERS ♡♡♡
Works, but the RAM! 52MB of RAM usage to tell me the charging current?
Review Poor report, and prompted to pay for pro version don't bother downloading
Application Performs just as it's intended for.
Update ruin everything It was a good until the last update. Not working for note 4.
Works great Has worked great on both of the Galaxy S6's I have installed it on. I like the temperature display as well.
Useful Great and seemingly v accurate on galaxy s3. Even more useful if you're trying to test various charging currents on custom kernel.
Great on Samsung S4 & S6 If you want to see how well your charger and charging cable are working, this is the app you need. Because of this app I was able to tell some of my chargers are not producing enough amperage to charge my phone fast.
Very handy Shows bad charging situations, use it all the time
Been using this for about 3 years Ive had it on my note 2, 3, and my new note 4. This is a extremely useful app. Great for testing out chargers and cords.
Very useful... Great for S4, now I can determinate when any charger has enough power to charge the battery efficiently, in case of S4, 1200mA is the reference amount.. The app is really useful..
I use this a lot for testing different charging sources.
I'm confused My phone hasn't been charging as fast as usual and it says reference 300mA and maximum 1800mA and average is 300mA is that normal?
Great app to test out USB cables! I never buy a USB cable without running this app to test it out first.
Works great Very useful, use it quite often to make sure my phone is charing as fast as possible. Works great on my s5 Active.
Galaxy S2 It's showing a charging rate of 1mA on other half's Galaxy S2. But it does charge quite slow. Not sure what to believe..
Great for testing I use this for testing new cables and wall chargers. I have found huge variations in advertised capacity and what's real.
Samsung A5 not working. I will upgrade score vhen fixed
This is the only app that let's you see the amps being supplied from the charger This is the only app that let's you see the true amps being supplied from the charger. This is great for checking micro USB cable amp supply and the charger itself. Easy to see what cable will charge fastest especially if you have a few that charge slow that you otherwise would not be able to tell. People would be surprised how many chargers are only 1amp or less. The galaxy phones need 2 amp for fast charge. This app makes it easy to see which charger and cables supply the full 2 amps needed by the Samsung
Very Helpful Perfectly shows amperage current. Was able to determine bad charging cables. Found the best cables at MONOPRICE dot COM. Havent tried anything else from them. Goodluck!
For Galaxy Note not work For Galaxy Note not work, not show charging current.
Used this to discover charging problem was a cable and not my phone/charger. Note II
Needs nexus 6p support. App is worthy of 5 stars if your phone is supported.
Okay Just okay. Really need to work on making MORE compatible with note 5 DEVS then I will change to 5 stars but very handy app
Good as a guide The current displayed is in pre-defined steps - 460mA, 1200mA, and 1900mA, are ones that I've seen. So, all chargers around half an amp will show as exactly 460mA. However, I suspect this is due to reporting by the hardware, rather than the app. Eitherway, it would be good to have more info about what each number means, where it is coming from, and whether it's likely to be accurate, or just a guide.
The answer is in the name....... Not for nexus, not for HTC.... GALAXY :D
Simple and fast.. not measuring all..
Helps to evaluate bad cables and chargers.
Great Does what it says
Fail Doesn't work on nvidia shield with marshmallow.
Not supported for Note 4 Does not work on my galaxy note 4. please add aupport. It simply displays a constant current even whe charged same result for different charger of lower current rating than that was reported by the app.
INCOMPATIBLE NOTE 5 PLEASE add compatibility with the Samsung Galaxy Note 5! I'm using original charger that says fast charging on it & it usually takes 1-2 hrs to charge from 1 to 100% now it's saying 7 hrs. Using DU BATTERY OPTIMIZER, still getting slow charging message. cleaned cable/replug/restart nothing worked please add support for the Samsung Galaxy Note 5
Free version crippled Must buy Pro version to access options. Doesn't show amperage on my Galaxy S3, just battery percentage. Uninstalling it.
Great on my Note 4 Works great with both the Sprint and T-Mobile Note 4. If you're saying you're getting incorrect numbers on your Note 4, I bet your Note 4 is from Verizon. I'm sure Verizon made some dumb, pointless changes like they usually do. I suggest choosing a carrier that doesn't FUBAR your phone!
Small and fast Very fast to see how is yours charger charging mobil.. but only works on samsung s series and note series.
Didn't work for me I must not be one of the "most" Samsung S4 devices this app works on. Does zilch for me. No true reading of charge, just 1200mA regardless of cable or charger I use.
Good App Thanks for the app, now I know why my sm n750 phone keep hang when charging.. the original charger always charge at max limit 1800 mA.. the battery overheat.. just change for cheaper cable.. get lower mA .. around 1200 mA.. and the problem solve..
Issue with Galaxy A5 No reading at all. Only appear 0mA. Using galaxy A5.
Not work on GT-I8262 Not working on samsung galaxy core GT-I8262
Won't work on galaxy s5neo
Excellent I was going to buy a new battery but this app identified that my charger was bad. Excellent
It doesnt work
sgs3 i9300 this works like a treat, helped me detect 2 nackered usb cables, pukka stuff, thanks dev
Not compatible with Note 5 I have used this on Galaxy S2,S4,S5 and now with note 5. It does not give accurate readings with Note 5, but is excellent otherwise.
Works as described but you can't isolate the problem...
Please support galaxy s3 neo GT-I9300I
Ok for Note 4 On galaxy note 4 it works.
Awesome Now I can fid out when I have a bad cord and a week charging unit
Every service is available with paid version
I hate Un install this. Not working gud.
Very much best battery gadget
Hi, It's' not working on my HTC one x. Any update please!
Simple Informative Finally an app that shows exactly how much voltage my charging cable is providing my battery. Shows minimum maximum and average. Simple yet informative.
Didn't work on GS5 Didn't work or update on my Galaxy S5 running 5.1.1. Both a 1A charger and the factory 2A charger show the same value.
This app is simple to use, and straight to the point. Very useful.
Works great Quick easy way to tell if a charger is any good
Exactly what I was looking for - thanks alot
Used to work on my Note 2 Not compatible with S7 models
4 only bcos limited to certain devices only. Props for doing, but shud increase device.
Doesn't Work On Galaxy S7 Used this on the Galaxy S4 for some time, but this version doesn't work at all on the Galaxy S7. Please update.
Doesn't work Shows no reading at all... only displays whether it's charging or no
Galaxy S7 It doesn't work on the Galaxy S7 Edge.
Not working Using a5 2015 and it does not work
Great app for testing cables and chargers But does not work on note5
THE WORST EVER It doesn't charge your device... it just tells you how much is left. Don't get this app!!!?????
Great Works great on my Galaxy S3 with any ROM I've tried it with. (Incl Android 6). People complaining it doesn't work on unsupported devices and leaving low rating should fu** off. It doesn't work on your phone because it doesn't report the charging info like some Samsung phones do. If it doesn't work on your device, it probably never will because non Samsung smartphones don't report charging current in the same way.
Its only showing 1000ma on Galaxy S7 so obviously not compatible yet.
Widget waste of time Widget doesn't show current charging current, pointless
note 4 on 5.01 works again Old app stopped working. This new one works again. android 5.01...great work dev. Please think ahead and check android 6.01 as it will be out soon. Thanks...
This is a terrific app that all phones should have. Between chargers and cables it's never clear how well your phone is charging.
Great for finding what wall and car charges are charging at. Wad able to eliminate all the weak chargers and replace them with 1200 output chargers. Thank you.
Still Needs updated support for Galaxy S 7 & S7 Edge Still Needs updated support for Galaxy S 7 & S7 Edge
Galaxy S7 Support I had this app on my S6 edge and worked exceptionally well, but does not support my new S7 Edge. Please add support.
There are much better apps available. FOR FREE There's absolutely no instructions on how to use it, then the dev has the nerve to ask for money. Yeah......OK.
Manual refresh and wrong unit It doesn't refresh the current automatically .Also on my device the current unit is not true. It must be microAmper not miliAmper.
Doesn't work with s7 I get weird readings maybe it will get fixed
Samsung Galaxy s6 edge plus Came up with some ridiculous numbers for s6 edge plus. Cant be working. I rated an average rating of 2 stars. To try and keep the app rating fair. Since doesn't work for phone
Samsung Galaxy Note 4 Does not show anything. Uninstalling.
Not working Doesn't show anything on my Samsung Galaxy S5 Neo.
Kinda works It doesn't show accurate amperage on my Note 4. Reads low.
Doesn't show anything. Doesn't show any measurements. Waste of money.
Found my problems AND Have a Note 5 I have a Verizon Galaxy Note 5 (SM-920V) running Android Marshmallow (6.0.1). I was charging at 226-325 mA. After changing out cables and outlets I found that 1) my stock cable is bad. 2) I should not use an extension cord. Once I had a stronger charge coming in (1567 mA) I went back out to the extension cord and dropped to 1002 mA. I also tested a few cables and most take me down to 300 mA. Thanks! I AM BUYING PRO! Also requested beta as I don't see a max mA it stays --.
Very good application I have changed so many chargers, my charging still very slow. Now I use this application.....I found out the problem is the cable....thanks.
Very useful I always use it to make sure that the battery is charging correctly and at the full speed. I started using this app when my OEM charging cable became faulty after 3 years of use.
This app does a brilliant job of seeing if there's an issue with your charger/phone. Considering getting the paid for version as well!
Doesn't work This app is a waste of time installed it on my phone tryed 4 different charges all different power output and the app just says it's all the same charging . Waste of time
Galaxy S7 Support I had this app on my S6 edge and worked exceptionally well, but does not support my new S7 Edge. Please add support.
Doesn't work on Note5 Shows 800 mah when plugged in portable power bank !!!!
Doesn't work at all on my Galaxy S5
poor let move to Ampere apps. That better.
Great for S5, not so for S7 I know the S7 is not on the compatibility list, but...
Works great on my S5. Unfortunately it does not work on my S7 (G930F). But keep on the good work.
Very useful Helped me know the difference between fake and original charger
Spammy This is app is nothing but an ad for the pro version
Not working for GT-7100 Doesn't show the actual current as shown on the V-A meter attached to the cable
Great App Used this to prove a cable I had just bought was faulty. Got it replaced thanks to this ap
Very useful apps
Do not work on SGS5 Neo
How come it has negative value....
Work with S7E
Galaxy S7 Still doesn't work on the Galaxy S7 Edge. I have an inline amp/voltmeter to compare with. On the normal mode it always indicates 1000 mA. When using the ”Model detection override” setting, it indicates significantly lower than actual amps. It is a sporadic reading, usually less than half of actual. It seemed to work on my S4.
I plug the same cable and adapter in every time and I get a different reading every time I plug in my phone if I unplug and plug straight back I get all different results in a range from 100ma - 1000ma.... is my phone really charging at what ever amperage I leave it on or is it the app not reading properly
Where is efficiency gone? Well DLED this to check if there is an issue with my battery which charged slowly or not at all... I get 1mA in reference and average measures, 2100mA in max. Switched off my new S5 mini and the mobile charged normally... so... this is obviously flawed or I don't get anything... tired!
Using this app I've found that I need to let my battery drain to below 5% to give the quickest charge at around 1200mA, otherwise the charge is much slower at only 450mA. Maybe that's common knowledge!
Garbage. Reports my s5 neo is charging at 1100 regardless of Cable or charging speeds.
50/50 Works great on my old Galaxy Note II but totally fails on my Note 5.
Exactly what required It does exactly what it needs to. Works great and occupy very little space. Thumbs up!
Helped me diagnose a problem. So for the past couple of days my phone has been charging very slow, nearly at a pace of a car charger. After seing my phone was getting 300 ma! I switched to a different cable and I had the full 1.8 amps my phone could take (my OEM cable went bad). Thank you so much for this.
Useless Nothing but yelling to update to pro version. No information shown. Don't install it. Time and data wasting crap
Doesn't Work With Samsung J7 Just doesn't work with a Samsung J7. Readings all over from 47 mA to -600 mA. Uninstalled.
Samsung Galaxy S7 Edge Mainly works. The "Maximum" data read is not there but having information from the other 2 still helps. Works the same on the free and Pro. Look forward to more updates in this app. Thanks.
Great Very useful, helped me identify the best one out of a bunch of chargers. Samsung Galaxy a3 (2016).
Doesn't work on Sony Xperia
Not working on my LG G5. Used to work great on my old Note 2
