Switch between keyboards anywhere anytime!
Floating Keyboard Switcher lets you switch between keyboards in any screen quickly. No matter what keyboards you use, now you can use the same easy simple one stroke motion to switch between them.

If you are annoyed at how hard it is to switch between keyboards in Android or a user who constantly type in different languages, then this is the app for you.

- Simple one swipe motion to switch keyboards
- Action bar is adjustable for both left and right handed users
- Can run on boot so you don't have to run the app every time you boot.
- Works universally across apps, home screens, launchers.
- Supports any and all keyboards (swiftkey, swype, gokeyboard). You can now use the best keyboard in the world for your specific needs without having sacrificing functionality for switching speed.

Pro Version Specific Feature:
- Lets you cycle backwards and forwards through the keyboard selection instead of just bring up the menu
- No longer a foreground service so no more notification bar icons
- Allow you to reorder keyboard cycling order
- Allow you to only cycle through a subset of enabled keyboards
- Smart Switching - iPhone like keyboard switching in Android. Intelligently detects and switches back to your previous keyboard if required
- (NEW) option to completely hide tab so it's only visible up on touch.

Just what I need I love this app as there is nothing else like it. However, id love to be able to get rid of the persistent notification as there's already a floating widget -there's no need for both! Please fix this and you can have 5 stars. P. S. It's less intrusive but still there, is there no way to disable it completely?

Makes selecting Google voice typing easy My favourite keyboard is Swype, with the only poor point about it that it forces you to use Dragon Dictate, which is miles behind Google Voice Typing. This app finally makes it easy for me to select Google Voice Typing with minimal fuss. Sometimes on my S3 it is a bit tricky to get your swipe to recognise as the rectangle is a really small area - i found a lot more luck placing the app on the right side of the screen - with the bonus you can fit it in the gap to the right of the second line of the keyboard. It would be nice to be able to grow the rectangle slightly - maybe user defined size.

Finally! Just what I've been scrounging for quite a while now. What's more is that this is executed beautifully. It's subtle on the screen so I can always get to it and not get distracted. I was afraid that when I'd find a good input quick switcher that I would have a hard time not disabling or hiding it. The app isn't overly complicated or try to be anything it's not. Mad props to the developer for making an ad-free bare bones version. Will be upgrading to pro to support the dev. I'm astounded this is so unknown!

Good idea I like the idea of making switching keyboard easier. I just hope this app can be smarter. I hope the app can start when keyboard comes up. Not all the time. Having something always in my screen can be annoying. Keep the good work!!

Bob Dobbs

Provides essential functionality, ... perfectly, requires no permissions, and is FREE! If you don't love this, there's something wrong with you.

Adrien 'Pied Axioplase'

Nice Unfortunately, the shell of my phone has hard edges that make it almost impossible to swipe from the sides. I wish I could swipe from the top or bottom as well... Other than that, the app does what it claims to do and works nicely.

Qin Liu

Great App Works really well, seems to have no impact on battery life. Certainly made my life a lot easier when switching between English, Chinese, Japanese Keyboards.

Pranav Pamidigantam

So far the best of its kind Could you add the option to make it only appear when the keyboard is being used or at least make it invisible? I like my screen clutter free so only the app is visible underneath. ?

Kyee Mg Mg Tun

Kyeemg I like this.

Raphael Carlo Cruz

This app is nice because some apps will have the cursor removed when opening up the Notifications Panel which consequently, removes the Select Input Method. Because of that, it's impossible to change input method from within the app. This app solves that problem. The only prob is the rectangle doesn't save it's position. The notification is also unnecessary.

Rio Wong

Keep going back to the left middle of the screen location automatically silently from other left boundary location that I dragged previously

BoomBeach Only

Awesome but... Awesome idea, just what I needed. But when I change the size and save on start/exit the size doesn't change, I have to reboot. And it doesn't work on lock screen :( hard to grab the swipe bar and pull away from either side.

Adrian Whadup

Perfect Fades to transparent when not in use yet stays on top. Makes on the fly keyboard switching a breeze. Perfect!

Chris Howell

Neat app and does what it says it does. However it could be greatly improved in two ways: 1) Keyboard cycling. If you only use two keyboards, or use two most frequently, automatically switch on swipe without the second tap to select input methord. 2) Less obstrusive. I don't want to see the outline all the time. Either go to full transparency or trigger the switcher to open with the keyboard.

Ng Chee Seng

Keep on going Can you make the small rectangle invisible? It's really ugly... Try to improve trigger speed to become more faster...

Brad Priddle

Excellent keyboard switcher Finally can easily switch between Swiftkey and Stylus app on Note 8

Wil Collins

Great app Exactly what I needed

Cody Stephenson-Clark

Please add invisibility Best input selection app I've seen but I don't want a box on screen 24/7. If you could have an option for the box to be invisible with inactivity I'll gladly throw my money at you

A Google User

Perfect fit for the way I work. Love it!

Darrell Leamon

Dan is a genius. He solved my biggest problem as a multi-lingual Android user. Too bad there aren't 10 star to give out.

Calvin Rodrigues

Super easy

Ng Chee Seng

Keep on going Updated the trigger, I want it all to be transparent. And you should are the trigger position to be set by us, so we know where to pull instead of let it transparent. I'm turning this apps off until this change.

Raphael Carlo Cruz

Good Useful when you run apps that hide the notification bar. Or keyboards that don't have the basic function of 'Change Input Method'

Sally Hage

I downloaded this to my LG G4 it didn't work

Abhay Nanal

And it works great... but not the way I want, there should be option to pause to make floating banner disappear tempararily on clicking the notification and not exiting altogether, I would like to have it running all the time.

Surf Shop

Very good

Jeff Robertson

Love Crashes occasionally but I still recommend it.

Hsu Mon Mon San

Cool Really work 4 me. I needed the most for myanmar keyboard swift with go keyboard.

Kentaro Umemoto

Exactly what I have been looking for This is the switcher that I have been looking for as I type with japanese keyboard and regular samsung keyboard. The switch is flawless and just so simple. If I can be a little bit more greedy, can you setup the 2 keyboards to be switching just by flicking the transparent box? I know people might use more than 2 keyboards but to be able to switch without selection (just flicking the box) will make this app 100% what I am looking for. Keep up the good work.

John Lewis

Very nice app needs some fixes. (1. Make SWIPE# to work, i.e. is in way [L-R both sides of my checkboxes.]) (2. Already is transparent.) (3. Good idea was noted to toggle 2-Keyboards [+EASY IF they bookmarked*] without having to open and select) (4. Save&Exit _ Save&Start [same]... Make EXIT _ RE-Start so Exits or Exit&Start so changes take place. Otherwise app killer required to Exit or make changes without restarting.) (*PULL-not-Touch allows Larger button size choices easier to grab & not popup vs Check)

Asd Asd

Exactly what I was looking for. Only thing is that the 'start on boot' doesn't work for me--I have to rerun it every time.

Felicia Hudson

Really hard to switch My fat fingers had a hard time getting the window to open

Michael Barnes

Good, but one major bug. I really like this app. I have a specialized language keyboard that I often have to use; this makes switching back and forth effortless. Recently, I started getting messages when trying to activate permissions for other apps that I couldn't do it because draw over was on. This was the app hanging them up.

Larry Ward

Nice and Clean Would be perfect if it had slightly rounded corners to match the style of edge panels for curved screens as well as allowing us to change the color to something else besides green.

Antonio Hunt

Oh my god Listen, if you switch languages often or need to switch between your normal keyboard for game emulator input frequently, this app is the answer. Major props to the dev for this one.

vPriceLess 100

Don't work It doesn't let me input it

krishna phriya

Not working on MI5 I installed this app. But the small rectangular box is not appearing. Not working at all

Pranav Pamidigantam

So far the best of its kind Could you add the option to make it only appear when the keyboard is being used or at least make it invisible? I like my screen clutter free so only the app is visible underneath. ?
