Please fix this app. I run my business with my Samsun Galaxy TAB 4 and it won't let me sign in or says network error. Every day I get closer to switching back to square. This is ridiculous.

Don't bother stick with the square This reader is horrible it doesn't pick up the swipe every time and even when it does if the customer uses the same card even in the same day it does not save their receipt information for them to put it in very sad wish I never purchased and also just found out the square will allow you to send invoices to customers where they can just pay at home very convenient

Bad for business If you have an LG phone with Lollipop this app locks up on login. App worked fine until lollipop update. Called customer service and they just said "sorry, can't help you." So now I can't run cards till I sign up with someone that can help me.

Lots of issues This app has been failing to work for any of our employees with lg series phones for over a month which has been a major inconvenience. The swipers work like 5 times before they start running into consistent issues, and they damage the headphone jack so bad that headphones no longer work on some of our employees phones. You're better off just manually entering all cards.

Locks up on Lollipop When this app works it is fine for the purposes of our organization. However, it locks up on login on an LG G3 with Lollipop. This was pretty frightening to find out on the day of an event!

Not a reputable company They tried to charge me a few hundred dollars in fees that were not on the contract. Then I had to fight with them for a very long time to get my money back.

Quit working on latest LG G3 After updating my android this app quit working. When I called for support they said I was out of luck. Not what I wanted to hear from their support desk.

This is HORRIBLE! I have been using square for 2 years and NEVER had problems with it. My branch convinced me to try thier version..its embarassing how more than half the time it won't work. I now am charged a monthly fee by the bank for an item that does not work! Save your money and stick with square!

What? I can't correctly enter transaction amounts for the card swipe. I can press the number i want, I get vibrate feedback from the phone, number i want highlights, but you never know what number will pop up on the screen. And sometimes it seems there is a pattern to it, so i can try to work with that. Then i guess i press the wrong number and the entire price will change. This app is costing our business money every time i use it because it is impossible to get the correct price

Awful. Just awful. Stuck with a 3 yr contract at 12 bucks a month. App is slow and freezes mid payment. Card reader doesnt always work. Have had 3 swipers just to be sure. I switched back to the square.

Why does it need to read my text messages? Permissions say can read, modify and send texts. Why would it need to read them? And it can access my call logs and modify them as well as make calls. It can also access and modify my phone's external storage device... why would It need all this?? Read permissions before downloading!!!

It works I am not really sure why there are so many negative reviews. I use a Samsung galaxy s4 and an iPad and both work fine. I've used the same reader for about a year.

Extremely slow, card swiper sucks With 4G LTE connection transactions take several minutes, sometimes taking as long as 5 minutes! With a line of 15 people it takes longer to pay then to give them what they ordered. Card swiper works only about a quarter of the time so all card numbers must be entered manually. This app sucks donkey b***s.

Not ready for business I've used several of these credit card solutions in managing our company's phone fleet of over 100 mobile device as well as our premises based system. This is the app that I had the most hope for it looked like it could do everything we needed, it didn't deliver on any of them. The app constantly forgets its username and password and requires a password reset then won't let you in for 30 minutes after reset. Reporting is nonexistent customer service is horrible please do yourself a favor and pass on this

Freezing up I have trouble with this app freezing up while I am trying to accept payments from customers. I have a data plan so it shouldn't give me trouble. Since I have a $12 monthly fee to have the merchant account that this app is associated with then it shouldn't give me all this trouble.

Working fine Update: i changed my phone from Samsung note 2 to LG G2 and it works fine; no issue of starting the app daily. ///initial review: It is very frustrating for me to reinstall the app almost everyday in front of customers.

Works poorly with the Samsung Galaxy Note 3 Impossible to use the phone and feature on this app. When it is one inch from the screen is already picking up the pen. Requires multiple swipes to get card reader to work or even be recognized Representative from first firstdata said ": that's just the way it is."

Works great with a Samsung galaxy note 2. You only need to make sure to empty the data ever now and then if it gets full you can't use your swipe

Annoying feature! There should be an option to disable the voice notification when you start the app. It doesn't provide any useful information other than what I can already read on the screen, do it's essentially pointless, other than to irritate anyone who uses the app.

This is ridiculous. I have an LG3 and this application won't recognize the reader, will constantly freeze, and now is stuck on a black screen. I wouldn't have signed a contract had I known how terribly this service is.

Security Flaw! There should be an option to disable the voice notification when you start the app! Even when my phone is on mute, this dumbass app is somehow able to read the credit card number OUT LOUD AT MAX VOLUME as I'm entering it, so anyone near can hear it! I've actually had customers stop me halfway thru the transaction and cancel the order! It's embarrassing, and I'll likely need to find an alternative credit card company for a proper solution. I can't believe this app is authorized by a credit card company!

Basic Many customer service friendly features missing, compared to other apps. You are not able to give a partial refund on this app. You must refund in full and recharge the new amount. Not nearly as easy to operate as other systems.

Great secure cc processing Deposits always happen by 11:00am eastern next business day. Good rates and process over a secure connection unlike other apps. I now have the ability to process chip cards to. All around good point of sale system.

not as good as square I got my First Data account through my business banking representative. I was using Square before that. While the interest rate is less than Square deposits are posted MUCH slower to my account than Square. I may end up going back to Square and eating the higher processing fee to get fast deposit which I always had through square (often by beginning of next business day).

OMG! How many times do you have to be asked to remove or provide controls for that EXTREMELY ANNOYING AND INTRUSIVE female voice that speaks everything that I can ALREADY SEE??? When taking information over the phone for a manual entry, I cannot hear my customer because this USELESS VOICE is speaking over my customer and I have to ask for the information over and over again! Listen to your customers and give us what we want! Lose this annoyance or lose your customers.

Seriously...make it stop talking out loud This is a major nuisance / embarrassment and the inability to mute the app could be considered a rather severe security flaw. There have been several updates to the app and yet not a single one has addressed this issue at all. At first I thought it was just my device or something in my system settings but after reading the reviews I realized the developers have had numerous complaints and have done nothing. Kinda would think. Support your app for business or take it off the market.

annoying voice as others have said, if you try to process a card on the phone this app will constantly yell out everything you click on. can't hear the customer over it. called tech support and they wrongly told me my voice assistance must be on on my phone. probly just told me that to get me off the line. app sucks, just doing my part to lower the rating
