poor performance difficult to navigate, crashes often. Unable to actually do things like update bank accounts

Beware, nobody will fix information that's wrong. My Seniors Card was renewed in December & I currently hold a paper copy, but the Digital Wallet of this app shows it to be expired. Nobody at Centrelink knows what to do about it. So Government wants you to go digital, but beware nobody will fix information that's wrong.

Superb App, HOWEVER use a single device only, otherwise a password reset will be required. Highly recommended for all Seniors. HTC One M7, HTC One Max, Lollipop 5.0.2, Kitkat 4.4.2 & Sense 6.0

Daniel Fitzgerald

Has not worked since android 5 update. Device updated to android 5.0.2, since then the app asks for pin, then does absolutely nothing. Doesn't sign in, nothing. Just sits at the pin screen. This is why you code apps properly, instead of doing rubbish iPhone ports.

Still Hopeless - hasn't been working for ages!!!!! Updated 1st May 2014 Newest update STILL doesn't work (and hasn't since January '14). App hasn't worked for many months now. Message says they are "currently experiencing some technical issues and will be back up soon" - hopeless!!!! Still haven't heard anything back after reporting the issue either!

Yvonne Wolf

Was great while it worked. Now it won't load unless I change password every time.

Maria Miglino

I love using this application on my mobile. The application installed on my tablet however, fails to upload when logged in and shows a blank page. The same problem occurs with the Family application.

Rob Fuda

Rob Works most times. Sometimes it just won't work like now.

Lynette Hunt

Lyn Hunt Its a fantastic app , use it all the time.

penny wilson

Keeps saying successfully logged out when trying to log in. V frustrating but good when working.

Anthony Cheong

Pension This will help.

Works well but... BUT stays in memory and has to be killed. Yes I know there is a logout, but once logged out to the login screen it has to be forced closed.

David Llewelyn

David Platt

Crap since last update Was great but after last update 11/4/14. Now Slow, Fail to connect, this service not available msg...!

Alan Bottomley

Very good app. It has a good interface and works smoothly on my Galaxy Note 3. Also it it easy to login with the 4 digit pin.

Marshall Davies

No longer connects Worked fine on our Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 until the most recent update. Now, after entering the PIN, nothing happens; it doesn't connect & doesn't display an error code. We can still access Centrelink via the browser so I assume the probkem is with the App.

Susan Sargison

Finally Working Great now I can have it of my Nexus and it actually works. When I tried the app on my phone i had to do the complete log in and create a new pin each time so I gave it up as a waste of time. Glad to have on my Nexus, lets hope it keeps working but with DHHS who knows they are full of surprises

John Macdonald

Scary 4 digit pin is very poor security on a mobile device. Incorrect information displayed.

Its pretty useful. if you need it.
