It's a bit like Wario Ware. There are about 10 different micro-games that come up in random rotation. Each presents a little puzzle, with a time limit of a few seconds. At first you're just solving one at a time. Then 2 at a time, then 3, then 4. Then the 4 simultaneous games keep moving faster and faster, until it's a frantic challenge to keep up, and you're sort of playing Twister with your fingers on the screen to play them all at the same time, some tapping, some dragging, some tilting the screen.
