Good guide This is an exact copy of the guide the army uses. Its good and wont lead you astray. Could use a few more pics for identification. And yes dandelions are very edible.

Coreena merae

Great application Very informational but did not like the pics too much wasn't enough detail so you can identify the plant...still love the information. .and its free with no permissions...

Erica Hodick

The information on the plants listed is informative, but the list is pretty incomplete. Where are Chamomile, Cherry, and Lavender, for instance? Those are really popular plants. It could use better pictures of the plants to make identification more easy, and it wouldn't hurt to include a search feature in case you're looking for something specific.

Excellent. This is a new app, and I'm sure the creator of it will keep adding new listings and giving viewers ways to search and group plants. Since so many edible plants have bad or even deadly lookalikes, some more cautions would be helpful. For example, should the author add cow parsnip to the list, more than a little word about wild "carrots", especially Water Hemlock, would be essential. I've collected wild food all my life, but I would never use the app alone to identify a totally unknown plant.

Melissa Christel

pictures a picture is said to be worth a thousand words. the pictures in the app are not clear and there could be more, but the app itself gives you a solid starting point and you can look up more pictures

Gabrielle Assis

Great This is a great guide, all i was looking for. Plants and trees, very complete. Thr bad thing is the pictures are of extreme bad quality... I don't think this would be very handy when you have to identify a plant all all you have are some bad pictures...

Caleb Bryant

Poor Poor collection of low res photos and extremely limited and inaccurate descriptions. Looks like a highschool student copy and pasted all the info for a school project.

Laura Segur-Bechtold

Good resource If the army uses it, I'm ok with it then!

Ernest Traves

Plant Identification I think it could be a little more informative

Brocksta Rama

This looks familiar.. I recognize many of these pics and descriptions from a book we sale at bass pro shops. Haha that's awesome, now i don't need the book.

Julia Sahilla

The best app! I’ved learn a lot.

Natalie Smith

Eh I really didn't like that this had so much adware attached to it.

Jazy Snazzy

Guinea pig U cant eat dandilions! Ive tried it! (Sorry about saying that). This is eat guinea pigs eat. WARNING: Some of this is poisonous! This will kill u Xl

Whitetail Buck

great info, very helpful

Roy Jones

Mm Rather small amount of info

Ryan Knol

Useless app.

Phillip Kalmbach

Fair...some information incorrect. Not a bad reference, thanks for creating it. Words to the wise, always double check everything and make sure you know for certain what you are looking at before using it. Poke weed listed in this says that the berries are edible if they are cooked. This is simply incorrect and a fatal mistake. It also says not to eat anything if parts of the plant are red. The entire stem and stalk is red! The young shoots are edible if cooked at least twice in boiling water. Everything else is deadly! Stay away from it...

Inna Stone

A real lifesaver This is the best app

Anna Smith

Milli Jobs

The app is quite helpful.

Violet Erdey

Permissions? It no longer is listed as a friendly app. Latest update caused my entire screen flash, and I had to reboot. Otherwise, thanks for the app.

Great I love this app well done government conspiracy. It doesn't bother me too much about no search on the app. It's no hardship to use google if you need more info on a plant. Keep up the good work. A nice addition for the future would be recipes. Have you ever looked at pfaf they don't have an app.

Adam Bodford

Great Little App This app has really helped more brush up on my wild edibles knowledge.

Curvacious Raven

Good to have Two things that would make this better. First and obvious it needs a search. The second would be a map of where the plant is available.

Jamie Thomas

Exact wording and pictures of the Army Survival App Pictures and wording are completely identical to the Army Survival App. Useless information, uninstall.

Anthony Lawson

Excellent app Filled with in-depth information and identifications.

Tony Albright

garry smith

José A. "290515...kfr...thanks..."

Chad Ceredon

you need to add more plants the dandelion part needs to be edited put in that they can be used in tea and add honey mesquite tree its flowers can be made into tea and its roots can be grounded to cure fungus

Brandi Marvici

What is listed is good information but it offers a limited collection and most are not found in North America. Would like to see more North American plants added for this app to really be worth keeping.

Kayla Weaver

Handy! Needs more plants and info. Would be nice to be able to see pants for a specific country. Id photos are very poor quality, making it somewhat difficult to use to identify a plant. Overall though it's a good app.

Googleplus Is Stupid

Needs some things Higher Resolution pictures would really solidify this app. A search button would be nice.

Rick Frazier

Good app Needs more pics of plants for better id of plants then will give 5 stars

Mike Ballman

You left out alot How could you forget cannabis

jc valdehueza

Informative, but the pictures are not clear. I wish they give a picture of the flowers and fruit or the whole plant as well for better identification.
