The author regularly instructs police agencies on the proper documentation of force encounters with the public. This app provides a good tool to supplement the class and may reinforce existing knowledge for officers who have not attended his classes. For those not in law enforcement, this app may provide some insight into some of the complicated issues police need to consider when in contact with the public.

Not enough people to shoot! I didn't like this game, it had all these rules to follow but we all know in real life cops can kill anyone we want when we want. We are such bad asses that countries around the world have issued travel advisories about how violent American cops are. Way to go brothers! The game also has this whole "law" section that doesn't even apply to what we do. Why did you put in stupid stuff like the U.S. Constitution? Grand theft auto better.
