Wonderful Great app. Really needs a bookmark feature and make it so it doesn't restart the book when you change the orientation... other than that, perfect.
Next page button!!!!! They put the next page button right on top of the advertisement bar so it hugs the right hand corner. Got so fed up of hitting the add bar instead of next page. A bit too sneaky for me so I didn't bother reading anymore and uninstalled it.
Samsung GS2 When changing orientation of screen automatically goes back to page 1.
Great book, needs navigation The book is top-notch, a great way for someone with a little computer science knowledge to pick up the language. My only gripe is that the app doesn't allow easy navigation in the book: there are internal hyperlinks, but not even a menu option to return to the TOC.
It would have been better to have on gbooks Google books has so many free books. Why not include this one?
Screen issue Doesn't fill big screen. Please fix it. It shouldn't be that hard. Otherwise, good book.
Bad Formatting The content may be fine, but I can't get past the bad formatting. On my Razr, about 1/3rd of the screen isn't used and the screen scrolls left and right even though the right area is blank.
Reset on rotate Good book, thank you. Please fix the rotating-screen bug.
Good Great material but I loose my place when rotating the screen. Can't move to SD card either?
Buggy It keeps going back to the first page. I have the galaxy 4. I will look for the single pdf instead....
Could be good Shows in a smallish box in galazy note. Uninstalled.
Poor Doesn't fill high res screen.
Crash Doesn't work in my galaxy note. Simply crashes after I try to scroll down the first page.
Best Python book I've found Excellent instruction technique, great writing, and you can't complain about the price!
lacks features Lacks features justifying its app format. It is just an e-book packed as an app. And it even has ads.
Great free book, amazing interface. Overall, a worthwhile read.
Great book It fills the screen fine on my infuse.
Very useful This is awesome book. Thanks.
Why does this app require the rights it asks for? It is an ebook and the contents seem to be complete, but why does it need access to my SD card and my phone callng records? Those permissions are not needed by an ebook and are suspicious.
Great book. Bad format The content of this book is excellent, and is only hampered by the awkward formatting on tablets. Thankfully, a convenient link to the pdf version of the text is provided on the first page.
At least it's not adware... A lot of similar apps (i.e. books about Java) are vehicles for adware. Thankfully, this doesn't seem to be. Still, better to go to the book website.
Please add resize and zoom Thanks for putting this up for free, but as mentioned already, the view doesn't scale on larger screens like the Galaxy Note and so it's not easy to read.
Why no App2SD for a book ?? I wanted to check this out on my phone, but I had to uninstall it again immediately as I don't have a big internal storage at the moment. What is against putting an ebook on SD?
Weird Installs as an app, cannot resize content. unreadable.uninstall.
Garbage It's a reference. There's no reason not to allow SD install. Dumped.
Good book for start I've seen this book in pdf and i looked for it on android tnx
Responsive layout Very large font size for tablets!
Great Book This ref book will help me with my android WiFi problems
It's a book. Why is it an app?
Awesome An awesome book for learning Python.
Not really good I had to quickly uninstall it.
Freedom Free book for a free language. Thank you.
Perfect Thanks for a source like this.
Love the content and the app
big thanks for you
Love t Great app it speaks for itself
